This was a great experience! It was during the week so there was literally no one else in the store. Great for our Birthday boy to celebrate with family.

Came to pick up online order and transaction was very quick and smooth. Cashier Kat and her associate were very friendly and helpful. Made sure I was able to capture the perfect audio for my bear. Entire pick up and voice recording were under 10 minutes. Very nice store and different bears,dolls, animals to choose from.

From the moment that my wife and I walked in, we were happily greeted by Kat who was an absolute joy to work with! This was my wifes absolute first Build-a-bear and we were both ecstatic to find that they had just released Animal Crossing themed plushes. My wife picked a Tom Nook and Kat walked us through the entire process (from picking the sound, to selecting a scent for the plush, and the stuffing procedure) and was such a delight through the whole thing! She was filled with so much enthusiasm and had such a sweet soul that my wife and I couldnt stop smiling through the whole thing (it was like we were kids again! lol)!! If my wife wants another Build-a-bear in the near future, we will definitely be returning to work with Kat again!!P.S. Build-a-bear, you definitely need to recognize Kat for how amazing she is!!

The people who work there are literally the nicest people ever. Everytime I go here is magical. Make sure to go here if youre at knotts.

The staff here has always been wonderful. There was a new employee there last time I went, new to me anyway, and I swear this girl was able to fit the fluff for 2 bears into a single bear as they were heavy after they were stuffed. They were still great, and now my kids can not only cuddle with their new bears, they can also knock someone out with them in self defense if needed. LOL! She was great though. I would definitely recommend this BAB, and the Knotts exclusive merch is really cute.

Small, relatively quiet Build -A-Bear hidden in the middle of Knotts California Marketplace. This isnt a big flashy flagship store. Its small, clean and less complex than the bigger Build-A-Bear stores.

Today me and my boyfriend went to this build bear around about 8:00pm I’m hoping of getting a longhorn turns out we were very lucky to get the last one. Not only have I been looking for this build a bear for a while it holds special meaning to me. It was bear created for our temporary long distance. The girls there made the experience beyond special and they were truly amazing ! Definitely a day to remember (:

Tbh this was the saddest build a bear I have ever seen. The store seemed so bland and they didn’t have much selection of clothing get your stuff together and have some knotts berry farm themed merch. That’s what I was expecting when going to get some clothes at a build a bear on knotts premises. And it’s so empty there is no lines at all because there is literally nothing else for kids to do other than pick their bear and leave. I am disappointed in that store I hope to see some changes soon ! I added a photo of my bear who was supposed to have some knotts berry farm merch. I was expecting to find some at that build a bear but there was nothing :(

The customer service was beyond💖💖 its a cute place to visit/purchase a new bear or collect new items(clothes, shoes, purses) for your currenr or new 🐻. My new favorite bear added to the store is the Pokemon Pikachu! Its so cute. Really enjoyed visiting this Build-A-Bear workshop!

Worst build a bear ever. We called beforehand asking if they had any western items for build a bears like boots and cowboy hats and we were told they had a lot of items of that nature. We then drove an hour to get here and when we arrived we were told they had nothing like that available. We drove all the way over there for nothing and it was the worst experience Ive had.

So due to Covid this location is not the closest to where I live but it was open at this time. This location has such great customer service! I called in yesterday to check if they had the Eevee build a bear in stock and even the customer service I received over the phone was great! I went in today to purchase the doll for my daughters bday and they were by far the friendliest staff ever. From the person at the entrance to the cashier everyone seemed to fit the store perfectly. I will definitely be taking my daughters back in to this location.

Absolutely wonderful staff... My daughter loved her experience there... Very happy this Build-A-Bear is open.

Went here on my wedding day to stuff 2 bears to commemorate the day me and my wife got married 02.20.2020. We came about 30min before closing and the 2 girls who were there wes friendly & helped my wife & I get our bears stuffed

I was waiting in line to get helped and the lady completley ignored me and started helping the people in the back of me. I guess I wasnt important.

Still practicing social distance.
