Spent a few hours on the phone on the drive up to Canada trying to find a place that had 42 bowstring for a recurve bow(needle in haystack). He told me he had a 42.5 in stock. I decided that would have to do. I drove out to get it and paid him after he reassured me he had personally verified the length.Got up to Canada and went to string the bow and it was a full foot short. I also specifically had asked over the phone for it to be a Dacron and so when I noticed it wasnt it was already too late to find another seeing as how I stopped calling places once he said he had it. It was a bait and switch at the least and honestly just an outright lie.Fyi, not that it makes for a bad shop or company but his place of business is through his kitchen and in his attic/upstairs loft.
