These beds are a great product. They are very soft yet provide great support for your back. The salesman was great. He was very patient and let me lay on each bed for as long as I needed to make my decision. I would recommend the store and the beds to anyone who wants a more comfortable and restful sleep.

John, Daniel and Joel were very informative about the rem beds. They are actually the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Would highly recommend, not to mention the massage unit build in with a USB attachment. Best purchase we ever made.

We purchase our Martinique adjustable bed June 2011. We purchased the split California King. It is the best bed I have ever purchased. Money well spent. Four days after the arrival of my bed, my back went out. This bed was a lifesaver then and is still one now. If you suffer from back pain and purchase this bed, you put it on gravity free, sleep on your back and you will get the best nights sleep you ever had. Also, when my husband snores, I raise his head a little and he stops snoring. He never wakes up as I raise him. This bed is good if you have Acid Reflux also.If I get a Migraine headache, I sleep flat on the mattress, raise my head as if I had a pillow and sleep all night this way.If you suffer with neck pain. I have a REM pillow I use nightly. I even take the pillow with me when I travel.I have recomended this bed to family and friends who have purchased. They too, bought the pillow with the bed.

Magical mattresses - somehow theyre both soft and plush enough but also firm and supportive enough for everyone I know, even the pickiest of sleepers. They also come with a fantastic warranty and great customer service. Daniel is one of the most helpful and friendly sales representatives I have ever worked with.

Ordered my Martinique bed and am completely happy with it. I would recommend people to go into the store and try out the different types of beds as everyone is different. I tried the Martinique and immediately fell in love with it and purchased the Cal King Split with the adjustable base. What sold me on the adjustable base was the zero gravity setting ( Its relaxing ) . When I get home from work I shower and this bed just so comfortable and the breathability of the material makes it feel cool... fresh... dont know how to really explain it but really helps.P.S Had this bed for 6 months now :)

I work here at the Buena Park Mall at the customer service desk. I bought a pillow at bed bath and beyond, There serivce was really good but they didnt know much about pillows. I bought My pillow years ago and hated it and was allowed to get my money back.On the other side of the mall I went into the Rem Sleep Solution store there specialist was very Knowledgable about there product. Daniel the sales manger saved me money but offering me the speical deal buy one pillow get one free. LOVED IT. Best $150 I ever spent. Only Place I will tell my friends and family to go! So happy with REM that I had to let everyone know if your bed shoping you need to put REM Sleep Solution on the list of bed Stores!Since 2013 I have my paradise mattress that is firm. I also have the adjustable base that could change to my comfort.ONLY maintance is to unzip my cover off to wash!My mother finnally came over to visit. I aways fly to see her, few months ago she came down here to califorina. I let my mom sleep in my room. She knew that morning that she was going get her own rem bed She lives on the east coast and found on the website REM does local shows where she bought hers a month ago. The delivery guys where able to do full serivce taking away her old sleep number which was so heavy she would of never got that down a two story house herself. Im only sharing my experince now beacuse I got a call from the customer service that they would like to send me a set of pillows beacuse my mom told her sales rep I reffered her. I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO SWEET OF HER AND REM that I had to share how thankful I am. I didnt just by a bed I bought a life time warrenty which means I will always have REM nights. hope this helps anyone looking for a bed.
