Just want to say big thank you to Rick! I arrived for the estimation to repair my rare bumper as I was hit by another car. Rick did some magic and simply buffed out the scratches right on the spot in few minutes. Luckily the damage was not serious. He didnt take any money for that and he was also so pleasant to give me few of advices to the other painting issues. It is always inspiring to meet such a people who know their business and do this small pleasant surprises!

Rich went above and beyond to take care of my car repair after we were in an accident. He worked with the other person’s insurance company, arranged for the car rental, kept me updated on the process and gave advice regarding insurance policies in general. He made the entire process easy, but also returned my car in perfect condition. I wouldn’t know it had been in an accident! Rich and CDE will be my go to for repairs, without a doubt.

I worked with Rich Piegza who was outstanding. Rich helped me navigate the steps and communication with the Insurance company and clearly explained the repair process. Sad to give this rating for the fact that everyone was pleasant and professional. But we were disappointed that we dropped our vehicle off in one condition and came back to in in another. I feel like we werent given much of a choice as to if we wanted to junk our vehicle or take it elsewhere for repairs. Ive attached pictures of the drop off and the goodbye after.

Beginning to end it was a very smooth process. I was well taken care of from beginning to end.Well thought out, I got a good estimate and was very comfortable with the work that they stated needed to be done. They did the work in a very timely fashion even over the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend it to anybody who needs their service.

I brought my truck to CDE to have 1 damaged fender replaced and to have rust removed from 2 fenders. One was a surface grind and one was a cut away with welding to blend the rear fender patch into the body lines. Repair and paint took less than 2 weeks. I cannot tell where the repairs are and the paint matches perfectly even on an 8 y.o. vehicle. Rich was great he walked me through every step of the process, met a time deadline I had for the repairs (3 days early), sent me pictures of the work, and contacted me weekly with updates. I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and would do so again. Ill be returning to CDE for future body work.

My automobile had been in a hit and run accident and the back bumper and quarter-panel needed repairs. The car looked like brand new with the work that CDE Collision had performed, for which is what I paid. I am overwhelming pleased with the work. A few years back, the same quarter panel needed to be replaced and I was unsatisfied by the work of a competitor (which was recommended and preferred by my insurance company) because the quarter panel was a little bit uneven with the rest of the car it bothered me but was convinced that was the best that could have been done. I am glad I found CDE Collision and am highly recommending this company for any body work.

CDE Buffalo Grove is THE place to get your body repairs done. Anna and Rick get 5 stars for customer care! The work on my car was excellent! It looks brand new. They care about your expenses and saved me some money on work, as it turned out, they did not have to do. Extra convenient that you can arrange rental. Someone dinged and scratched my car (people can be .....). Geico hooked me up with CDE amd the rest is history. Cde did an incredible job replacing my front bumper on my Audi TT, when I picked up the car I was actually a little surprised on how good the paint matched everything else on the car. Also a big shout out to Anna she really explained what had to be repaired, kept me updated on parts being shipped ... overall I would genuinely recommend this place to friends and family .

CDE is the absolute best service provider for your exotic car. I was in a minor fender bender in my Maserati and I am blown away with their work. Honestly, they returned it better than how I bought it. They used all OEM parts and brought it to the Maserati dealership to get a sign off on the work. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. They managed retrieving a supplement from Allstate and I didn’t have to do much besides drop off the car and keys and pick it up two weeks when she was all shined and ready to go! They did a superb job on my Infinity after the accident. I never had any other collision center do such a perfect job of fixing my car after the accident. Before I always used a collision center recommended by my insurance and every time it was a huge mistake. This time, after the accident, I decided that okay it rmmight to do it right and I asked my Infinity dealership who they used to repare their cars and they gave me this place info. Although, my insurance tried to talk me into using their preferred body and collision center, I said no, never again. I do not regret my choice for one second. They fixed my car so good - it is perfect. They calmed the enterprise car rental for me and they submitted all the photos to my insurance. Then when the car was done, all I had to do is bring back to he enterprise rental to CDE collision and then I picked up my car . They took care of returning my rental. When I came first time for an estimate I specifically asked if I get all OEM NEW parts for replacement. The answer was Yes, they will be. I even asked later to see after all an invoice or something where it says so. By that time I got frustrated response What, you dont trust us?. And guess what... When I came to pick up my car after repairing I found out that the replaced trunk lid was USED! And moreover, inside of that lid something was loose and rattled when open or close it. There was a piece of broken plastic some part inside. It was removed by reassembling the lid at my watch. Should be everything checked before return a car to any customer? Plus there was a spot on the painted trunk lid not polished well and noticable right away... by me. But not by who ever inspected my car before finish everything.Here is the story of my experience with CDE Collision Center in Buffalo Grove. It is up to you if you want to bring your car even for an estimate over there. But I strongly DO NOT recommend you to do that.

Highly Remmended. Do not go anywhere else.Wife was in an atfault rear end collision. Fender and bumper damaged. checked at many places and chose CDE. Not only did they fix the car, but also saved a lot of money by using used parts and fixing the fender instead of replacing. Cost was my major concern because of the age of the car. Fixed it in half the time as well. Much more efficient and better than the Gerber collision near by.
