I took my elderly father for his troubled phone. We made an appointment which was the best!! We knew that we will need extra time to get all our phone issues fixed. We were first greeted by Ozair who started helping us immediately but then he had a customer looking for him so his store manager Olga asked us that if it was okay for him to go help his customer and she will help us. We were okay with that. Olga was Excellent!!! She provided the best customer Service and was genuinely helpful and had patience. Thank you so much Olga 💐! You and your team is wonderful!! This is our Store now!!😊

Love going to this location not only because it’s 5 minutes away from where I live but because of the customer service. Every time I go in I look for Cora. She is amazing and has the patients of a Saint. She definitely helped hook me and my family up with our phone plan and phones. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and always makes sure we are satisfied with everything. Thank you to the employees at this location for making every experience a good one!

The worst store ever. Stay away from this location. Customer service ?? They dont know what customer service means. They barely have customers coming in, sitting in an empty store texting on their phones is what the employees do. Alex has no knowledge of the company he is working for..

The service is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. This location is usually pretty empty so there are no social distancing issues, and they seem to keep the phones cleaned after anyones used them.

Great customer service. I walked into this store yesterday to upgrade a line and trade in my phone. The salesperson I worked with (Mike) was very courteous and responsive to my queries. He ensured I understood all options that are available and very supportive. I am glad I went here (first visit to this store). I was told I have to wait an hour to receive my new watches, which greatly interferes with my schedule. The watches say delivered, I expected to pick them up upon delivery (since I’m the one spending money) and it seems like it’s too much to ask to have the watches brought up front sooner than an hour.Might have to give AT&T a shot...

I have been with T-Mobile for 16 years. I have always went to Lincolnshire which recently moved to Buffalo grove right on the corner of Milwaukee and Deerfield.I was so HAPPY that CORA is still there. Cora is kind, patient, professional and knows EVERYTHING!!!! Cora has helped me transfer data for about 6 phones she is the bomb and awesome.

Walked in to replace a car charger, girl there was more concerned about not helping us. Rude,.We will never walk in there again!

I recently visited this T-Mobile location to open four new accounts. The employees were extremely patient and helpful. Without exaggerating, we were there from 11 am till 6 pm-- the employees helped us smoothly transition between Sprints service to their own. I cannot thank them enough for offering such quality care and service. When we thought we had figured everything out, my dads phone had some issues again and we went back almost an hour before closing time: THAT SAME DAY!. To my understanding between my family and other clients the employees skipped lunches but nonetheless kept things flowing to the best of their abilities. They even kept working past closing time so that we could have everything set and done.

I read the other reviews and was a little worried about going to this T-Mobile store.I came in and the two employees were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new SIM card and one of the men found my account and added a new SIM card to my new phone for me. He also checked to make sure it was working properly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was a great experience.

I came in to swap out a defective phone. I was expertly helped by Slava, Vera and Adam. I also asked to see if there lower priced options for my service plan. After some checking they found I was eligible for additional services and at a lower cost- for once I am happy about being a senior citizen. I came back to the store a few days later to activate and learn about the a new service item and Bhushan did a great job in setting up my account in their system and installing the device in my vehicle. It was great teamwork.

Sadly I love T-mobile as a company but they have the likelihood of not knowing anything about the products they sell. I came in with a problem and the employee there tried figuring out the basics of what is wrong. I understand the majority of people dont bother looking for their own solutions but I would have loved that the person would notice my level of knowledge and ask or solve the problem on a more expert level. I just hope this changes but I may be keeping my hopes up.

Store manager threaten and humiliated me in front of other customers. I dont know what I was thinking by going to that store instead of one on Rt.60. I had to call my attorney, to see what my options are and then call police, so I could safely exit store with my phone that I came with.I dont think that someone in their right state of mind should ever go there, no matter what the positive reviews they read about this store on any website.

Saw bad reviews before going to this location and was prepared for the worst.. I interacted with no less than 3-4 employees and they were all extremely helpful and customer service focused.

What a joke - i stopped in to pre-order the Note 7 phone and was told it would be shipping on the 17th of August and at that time is when the downpayment of 69.99 would be charged to my card so I allotted that money based on a paycheck ending this week. Come to my surprise that the phone shipped early and yet that wasnt the problem necessarily it was the face that it wasnt 69.99 charged early it was 112.45 charged early. This money was coming directly out of my checking account so what Id like to know is who would have been responsible had something bounced. On my documentation it shows shipping on the 17th. I was given UPS tracking numbers but it still hasnt made it to the UPS facility so why are they taking my money early as well. I call the manager of this Lincolnshire location and all he could say was all I can say is Im sorry this happened to you. It was his employees that gave me incorrect information and he didnt seem to care. Ive had so many problems since I switched to Tmobile from the first day on

Bhushan nailed it. I was switching carriers, I had 1000 questions. He was polite, professional, went above and beyond. He knew about not only tmobile products and procedures, he knew about how to switch from ATT and how to work all Andriod features as well as iphone 5. Give him a raise now tmo.

Experience was Ok with the service, the sales man was not aware of problem with phone, actually i later figured out issue was with IOS8 i got a patch today after that it started working with 8.0.2.

I try not to go to the store for main reason of WAITING in line. Many times I left the store after 15-20 minutes of waiting. Today was the same thing, waited and left. Will try to avoid coming to the store in the future...........
