This review is for the service center. Their hours are a bit different (8AM-5PM) than the showroom. Firstly, I was surprised to be able to connect with a service center rep quickly, as I know the service center schedules are packed and expected long hold times. The service center rep I spoke with was very helpful. My issue was a dead 12V battery and a limited time window to repair it, and the rep helped me out and offered several options. Ultimately, I was able to drive to the service center and was out within an hour. So, thumbs up for the whole experience!
Order a S model back in May 2021 estimated arrival was September. That got pushed back to November in which I was forced to run my credit again 2 hard inquiries still no car. Log on today and now we’re looking at December Jan which I would be forced to run my credit a third time. So I called the Buena Park location. The sales rep told me that the reality is if you run your credit 5 times to get the car it is what it is. Wow! I can’t wait until the other manufacturers catches up with these egotistical clowns… Mercedes please hurry up with the EQS 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
1.IrresponsibleCanceled my Uber voucher TWICE before my pickup . I need to pay by myself. NOT COOL! Tesla☹️☹️2.unprofessionalThey guy in the service team said,”You can read the email. I Don’t KNOW this car. Pretty much know as much as you do. “ I was like, Bro. That’s YOUR JOB. YOUR JOB. what you paid for.!Horrible Customer Service!!😰😰They DON’T know if my car can do tire rotation ! (Performance Model).Need to get to the Technician :(🤣Nobody CAN talk and ask questions once the assigned service person was not thereI am NOT going to this branch ever again.
Terrible experience for picking up a brand new Tesla Y at the dealership. Absolutely zero assistance for showing the new car. I had to beg them to at least sell me the charger. They were insisting to order it online.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. We made a 5 PM appointment online several days ago. As we arrived precisely on time and approached the counter the woman behind the counter said to us. “We close at five but I’ll try to squeeze you in.“ This was how she greeted people who had an appointment. By telling us they were about to close and acting like she was doing us a favor by honoring our appointment. Then we were told we would only have 10 minutes to test drive the vehicle. She gave us a terribly uninformative overview of how the car worked that left us feeling very unconfident and then told us that we needed to be back in 10 minutes because they needed to close. So off we went in a vehicle we were unfamiliar with and feeling very under the pressure to somehow evaluate the vehicle and get back within 10 minutes. 10 minutes! Ridiculous. And this was for both my husband and I to try test the vehicle. So that means we got less than five minutes behind the wheel because we of course needed to trade places which took about 25 to 30 seconds so we each got to try the vehicle for about 4 1/2 minutes. Needless to say we barely got the mirrors and seat adjusted before we had to come back. It’s hard to describe the attitude of the woman that was handling us. I can only say that we felt as if we were not wanted there and that she didn’t have time for us. My husband was so excited for this test drive and we were looking forward to it very much. It was a very unpleasant experience and we still don’t really know anything about the vehicle because we didn’t have time to properly evaluate it. Why would they schedule an appointment for 5 o’clock if they close at 5? She blamed the “system” she showed no accountability and took no responsibility. We’re going to wait a couple years before we even try Tesla again there’s something very wrong with their customer service model. I guess when demand is so incredibly high for a vehicle you don’t have to treat your customers with any kind of respect and courtesy.
I came to take delivery of my new model S Plaid but left without the car and horrible customer service experience.I arrived on time for my appointment but the car was not ready. After 45 minutes, they pulled in the car after a bad car wash. The guys behind the desk told us to look at the car and sign the papers. When inspecting the car by ourselves, we noticed paint chips and panels that were popped out. We went back inside to tell the guys behind the desk about the problems with the car. They told us to sign the papers and make a service appointment. A 148,000 car and it needs a service appointment before leaving the lot!!! The guys behind the desk would not leave the desk and look at the car. They did not care and told us thats just how the cars come.
I previously went to the Tesla in Brea Mall and had an awful experience with the test drive. The Lady didnt leave me alone and didnt let me drive out of the mall. Overall the test drive was 5 mins long around the parking lot. RIGHT AFTER that test drive I was very upset of the fact that it wasnt how I read about or how I expected it to go so as soon as we got off the car I made a Test drive appointment to this Tesla. And well it was amazing it was a 25 min drive so I got there 10 mins late.Jeff is the one that helped me out and he was amazing 👏. Super nice and professional and he didnt bug me or trying to join the test drive which in is the best part since you can actually get the feel of the car. I also arrived 5 mins late from the test drive and Jeff was very understanding because of the traffic in the area. Overall This Dealer is much better than the Brea Mall dealer and I 100% recommend this store. Thanks Jeff!!
This is the second time I have purchased a Tesla. The first time was fine. First of all the customer service is non existent. If you have an issue that does not fall within the automated prompts online, good luck. I am waiting for the delivery of my Model Y, they are overdue by hours...no phone call, no text, there is no one you can call. The automated phone system is a joke and no matter what selection you make it does not lead to someone picking up the actual phone. If I had not given a 15k deposit I would be ordering a Rivian.
Wow!Amazing company! Unlike any other car dealer!! Organized and easy to steps to follow when you purchase a Tesla!
Very helpful with all the questions I had. Great customer service.
DO NOT BUY A TESLA but if you already own one DO NOT SERVICE IT HERE!I have owned a lot of cars and I really do like my model s but dealing with servicing it has completely ruined the ownership experience for me to the point that I want to sell it now.The Buena Park dealer quoted me $199 for an alignment and I agreed. I also asked that they inspect my air suspension because one side sits a little lower then the other. Its only $100 for an alignment every where else in town but decided to take it to the dealer because I thought I would get better service and they would treat my car better, WRONG!After bringing the car back and forth for 3 Weeks the car is still out of alignment and pulls to the right and my car still sits a little lower on one side. I have spent over $500 to fix these two issues and wasted 3 weeks and I still have both problems. I have since talked with a team leader and he refuses to try to fix the issues because the mechanic that worked on it thinks it drives straight even though I sent him a video proving it is still pulling hard to the right. The extra cost was because of the suspension inspection. They claimed that 2 of my ride height sensors were broken. That was a complete lie because if they were already broken like in the picture they sent me then I would not have been able to raise and lower the air suspension and it worked just fine when I dropped it off. They did give me a 50% off discount on just the parts but why would they do that if they did not break them?I have custom wheels on my car and they made me put my factory wheels on before they would do an alignment even though my custom wheels are the same factory size as the 21 wheels they offer as an upgrade. So why did my factory wheels have to be put on to get an alignment here? Also, when I got the car home I put my custom wheels back on and noticed that they scratched the inside of my rear driver side factory wheel. I sent a text to my service advisor and asked him to call me and he said that he ensures that he will call me on Monday well... HE DIDNT!As if all of that isnt bad enough, the first time I picked up my car I noticed that they had mapped out IHOP on my navigation, my radar detector was unplugged, and they had changed my seating position and the radio station. I did not check the miles when I dropped it off but it feels like they might have taken my car to pick up lunch. Not a huge deal but it should be noted to check your miles before and after you do business here. The next time I picked up my car the energy meter on the dash showed that they had been driving my car very hard. The meter was off the chart! I also took a picture of this for proof. Some of my things that I had in the dash pocket under the big screen were scattered around the car. My chap stick and sunglasses were in the backseat because they were accelerating so hard. I understand test driving a car after an alignment but there is no reason to do full accelerations!I do have proof of everything with pictures, videos, and text messages. This place CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!
Took delivery 9-21-2021. Customer service: Bad, Bad, Bad. They really need to hire different people who care about providing good customer service. They were no help at all. This puts a stain on Tesla as a whole for me. We had to reach out to the Service Dept. to finally get someone who cared to could help us.
Excellent experience, I was so confused when I walked in and J.J. was the one to answer all my questions, Im so encouraged to get my Tesla thanks to the amazing service provided here
This is not a good place to get your car delivered, if you can, choose a different location. We previously got a delivery at Costa Mesa. Much nicer experience! You walk into Buena Park and if you are not doing a test drive, meaning they already got your money, just walk in the back and get in this airport style line. Where you just hear next, next, next. After that sign, sign, sign, and your car is somewhere on the parking lot. Go find it yourself! I asked for some water, as we rode about an hour in Uber and I was really thirsty. I mean at that point even a vending machine would be nice. But they looked at me like I was crazy. We were picking up a 60K car and I can’t even get some water? While looking around Infinity dealership I made myself most delicious latte, and here you get eye rolls. Luckily one gentleman brought me a bottle from the back… When we found our car outside all on our own we were really surprised by how dirty it was. It had dried brown dirt behind the handles and in all the creases. Dirty fingerprints all over interior, scratch on a door and green protective plastic stuck between the bumper and paneling. I tried to get it out but it was not coming out. So I asked a guy inside to help us out. 30 minutes later and he still didn’t show up. At this point I had to go complain inside and finally they moved our car to the back to take out green plastic, but said all the other issues are a normal thing, just write them down and submit in your app within 100 miles or 3 days of driving. Again, this is a 60 thousand dollar car. And we get treated like that?
Worst premium car service Ive ever been to.I turned in my new model 3 for 4 issues, including alignment of wheel, pulling to left.In order to avoid lending me the loaner over the weekend, only 2 out 4 issues were fixed. And the car was pulling to left, after service, pulluing to right, and even slower acceleration, consumed more electricity for same distance. The mechanic rushed to finish the job, original repair days from 3 days, and changed to 1 day. And the front hood not flushed. The rep said lets do it for next time you come over.
Most terrible experience dealing with this dealership. I got a phone call letting me know that my car will be delivered this Wednesday 30th June at 6 pm. I go there on time, wait in a big line for my turn to come up and when its my turn, they tell me my car is in a different STATE !No courtesy to inform me - I drove 100+ miles out of my work to be here on time and when I express my disappointment - I am asked to step outside the store so that other customers waiting in line do not hear how bad they have been.Disgusting, Pathetic and a sad dealership. Whoever runs this dealership has no accountability or empathy towards their customers !
This dealer has arrogant workers. Anime Asian lookin lady runs out like she’s about to run a mile saying that we can’t look at the cars and try’s to drag us to the showroom. Terrible service from that individual wearing glasses. Too bad she can’t afford a Tesla herself.
Great service although they are very busy and there is a time delay in getting assistance.
A supercharger station thats usually full. Tesla techs seem to use this as well for their service vehicles... No restaurants or cafes close by.. you just have to sit in your car and wait it out... For the most part, clean and acceptable.Service Dept / Tesla ServiceAppalling! Terrible. Unacceptable. Truly Sad...
Tesla just dont care. I get it, their car is really good, but they really really need to work on their customer service. I really wish I wrote down the agent who we spoke to. He needs to be terminated immediately. I really wanted to give him a piece of my mind.
Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, its always a quick and efficient process here as well. I originally picked up my car here a couple years ago and always come here when I need regular upkeep like new tires and Ive had zero issues.Right now with covid they do everything they can to minimize contact as well by distancing, wearing masks, and have shields between desks.
My car had an unusual problem. I had to leave it here for a week.Chris Vu provided me a great service. He was very professional and polite. Tesla should have more service advisors like him.
This place was amazing!! I walked in despite the appointment rich CV environment. I only wanted to look at a model and then they offered a solo test drive. Super duper nice and great customer service. Left with an order for a new Tesla after helping set up my account and walk me and my wife through everything!! Elon please give my man Daniel a raise or a new car!
Omg. Dont have your tesla delivered here. Each time inquiry about my M3 I get different answers.Your M3 has been built and it is in the staging area waiting to be load. One day later. The VIN that was assign to you was a pre-vin So we are still waiting for it to be built.Common guys at least give the the same answers.
First, my vehicle delivery was delayed due to the vehicle being damaged, but I had to take delivery due to my need to have access to a vehicle being a time-is-of-the-essence issue.Second, when I took delivery of the vehicle, I went over all the delivery forms with an on-site staff member prior to turning them in to him in person. I was later contacted by Tesla Buena Park staff that the forms were incomplete, and I had to come back to fill these forms out.Third, I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Tesla Buena Park regarding information of my delayed delivery, my rescheduled delivery, and going to fill out the missing signature on the form. Barron at Tesla Buena Park was the person to contact. I have called him on numerous occasions throughout the entire ordeal, and have been ignored on every occasion. No request for a call back has been honored, and I had to drive around to multiple locations to figure out where to go to complete the form, as Tesla Buena Park did not give any guidance due to ignoring all requests for a call back.Fourth, I spoke to Barrons manager when I arrived at the Tesla Buena Park dealer lot proper, and requested that I be reimbursed for my miles traveled and the supercharging spent to travel those miles, as well as the mileage/charge incurred in travelling to and from repair appointments for the damage that existed prior to delivery. He informed me that he was not authorized to do that, but he said he would contact me Monday to authorize a reimbursement via accessories credit. The manager has unsurprisingly not contacted me back. I have not attempted to call back due to Tesla Buena Parks continuous, systematic history of not honoring any requests.tl;dr - I love my car, but absolutely avoid this place at all costs, horrible customer service. Strangely the Google reviews are high, but the Yelp reviews are more accurately reflective, I feel....
Great deals and great designed 🚗
Great buying experience, first time buying a Tesla and it was by far the easiest and shortest time at a dealership.
My dashboard display has failed and so the car is unsafe to drive. Tesla will not give me clear guidance about how to get it repaired. If you call the Tesla service number you get a message that says all communication with Tesla service must be through the mobile app. Then I get a message from the Tesla App that says we are having a hard time downloading your messages, please try again. DO NOT buy a Tesla if you want to communicate with a human being about your service needs.
They need more charging station.Spaces is so narrow. Parking is a big problem.
The location of the dealership is very convenient as it is right next to the freeway. The location required masks and enforced the 6 feet distance rule for customers. Beyond that, the experience for pickup was great. The entire process outside of personal car inspection took approximately 10 minutes. The employees were friendly, answered all our questions, and made the process easy.
Horrible customer service. I bought my model Y and choose this location to pick it up.When I arrived for my appointment I expected someone to help me set up the car or show me the different options available. Instead the gentleman who helped me asked for my signature and told me that my car is space # 5.Seriously, I paid $65,000 for that car and they didn’t bother spending 15-20 minutes to familiarize me as a new owner with the car.To top it off the battery was only charged to 73%, are you kidding me. How lazy or cheap can you be. I went back to ask the gentleman to help me set up the sentry mode & guess what he did? He said he’ll email me a video to help me set it up. He actually emailed me a YouTube video, I can’t make this up.Ladies and gentlemen the Tesla is a great car but you will get a much better customer service from any car that cost 1/3 of the price.
Chris, was extremely professional and his customer service skills were amazing.I went in to replace motor for my back glass window. After that was replaced for free, another tech who brought my car to me, his name is Tim. He went to get a goo remover to remove all the goo from my glass. I had taped my glass window when it fell in, prior to coming to the Tesla service center, so Tim diligently removed all the goo to prevent the glass from sticking 🤣. Thank you for your great service at Tesla Buena Park.
They just dont pay attention. Complete meltdown on service.
Great place..to have your tesla worked on..😷👍💪🧞♀️
Everyone was super friendly and let us do walk in drive test without appointment
Been going to this service center over Costa Mesa. It’s less crowded and so far the service has been good.
Customer service (as in hospitality/attentiveness) really lacks in the service department. While the gentleman who helped me was very nice once he got to me, due to understaffing he was running around and never acknowledged me as I stood outside for 20 minutes. Previous times here Ive had service folks tell me they have a solution but turns out nothing was initiated and I wasted months of time waiting. First time their system charged me $10k for a $1k transaction. Their manager had to get involved and it took them many weeks to get it right. You go to this location to be disappointed unfortunately. It gives Tesla a bad rep on customer service...
Amazing staff! Amazing experience. Over all happy with everything.
Bill Kohl is an amazing guy. He know the best about Tesla car while he own 2 model 3.The best customer service I ever had.
I bought my first Tesla (Y) and took delivery in end of December 2020. Followed the process online. At delivery noted car placed in my name instead my company which is what was requested. Wanted to refuse delivery. The agent told me he will just fix the form, he did change and add the correct information on the form, he told me they will submit the accurate info to DMV, and stated that will take care of it. Several weeks later title came in my name. Called Tesla at least 6 times with different answers and finally they said (they submitted to DMV correctly and I need to follow with DMV). I asked them for their DMV agent to deal with it because that will kill at least a day of my work to go DMV and most likely they will ask me for another registration fees. They refused and dumped the issue on DMV.If you want to have no dealer support at all and deal with junk like this then Tesla is the place to go.Because of this experience, This will be the first and last Tesla I will ever buy.The manager and many other agents in this store were involved in this process they are just helpless especially their manager, Paul MeissbachOn the car itself:- bad quality interior- range in no way close to what they say claimed 310 miles on full charge, actual 230 if you drive highway)- suspension is horrible- rims which is the upgraded option on mine are poorly designed with edge extending outside the tire surface and scratches very easily- technology is all focused on this center screen nothing outside (good luck if anything breaks) no speedometer or any info at the driver visual center field- car feels very heavy and not nimble- body panels not best, car has aluminum panels if it gets in an accident or even a dent it is a financial disaster to fix- pick up and acceleration is great (no complaints)- the value sucks you pay 60k for a car that is apart from power and acceleration is literally level of Civic or Corolla . It is a supercharged golf cart.- finally the reason I wrote this review there is no dealer support at all and anything goes wrong with any process you will get a run around or a lengthy appointments schedule through the stupid app. That is it for me with this company
Went to pick up a new car we had ordered. Our 2nd purchase. This experience was less thrilling than the 1st. Maybe because they were busy. I guess they could do better scheduling. It was chaotic. Difficult to park. They had to send our key kit to us, but it was received just 3 days later. That was fast but it should have been available upon vehicle delivery. I guess they put on a better show/delivery 2 years ago.
Fantastic Sales People, Fantastic Cars!My father and I purchased a Model S 75DVery pleasant car buying experience, most of the boring financing stuff can be done online. When you get here you sign and hand over down payment, then its mostly a pleasant tutorial from your sales associate on how to use the advanced tech on these cars. Except having to schedule my initial test drive.Although they have several cars on the lot, they require you to schedule ahead of time for a test drive. Which is understandable given they take you on a nice long drive, as well as teach you about the cars driver assistance Autopilot features. My test drive was almost an hour long.I absolutely recommend this Tesla Store.
Clean and nice placeBut need more customer parking lot
This place was small and customer parking is very limited. That said, the sales people seemed chill and left us to casually walk around and look. We were also offered to take a model 3 for a spin. After bad experiences with hyper aggressive tesla sales people in the malls, its a welcome change.
Not that great. Lots of room for improvements.
If you get service done here, make sure they dont take any shortcuts. I did an infotainment upgrade because my previous screen was leaking. They didnt clean up the leakage. Didnt check my tire pressure like they were supposed to. Didnt do a simple maps update that wouldve taken less than 1 hour. They couldve done the update while working on a other car. $2700 for the job, and no free air included. Tesla service sucks.
This place is the worst. I spoke to Russell and Celina. They have the worst customer service and are not accommodating nor able to help. They claim they are too busy. I spent a $100k+ in Tesla. I regret purchasing Tesla.
I jumped over at 9:57 am and the service center was open early .They let me skip the line and programmed me keys for just $22 amazing & fast service
Good place to go check out the new Tesla cars...
The service center is really bad and no one is responsible there. I have been twice and called 6 times and none of the managers ( Matthew or Tim) has returned my calls and do not take your car for service here . super disorganized and not helpful at all. They have ruined my experience with Tesla #Tesla
I just had a really disappointing experience. The sales person didn’t seem interested in answering any of my questions. Tesla vehicles are probably so good you barely have to put any effort into selling them but that doesn’t make it right to be dismissive. If the company truly is concerned about the environment and wants to convert people to electric vehicles then they need to have a team that is willing to educate curious consumers like myself.
It’s really nice place. Because of the Covid-19, you need to grab the car by yourself. It’s understood. Nice place, well service
I just had a really disappointing experience. The sales person didn’t seem interested in answering my phone calls. Tesla vehicles are probably so good you barely have to put any effort into selling them but that doesn’t make it right to be dismissive. If the company truly is concerned about the environment and wants to convert people to electric vehicles then they need to have a team that is willing to educate curious consumers like myself. if there would negative marketing for that i would do that for finance team and for the staff as well.
Took my car in for a service appointment to get the power lift gate fixed. Arrived, checked in quick, gave them my key, reviewed and accepted my invoice, received Uber credits, and I was off. 10mins max. Thanks Luis!
Although, when servicing my vehicle the servicing staff was busy and fast paced they took their time to help me out. Staff was friendly, and answered all my questions, I was able to take my car in and get it fixed. I was updated regularly on the status. Thank you Dennis and Luis for helping me service my car.
Tesla has the best contactless repair system. Their app does everything and communication is theough text messaging. Love this car and company
Unable to reach on phone. Always going to voicemail or not available. I mean its a billion dollar company, cant they hire few more representative to help customer. And if you visit store, then always longer lines, longer then costco. Representatives are rude. It’s not for this store only, I think all the stores are same.
Car supposselly ready for pick up was wirh many issues or details not reviewed x anybody...not even charge. However Agent David was very helpfull.
Amazing staff, Amazing customer service all around. Very patient people. I cam in to ask about the cars and got lucky enough to get squeezed in for a test drive since they are usually by appointment. What I like about Tesla is that they dont try to pressure you into buying a car. The test drive was sweet and was focused on mainly my feel for the car. Ordered my Tesla already and I cant wait to pick it up. I highly suggest this place if you are in the market for a new Tesla
I just picked up my model 3 this Sunday. And I found out there are so many scratches and there are marks (like go pro or camera glass mount) on glass roof. Do they sell test drive cars as new car to customers? In addition, Tesla employee screwed up my paperwork. I ordered the car with EAP, after i got it, it doesnt have it.
Paul Meissbach, Manager of the Buena Park location provided the worst customer service ever Saturday, September 26th, 2020. Its hard to believe hes worked for Tesla for five years and provides this type of service to his clients, being that hes in a managerial position. I was told by Paul tonight that I should cancel my Cybertruck order, my solar panels, and return my Model 3 if I was so unhappy with Tesla. First of all, Im not unhappy with Tesla, Im unhappy with the customer service provided tonight by Paul. I ordered a Model Y (which was another headache) and now Im being told I cant use my credit card for the down payment even though I used my credit card last year on my last purchase. Wasnt an issue then, but I did deal with Tony Pace who provided excellent service. Paul not only treated me in a belittling manner but also decided to announce to the room full of 20+ people that I wouldnt be receiving my $100s back. I was already walking out and he still decided to provoke me further by shouting that out. At that point, I came back to talk to him and he made it a point to say, if he made an exception for us he would have to call his last 100 clients and give them the same option to keep it fair. So youre telling me you can make an exception, but wont? I paid off this credit card completely, just to make the down payment easier on me, seeing as wasnt an issue on my previous purchase. This was really terrible service, and I dont believe its okay to treat a loyal Tesla Customer this way (or anyone). Paul, you didnt have to tell me you own many Teslas, and havent made any of your down payments, using a credit card. You were intentionally trying to be a jerk and for a person in your position thats not okay. I am writing this to express how angry I am after dealing with this guy. For you to be so disrespectful to someone who constantly deals with the Buena Park location is unacceptable. Ive been a loyal client and Im really disappointed. I would like someone to reach out to me to further discuss my terrible experience.*** Just found out today tesla also doesnt match appraisals which they did a year ago.Update as of todays date, they also havent reached in regards to my Complaint.
No Customer service.Poorly Maintained restroom.
Communication and organization in general was subpar. Elon has astronauts orbiting Earth I think they can do a little better down here. Other than that the car is amazing. Model 3 Performance is insane. Great job overall Tesla, just step up the customer service please 👏
Awesome service!
Well I stopped in to charge my car and there is no coffee and no coffee cups and no bottled water. Although I am a Tesla fanatic they need to get their act together. The Chargers only charge that about 99 miles an hour so I wasnt there too long. Its crazy because I remember the day picking up my Tesla from the Buena Park dealership and being so happy. Hopefully the right person sees this and takes care of everything
Just picked up my brothers model 3... 15 min...in and out...love it!
Nina is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is our third Tesla. She never answers any messages. We wait for days and no answers. When you talk to her on the phone she’s even worse.
We gave you a huge amount of cash for a downpayment, had am appointment for pick up time. The car is not fully charged barely 50% and the outside of it has bugs and dirty all over the roof. This is how you do business?
I really enjoy my Tesla...the customer service, not so much. There were issues upon receiving my vehicle causing me to reach out to my sales representative inquiring why I had not received what was promised to me (I had the documentation to prove what I was suppose to receive). Once I voiced my issues it was as if they disappeared and I could not get anyone to respond to me. My sales representative said multiple times that he would get back to me and did not. I still havent received an update from him as of the date I am posting this review. I assume Tesla representatives just hope that problems will disappear if you ignore them, however, that is not the case. I was told by a manager, that they often dont return phone calls or follow-up with customer issues. This is not acceptable. While I like my car I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that has been provided.
This Tesla Service Center is much better than the Costa Mesa location. The lines are shorter and more organized. Tariq, my service rep, was very communicative to me on providing updates and addressing my concerns. Highly satisfied customer here.
Supercharger here charged very slow, 1hr around 40 miles
What more can you say about Tesla? Their cars are amazing, and their sales staff isnt pushy like the other car dealerships. Thus particular dealership is located off the freeway in the areas auto center so its in a convenient location. It does get crowded on the weekends so parking might be a bit annoying but its a hot spot so what can you expect?
Ive been to two other service centers. This one had available online appointments. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to intake my car, and another 20 min or so for them to process me for a loaner. But the operation seemed well organized and not overwhelmed, like it seems to be at the other service centers. I went on a Monday at 8AM, and nobody seemed to be having a case of the Mondays. Will update as I get more experience with them.
I called Tesla for their business hours and no one would pick up the phone. Theres no automatic message system telling me about the business hours. I checked Google listing it says close at 7pm but when I arrived at 4:30pm they said service and parts department are closed at 4pm. Tesla is the worst car dealer ever.
Tech team is very well prepped for covid and everything was perfectly done
Went for service yesterday for my Model 3 AWD (~4000 miles) because a nail punctured my tire in treads. They quoted me $7X.xx + tax to get it patched and $3XX.xx + tax to get it replaced. They recommended I get the tire replaced so I left and called America’s Tire.America’s Tire said they would patch it for FREE if it’s safe to do so or would replace the tire for $2XX.xx + tax if it was unsafe to patch. Will be going to America’s Tire this weekend... Don’t waste your time at Tesla Service*UPDATEGot my tire patched for FREE at an independent tire shop.
This location gets right to it. Walk up check in and down to business. Friendly and professional staff with a very clean service center.
Very great! Jeffrey Jang was very kind & informative. I definitely recommend his customer service.
You might want to hire staff that know stuff about your cars. JJ was nice but did not know the downfalls of the X. I had to tell him that the X had different size tires.....he had no idea. Pretty embarrassing. I’ll take my business to another Tesla store.
Made the service appointment and they offered me a loaner upon arrival I was told that no loaner was available, they gave an Uber voucher but with the covid situation who would want to travel with Uber for 4 straight days?
The people there were so nice. We got to test drive a model 3 without an appointment and the guy there that was helping us was very nice.
Professionals. Knowledgable.Ethical. What more do you need?
Tried the Tesla 3 for an overnight test drive. Love the car and all of its features. I would have rated higher but the customer service and the dealership service for fixing warranty items still has some work to do.
Service advisor Vince Cornelio provided fantastic customer service, and really made me feel like a valued member of the Tesla family. They provided a Model S loaner car while doing some minor warranty fixes on my Model 3, and they were very quick and thorough on the repairs. Excellent experience all around!
The service advisor quickly resolved a display issue. Also he took the time to explain the control system and its functions.
Went for a test drive and the staff very helpful. Great service!
