Amazing customer service and very clean location. Gave my kids headbands. These are the kind of gestures that simply change an experience. Have been here multiple times and the ice cream is delicious.

Good service, clean establishment, Baskin Robbins quality ice cream. They were super friendly and even gave my kid a unicorn headband thing [think old school BK kid crown, but unicorn]. Its a little thing, but much appreciated.

Came here one random afternoon with a friend and we both got the animal ice cream cones! I got the green tea and Thai tea bear and my friend got the yogurt flavored ice cream pig.

Not very happy with service tonight! Got to the location 10 minutes before closing 8:50pm and standing waiting as another customer arriving same time as with my family of 3, she helps and serves that family of 3 just to turn to us to tell us she’s closed and can’t serve us. We told her it wasn’t 9:00pm yet and she still did not want to serve us. When we asked why is she closing 10 min early she just ignored us.So much for safe distancing she was not wearing a mask nor gloves as serving the family in front of us, nor were the customers wearing masks. Not visiting this location and will be going back to Brewesters!!

I was given horrible service. Came in because I received a scoop for free for my birthday and this guy asked me what kids or regular scoop. So I said regular and when we went to pay he we showed him the coupon he asked if we were paying the difference and I asked what he meant he said the coupons for a kids scoop. Well the coupon said 2.5 ounces. so I simply asked if anywhere in there menu does it say The ounces by each different sized scoop. He said yes and pointed to the sign that said kids scoop. And I said I dont see ounces anywhere? so he looked at me and said you can go somewhere else. And put in his head phones and started listening to music. He had no name tag but he was a pretty big older guy with facial hair and sounded like he was arab. All I wanted was my birthday scoop not this rude service simply because I didnt know what a 2.5 ounce scoop was. It doesnt say kids scoop or regular scoop on the coupon. I will be contacting the manager.

Convenient location, good service, but I wasnt a fan of all the flies outside the store and the few that got in.Not necessarily the staffs fault, just happened to be a lot of flies and gnats in this area.

[April 2019]Ive never had a Baskin Robbins shop deny my usage of a birthday scoop coupon before.Ridiculous.Reading other similar reviews that this shop doesnt accept any type of discount coupon. Will be avoiding this particular store from now on.

Ice cream is always great right? But at this location the guy will gladly take your money then afterward tell you that you and your service dog need to step outside. When you ask to move some seating outside he says no, so you end up sitting on the ground. Thanx guy!, great customer service skills.
