I needed to return a few bulbs that ended up being the wrong size. After going through the RMA process and mailing back the bulbs- Topbulb has failed to refund back the owed amount. Its been over a month- and since we shipped the bulbs they have not responded to any of our emails or voicemails that weve left. Terrible customer service and incredibly shady- buyer beware- stay away.

Price cannot be beat. Email confirmation, shipping info and delivery was correct and on time. Packaging was good and carefully done.

Shipping times are very poor. Also, nobody picked up the phone when I called to check on my order. I ended up leaving a message. I did receive a call back, but several days after my inquiry.

Halagon bulbs were just what I wanted. Fast delivery will order again.

Id give it zero stars if I could! I ordered something from them, received confirmation that the item had been shipped and was on its way, and then never received the item in the mail. After waiting several days, I inquired about it and didnt even get a response until 3 days later. They said the item never shipped because they didnt have it in stock, even though they sent me a confirmation email saying that it was on the way!
