Register lady was not in a happy mood soon as I walked in and asked for balloons she said wait Im bussy. If I did not need those balloons I would have just walked out and gone else where.. terrible customer service its best to just go in get what you need pay and get out.

Unbelievably rude staff!!!!!!!! the employee with the red hair runs through the store literally scream at customers to put the baskets back where they got them from. She makes shopping there incredibly uncomfortable . If you refuse to it the basket away the manger steps in and will scream at you to not be rude to the cashier. The store is a mess. Every time I checkout I have to wait in a long line this is not the dollar tree you should shop at there is another one up the road 100% better staff.

This is a true Dollar store...no pricing needed. Just about every category of merchandise, except clothing, is sold here. Name brands as well as off brands. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the aisles are somewhat crowded.

Super Glue exploded in my hands as I was taking out of packaging. My hat is ruined and Ive been scrubbing my hands for the past 30 mins. I thought something as simple as super glue would be a no brainer. Apparently not. STAY AWAY

I love the Dollar store always find great buys. At this location though the store was a bit messy. The check out cashier was really efficient and friendly, great customer service.

Good store, but a little smaller; so you may need to visit a bigger store to shop their entire collection. At times, I visit their larger store in Arlington Heights (on Rand Rd). But, overall, every Dollar Tree is pure value for money. The staff out there can be more friendly - I see that they are less courteous in every store of Dollar Tree.

Wonderful place to go especially if youre on a budget! You can pretty much find everything and anything you need for your household! Love that EVERYTHING is ONE DOLLAR at the dollar tree unlike other dollar stores where prices can range up to 10 dollars or more! Many people will say everything is from China and wont shop there but if theyd only look at what they buy elsewhere theyd find out that pretty much anywhere they shop most stuff IS from China. Read the labels people look under your products youll see most things are made in China.. Again great place for budget minded people!

The employees are nice and helpful. I would not recommend the frozen food though. Also this place is good for snacks and small office supplies. All around a great place to shop. =)

Horrible costumer service. I was there with small children, gave lady the basket back with 3 small things inside that my 2 year old put in, she lactured me told me to watch in the future what my son puts in the basket. Other lady that was working on the next register started yelling at everyone that baskets need to be put at the front. Very unprofessional, will not be coming back to this location. I am shocked and disappointed.

They usually have what we want even if the store is a solid replacement for Kmart (dim and messy)

The merchandise is reasonably good quality, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Their kitchen basics (bags, parchment paper, containers, etc) are on par with brand names for so much less.

Great cards for a good price 50c or $1.00 so I can buy more of a gift than spend on cards!

Ok Dollar Tree, not the best stock situation. Did not have what I came for (shelf stable milk). Managed to find one, needed more. Only one checkout made for a long line.

I love the Dollar Tree and the staff is usually great.

This place is dishonest and cashier Susan stole money from my mom. She gave her $20.10 for $1.10 transaction. She did not give her a receipt and my mom was in a hurry so she ran out. She came back not even an hour later as she realized she didnt get change and was told that their was no change. This place has no cameras to watch their employees for dishonesty and theft.

Dina at this Dollar Tree location is rude. She is sarcastic and condescending. The card machine was not able to read the card being inserted. She proceeded to make rude comments the whole time while the issue was being resolved.
