Its located on the 3rd floor! the line was almost out the door and it seemed as though they were a bit understaffed or backed up. they moved quickly through the line and took our order. they asked us to wait outside and they would bring us the drinks. i got the cold brew and really liked the flavor as it tasted strong. id like to visit again in the future and enjoy some more time in their open air seating area.

Iced jasmine blueberry:No sugar needed honestly. Has a more herbal blueberry flavor rather than a heavy floral that jasmine usually has. I wish I could taste more jasmine.Sparkling peach:Really light peach sparkling water. Pretty good. Perfect amount of sweetness.

Okay where do I even begin? The customer service is spectacular. Greeted upon entering. That’s a big yes for me. Was greeted by the gentleman in the front he was working extra hard in the morning. Ordered a latte for the bf and I had their grapefruit spritzer I believe which was interesting. The cafe itself it’s very comfortable relaxing. Ordered ourselves some croffles they didn’t have the strawberry ones at that moment we went but we ordered this a as avocado toast. My oh my my boy friend and I loved every bite the right amount of lemon or lime that was crafted into the a as avocado and the juicy tomatoes mixed with the greens and the perfect crunch of the toast definitely helped start our morning. It was so heavenly delightful. I would highly recommend you come stop by here. Lots of drinks and appetizing food to try. It’s actually to me better then a as Starbucks. Thanks guys for being awesome

A coffee shop that was trying to be hipster, but isnt. Too crowded like covid didnt exist there (foolish community) outside was small but worked with the space the shop was given. Would meet a friend, but as a marker, not to purchase the goods.

Really great speciality coffee shop that serves excellent pour overs and ice pour overs (which changed my life for the better.) Not only would I drink here again, I’d buy beans from them if I was local.

Very good coffee, very good tea. I enjoy the atmosphere within. It is comfortable a good vibe. The reason why I give it 4 stars vs 5 is it is a bit pricey for a smaller size which is considered a large. If youre going to pretend a medium or a small is a large at least have the price be moderate considering the size

Came to try the affogatos and they didn’t disappoint! I love the amount of soft serve to espresso ratio. It was made quick and about $6. I think along with the location and outside seating, I’d definitely come back to try this place. Hopefully after Covid too!

The best coffee shop in the city! The place was very cozy and they had great coffee and pastries, too. Their service was fast and I have been here for a year now. Their service and good food are still consistent. I recommend this anyone who finds great coffee with the best ambiance coffee shop in the city.

By far best place to get a cappuccino! Been trying cappuccinos from other coffee shops as well and this one tops every single one. I get it with oat milk 👌. Also the hazelnut latte and rose latte is delicious (wouldnt be surprised if all their drinks on the menu is good) High quality coffee and nice staff!

Small coffee spot full of students on laptops and with their textbooks. Cortado was a bit on the sour side but the server brought it to me because I didn’t hear her call my order with the music in the counter being so loud. There’s a spread of baked goods on the counter and cold drinks area. There are no beans or equipment for sale. There is a grinder but not a roaster so it misses that coffee smell from a roaster place. Prices are reasonable. The cold brew dripper is a cool contraption.The Kyoto cold brew was a bit too acidic and bitter for a cold brew. The matcha latte was fine. There is also a 5 dollar breakfast from 9-11 AM with three items. The croissant was good.

Convenient cafe if you want a coffee fix after a meal, before a movie, or for a meat-up with friends. The aromas of freshly-ground coffee fill your senses as soon as you walk in. There are various types of seating (high chairs, intimate tables for chatting, and larger tables for work space). There is ample parking in The Source parking structure, and the cafe is located conveniently in front of the CGV cinemas on the 4th floor. Their selection of pastries were not ground-breaking, but coffee was delicious! Pictured is the cappuccino and rose latte with oat milk.

I stumbled upon this place when I was looking for a place to study. I am not that big on coffee so I ordered a coconut latte. They said it was one of their sweeter drinks and it was sweet, but there was also that bitter taste of coffee that lingered. Im sure coffee lovers would like that but as a fan of sweeter things I did not. I do admit it tasted like quality. The workers seem to know a lot about coffee and the atmosphere was pleasant. I think it is a bit pricey given that the amount you get is small.

Ive never physically been there, so this review is for delivery/take out only!I always order from here in the morning when im too lazyto make breakfast and everything Ive tried has been so delicious and well-packed.My two favorites are definitely the salmon bagel & salmon tartine. The salmon bagel is THICK. Its so filling and has the perfect creamy to crunchy ratio and is usually my go-to. When Im feeling something a little more complex I get the salmon tartine. Its a thick piece of toast, seasoned arugula, salmon, & more. The tartine definitely has a more refreshing taste and is also pretty filling.The reason I order here so much is their MATCHA ITS SO CREAMY. Its definitely my favorite one out of all the coffee shops in buena park. Cant wait to try their food in matcha in person post-pandemic.

In-sīt Coffee has only been open for about 3 months, but already has a strong customer base. They offer coffee, teas and non caffeinated drinks.We tried their Kyoto cold brew and almond hazelnut latte. The cold brew roast is a bit darker than expected, but cant be knocked since they are not the roasters. Still, a better roast should be chosen. The latte flavor was good, but lacked microfoam that makes a latte perfect. For you lactose intolerant folks, they offer almond and soy.The atmosphere here is great. Plenty of large tables for groups and personal ones for student looking to study. Also, the number of available plugs here are ridiculous! Great place to work or study. The music is not obnoxiously loud and play a steady playlist of chillhop/LoFi.Overall, for a coffee shop their coffee roast needs a bit of help. Everything else was amazing! Always happy to see more coffee shops open in the OC.

Very friendly staff with great tasting coffee. The place does have indoor seating but its somewhat limited. The outdoor seating is also available. The coffee here is a bit on the expensive side. It is conveniently located next to the movie theater if you need to kill some time.

Obsessed with In-sīt Coffee! They have the BEST ice banana latte! I had a banana latte once in Kansas City and fell in love.. ever since then I searched every coffee shop in Orange County & LA for banana lattes with no luck. I found a few that had them but they didn’t taste close to the one I originally had. Finally I tried the one here and it’s even better than the original! I’m in love 😍I drive all the way here for my banana latte. I am also a fan of Nutella and they have a yummy Nutella waffle here too that is soo tasty!

The cafe gets a little loud, but with a pair of earbuds it makes a really good study environment. Theres not a lot of foot traffic walking past the tables to distract you which is nice as the buyers are closer to the front of the store and the tables being off to the side. The coffee tastes great and theres many cool flavors to try.

Im a huge coffee drinker and I absolutely love the cold brew here! It tastes strong and bold, and it goes down smooth with no bitter aftertaste at all! The baristas are also very friendly and recommended me the cold brew because I mentioned that I enjoy black coffee.In-sīt Coffee is located on the third level of The Source OC that just opened up and it has such a nice welcoming and cozy vibe. Good coffee and free Wi-Fi makes it an ideal place to study also.

Ive had my fair share of coffee and this place is okay..ive had much better in the LA area, but given youre in Northern Orange County, great coffee is rare and this place is probably one of the few places you might find decent coffee. They tend to get crowded so its usually just take out if I stop by. Not really my go-to, but as I mentioned before, we dont have many choices in this neighborhood.

In-sit is a terrific coffee shop in Buena Park full of modern personality and strong flavors. Going to do the usual COVID-19 update and pre-COVID-19 review below:COVID-19 Update:In-sit currently is taking orders through the Yelp app and via phone for pickup or delivery. Super speedy and super kind service. They seem to have all their current coffee / eats available. I got my usual favorite, the Kyoto Cold Brew, which isnt too dark and just right for my coffee tastes. They also have bigger sizes available like the quart size for around $15ish (might be a little off) and comes in a nice stable glass.To get to In-sit, you need to get to the fourth level of the Source. Easiest way is to go to the parking structure, get to level 4 and walk inwards towards the theater on the left-hand side. Hard to miss.Pre-COVID-19 Review:In-sit coffee was one of my favorite cafes in Buena Park. Not only were the drinks great but the modern set-up was clean and gorgeous. Music was never too loud and most of the people here are fairly quiet, studying or doing some light chit-chat. WiFi was pretty stable and seats were usually filled but had some sort of seating available like one of the bar stools or comfy plush chairs.Their drinks all-around were always up-to-par and carefully done. I loved the Kyoto Cold Brew and the Cloud 9 - a short Americano with cream. They had some food items as well although I never tried.

Not bad, but certainly not great. Ambience is nice. So, if you want to be in a cute space without being picky about your coffee, then this is the right spot. Covered parking.

Really cool atmosphere, great vibes. Extensive and delicious cafe menu including all sorts of espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha drinks (everyone NEEDS to try their dirty matcha latte), affogato, and baked goods(waffles, palmiers and pb cookies are some of my favs!)

Great service, the owner is working alongside the baristas, great work ethic and team building. I had a great cup of coffee every time I walk into this coffee place. Great atmosphere, good to study, send your emails or just relax or enjoy coffee with friends.

Really cute place with lots of seating and fair amount of outlets. Good desserts. Parking is in the Source structure (In-Sit is on the fourth floor by CGV).

I could sit at In-Sit Coffee forever. Located Im The Source OC, theres free mall parking & plenty of seating options. I love the ambiance here for getting work that doesnt require too much heavy thinking done. I love that theres enough white noise so I can really focus while doing work! Everyone here is group studying or meeting up to catch up with friends.I just got a classic Americano with a splash of almond milk and it was amazing. Great coffee here. The baristas are super friendly & all smiles.Only con - WiFi is sadly slow when there are a lot of people using it.

I ordered Macha tonic, the carbonated water was very cheap one. It tasted like just water.I was surprised that a baristar picked a lemon slice which was on the top of the drink with her finger and put it on the random bottom while making drink. I wont go there again.

I dont care much for the atmosphere because I felt a little out of place, personally, but after I got over this I got up my nerve to order something.The person who helped me was able to point me towards the Danielle, I believe it was. An iced vanilla latte with oat milk, or something along these lines. I really have not tasted anything in some time which compared to it. It really left me wanting for more and talking a lot about it. Ill be back for more.

Its quite disappointing that their Kyoto Cold Brew tasted sour... a sign that the coffee was a) not a Cold Brew, and b) over boiled. To make matters worst, when I inquired about the sourness, the lady behind the counter told me that this is how Cold Brew tasted. I ordered another cup of regular hot coffee and it is also rubbish. I wont go back to this place again.
