The customer service offered at Dynafold was nothing short of horrible. In an attempt to get some assistance with troubleshooting a feeding issue, no solutions were offered, no checklist have you tried this was done. I was told that their machine was fine and that I would need to purchase a different machine if I didnt like it. Dennis was rude and condescending. Well be returning the machine, no point in having a product that we cannot get support for and are met with hostility and disgust.
