Acura knows their cars and the repair cost is reasonable. For my case, it’s even cheaper than other auto repair shop. The technician covered the seat and the steering wheel to make sure no dirty or contamination in my car. The service consultant was nice and I am always felt welcomed. The waiting area is clean and has free coffee. Walked in with an interest in a couple vehicles, was able to test drive both the same day. Sales associate Michaela was determined to make a sale and was in constant (and admirable) contact to give updates and answer questions. Ended up with great vehicle trade-in. After some hard bargaining (as typical with most auto purchases) drove away in the vehicle I wanted at a rate I was content with along with some good discounts on select Additional services a few days later. The new West Herr Acura has definitely seen a great improvement since it’s transition from Ray Laks. My family has bought 3 of its last 3 vehicles from this dealer. I just leased my second Acura from Kevin W and I could not have been happier with both purchases. Walked in after work to look at a different vehicle. If it wasnt for a quick recall, I wouldve driven it home same day. The salesman Andrew was awesome. West Herr is smart and checks credit to see what you can afford before you start. Ive been to other places and have been blindsided by payments I couldnt afford. Andrew wasnt pushy what so ever, not trying to get a big sale. He made a quick suggestion based off what he saw in my old car. Hey, test drive this while we run your credit. It might be in your price range, but we have more. I never expected to get an SUV but his shot in the dark is perfect for me. The numbers guy Tom did a great job working with what I could afford. Added the coverage I wanted and needed without pushing additional. Im extremely happy with my experience and would recommend to family and friends.

I have been a customer here since I was Ray Laks Acura now that West Herr Acura has it. They have continued to offer the same excellent service they have always offered. Now it has a remodeled establishment with an accessible service area where you can drop in the vehicle this gives a plus to the service they had already been offering. Had a puncture on the sidewall of the front passenger side while on a visit to Niagara Falls late at night. Reached out to West Herr Acura early next morning to find a replacement as we had to continue our journey across the country the same day. Mark was very helpful in getting us a matching tire on the front passenger side within a couple of hours, allowing us to be on the road to continue our trip after a full check to ensure nothing else was amiss. Very thankful for the quick turnaround and will definitely recommend buying a car or servicing here.

This is my 4th Acura - love the cars and and the Acura team! Andy and Tom who worked with me in sales and financing were amazing - found me the exact car I wanted - even when it was not avail at any other dealership, gave we an awesome trade-in, and an amazing loan rate!! Went to get an oil change & they left a rod (that they had no business touching) sticking out causing my car to pull all the way to the right and then told me it’s my fault. Then, gave them a second chance with my battery. They charged me $150 to check the battery even though I said it was the problem… could’ve gotten my battery checked for free anywhere else. Ever since they switched over from Ray Lakes, it’s been very shady business. Will be driving to my home dealership 6 hours away from now on.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection, tire repair, and wiper blade replacement to West Herr Acura. Unfortunately I was running late, but Mark Banas was able to accommodate my appointment.The appointment took about 3 hours. I had a driver, so I did not wait at the dealership. I received a text when my vehicle was ready. I went to the Service department where a polite, young lady gave me the paperwork associated with my appointment. Nothing was explained, I was sent to the cashier. I cashed out and retrieved my vehicle. The report stated what work was done. The vehicle was vacuumed on the inside, but I did not receive a complimentary car wash as promoted on the website.Overall, it was good work.

This dealership is like a well oiled machine, they are pleasant and professional and will go above and beyond to help with your car buying needs. Fred did his research before I even set foot in the door and had Kevin show me and take me through a few options. Service department was excellent, had my vehicle brought here to resolve a mechanical repair needed following an accident, they took care of filing the appropriate forms and communicating when the insurance company dropped the ball by not answering their requests for an adjuster to come out and evaluate the damages, so that i could follow up with them directly. Once they had the greenlight for the repairs the work was done in a timely fashion. Couldnt have been happier for the help.

I came in for an inspection, but there were some maintenance items to be addressed. They were handled at same appt. Thanks for taking care of everything in one visit!

I had my acura worked on to do several jobs over 2 visits with no issues. On my 3rd visit to have emissions looked at I was old that my vehicle couldnt be put on a lift due to rust in lift locations therefore no work would be done to it. I asked how is that the case when you just had it 2 weeks ago to do other work (shocks and other suspension) and it was fine but now that my job only costs a couple hundred not thousands all of a sudden it cant go on a lift. I got my car back and looked under to see what rust they claimed besides normal rust and what I found is that they bend my body panels trying to jack it up on a body seam as there is surface rust along the frame where it should be lifted. Needless to say if you are spending thousands they will take your money but a quick job is not worth their time. I will not be returning.

I have worked with Mark for several years and always find him to answer any and all questions. Mark is easy to deal with and understanding of all of my concerns.
