ATTENTION!!: To those who seek a end of term lease-buy-out.Im writing this review as someone who doesnt typically write reviews on anyone unless the service was lackluster or shady business practice were made.I went in about a month ago on a end of lease - turned buyout option for a vehicle I had chose to purchase from this Buena Park Dealership. In the contract it states that you have the option to purchase your vehicle at stated Residual Value at the end of your lease, but since this pandemic affected supply chains worldwide they decided to tack on another $1,000!!! purchase and fee processing fee that was not stated in the contract. How can you charge this? All of the paper work is done at the start of contract negotiation. BEWARE, as this dealership is not in it for your best interest. Just because Covid-19 messed up import supply chains doesnt mean they can randomly add 1k purchasing fees to everyones car contracts. No where in the contract does it say they charge a purchasing fee of $1,000 dollars, they just add it in which increases the overall price. I am appalled by the whole Buena Park Establishment and refuse to do any business with them in the future or refer any of my massive connection of friends and family to their store. I highly advise you to read your contracts before accepting any undisclosed fees they throw in before you can purchase your car. Make them sign it in writing. If a lawyer picks this up, it can easily be a class action lawsuit. I highly recommend that no one does business with this branch as they do not care about customer retention oppose to lining their pocket books to meet quota. -1/10.READ BETWEEN THE LINES

I walked and told the sales rep what I wanted. They immediately knew what I wanted and where it was. Let me take the car for a test drive. Told them I was under a tight time table. Got everything done quickly and efficiently. Also did everything they could to get the payments within my budget. I cant say how much I appreciate the lengths they went to accommodate me.

Worst experience ever. Gave us the worst deal. Will never recommend this place to anybody. The Female salesperson with the name that starts with an N was not helpful, rude and not friendly. She made us feel like we are wasting her time. She said our trade in vehicle has no value and they will give us a favor to dispose it and it will cost them money to do it. I decided not to trade in our vehicle. She was rushing us to made a decision to the worst offer they gave us. She said the 8% rate 72 months with a thousand dollar down payment is their final offer. She said to take it or leave it. She said she is already tired. We were there for 5 hours and in the end they still want to take my old car. I hope nobody will get to experience what we’ve been through to this dealership. Do your research first before you go to a dealership. That was one of my biggest mistakes and the other one was I told the salesperson that we are badly in need of a new car. They are not there to help you. They are there to rip you off.

I purchased my car 3 months ago 3 days later I i notified them about the defect. They ordered the parts so after 2 weeks the parts arrived. I took my car there and waited 4 hours and told me it was done. When I checked it….they did not replace it.They lied to me. The tallest guy at the service department was so rude. I was so disappointed. Due to my hypertension I stopped dealing with that issue and moved on. My salesman told to me that he will ship my spare key to my house. Every month I have to ask for my spare key and until now I haven’t received it! 🙄 my first Honda car…….worst experience with that dealer!! lol.

I dont understand why this place has so many good reviews. My dad and I purchased our vehicles here. We had issues from the very beginning. We were sold something that was not promised (gave us a truck with miles on it) and had to deal with a very rude sales manager (male). The first time I did an oil change we had to wait about 7 hours for them to do it. They waste your time and charge you ridiculous fees. I went a couple weeks ago and they did not want to honor a coupon that Honda had emailed me directly. I had to go back and forth with the service person, Yesenia C I believe, because she refused to honor it even though it was directly from Honda and their dealer. The service people will try to scam you any way possible and up-charge you. Once I spoke to the manager, he did honor the coupon and lets say Yesenia wasnt so happy about it. They have a bunch of employees hanging around doing nothing and make people wait. This includes the reception, the service advisors and the people that help them. I will be going to another Honda dealer that is closer from now on because this one has terrible customer service. I would highly advice you go elsewhere for your Honda needs.

Alex from service needs to know his job better and customer service because he was very rude and inconsiderate! Also the manager should keep his word when he says he will call and schedule a car service. My daughter and I woke up early to get our free oil change that my husband had purchased when we bought our car for only Alex not to honor it because he didnt check right. After I clarified his mistake he didnt even apologize and told me i would have to wait after the other cars had their service when i was the first one with an appointment! He really wasted our time and so did his manager.

My appointment was at 1pm for a oil change and maintenance on my van B1 code. Waited in the lobby four 4 hours without hearing any update on my van at 4pm I ask how much longer, I have to go feed my mother I told them, they told me 1 1/2 more that they hadn’t even started on my van yet. I wasted four hours of my precious time waiting for nothing. I kind of lost it. This dealer is the worst one I ever been too, the staff was so rude, didn’t care and had the nerves to give me a attitude. Told me if I couldn’t wait I could reschedule. 🤬I almost explode it, I ask for my van back and just left. This place is a mess, there lazy, bad customer service, didn’t even bother to apologize. Never going back to this dealer that don’t have respect for there customers. Rather take my business somewhere else where… if I could give them a -0 a no star I would. Don’t waste your time here….

I was told it would cost $319.88 to diagnose my a/c issues. I decided to go for it since I knew that there was a compressor warranty and wanted the dealership to fix it under that warranty. I was willing to take a chance so that the warranty would fix it. I was told as a result of the diagnosis, that it was an evaporator problem and it would cost $1,900 to fix. I took my car back from the dealership. Thats way too much. The only reason I went there was because of the warranty. I went to another place that specializes in air conditioning. They said it was actually the condenser. Being so sick of going back and forth to Buena Park Honda so many times, I just had the shop fix it and paid less than what Buena Park Honda had estimated. It now works! This experience has really left a very bad impression on me. Buena Park Honda should have honored the warranty. Im disappointed in Buena Park Honda.

I was on the fence the first time I brought my car here but a second visit confirmed my initial opinion. This dealer is really bad.I had a 7:00am appt. I arrived on time and the driveways were blocked with the service team standing outside. A line was forming in Auto Center Drive. Not a good thing during the morning commute.I spoke with the service rep and explaine my problem. I got a call about two hours later stating the repair is $2,100. That sounded way off base to me.I picked up the car and took it to a local 5* mechanic. He said it can be repaired for $300.I understand the dealer may not repair certain parts but instead replace but the difference is ridiculous.Bottom line is at the least they are very unorganized and the worst they are really inflating repairs. Seek your auto repair needs elsewhere.

This Honda is good an honest. My AC wasn’t blowing cool so my wife called this Honda and asked how much it was to recharge it. They accidentally quoted us $179 instead of the actual price $320. They honored $179 as the price as a one time thing because we go misquoted. They don’t try to upsell you, which is a problem I had at Oakland Honda. Fast car service and great customer service. They do get really busy but if you have the time this is the Honda you wanna go to.

I took my dad car yesterday for a battery sensor recall and smog test took 45 minutes for someone to finally help us I will say there were a lot of cars and I didnt have a appointment but I made the mistake of listening to my dad and left him there to get something for both of us to eat and my dad is old already and to me it looks like Honda of Buena Park tried to take advantage him after I left and waiting three hours they tell him the smog test didnt work and he had to pay 250 for them to run a test and made him a appointment for next Monday when I got back with food he told me what happened and they did no work on the car after three and half hours I told them let take it to the Honda dealership in Anaheim which I did today same time as yesterday they helped us in five minutes of arriving and did the replace the battery sensor and some updates for free not having to pay anything all I know if you are elderly take one of your kids so they dont try to pull a fast one on you and it only took Hardin Honda a hour and half for them to do the work and they were also busy.

We decided to buy our honda from here because of their reviews, however, I guess the dealer is very nice up to when you buy your car, once you purchase the car it’s a different story. My husband and I were promised 2 free oil changes with our car purchased and they did not honor it. We waisted our time driving to the dealer which is in a different city from where we live in. We could have just gone to our local honda dealer to get the same routine services done for half their price. Ridiculous. Thanks for showing me you do not keep your word on the promises you make. First and last time buying a car here.

I made an appointment for an oil change and and still waited 3 hours. Sorry won’t come back here again. I’ve waited less time doing walk ins at other dealerships. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re just gonna wait as long as a walk in?? I then asked for an update after 2.5 hours. He goes in the back and never returns to talk to me.

Had a good experience purchasing a used Honda Pilot. Good selection of the type of car I was looking for. Got a fair quote for my trade and a fair price for my Pilot. After the purchase I noticed a couple thing that they took care of without question. Haven’t used their service department yet. Look forward to try it out.

On April 14th, 2020 I went to Buena Park Honda to trade in my old 2009 Chevy Malibu LS(180K miles) + $1500 for my newer 2013 Honda Civic LX(104K miles). The only flaws on the vehicle were the minor damage to the front and rear bumper and missing panels underneath. Fast forward to August 15th, 2020 I was doing the 2nd oil change and the 1st transmission drain and refill. When I removed the transmission drain plug, the fluid looked like the color of oil which means that the transmission was never serviced in 7 years/110K miles. The drain plug had that gray gunk on it and the pictures are going to be my future proof if the transmission does go out. The engine has a slight metallic noise as well but good thing that I have warranty until 152K miles. Buena Park Honda should have checked the vehicle over thoroughly before listing this car on their website/lot.Im giving this dealer a 3 star rating due to the good transaction and patience of the internet sales manger but not doing a good enough job thoroughly checking their used vehicles.The paper towel with the red on it is what OEM fluid should look like and not look like the color of oil. Good thing that Im religious about taking care of my vehicles but I dont know the future of my engine/transmission since the damage is done.I checked the fluid level the following morning and the dipstick is still showing brown even tho I filled the transmission with the recommended 2.5 Quart refill. I will be doing another transmission drain and refill with my next oil change.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. My family member came to purchase a vehicle, mind you she is fresh out of high school, beginning her adult hood and this dealership really stuck her in a bind. Sold her a vehicle over priced and of course offered her ALL extras and her not understanding she agreed ... but once she came home and showed the paper work she went back (the next day) to have removed all the extras the finance rep. LEAH KIM gave her some BS saying that if she removed the extra her interest rate would go up !! This is mind blowing ... be extremely careful when purchasing here ... THEY ARE THIEVES

Maria provided terrific service and made up for the poor start. I arrived for a 9 AM appointment and at 9:30 I had to find an employee to explain the delay. I explained how I had to leave and he let me place my information on the drivers seat. Why was that not done when we arrived? Your staff could learn from Maria on communicating and providing better customer service. Had I not interacted with her, I would have looked for a new Honda dealer to take my CRV too.

Fast intake with appointments, and they are open and honest with what is going on with your car, especially with the wait time(s). Plus, a free car wash (no detail) is a nice touch to the long wait to fix a vehicle (often long anyways).

Yessenia, never got back to me nor provided me with an ETA for when the van was going to be ready. I also never received a phone call back. I ended up having to call the service manager at which point, I was able to quickly pick up my car. In the future it would be most helpful for ETA is to be mandatory and or a phone call follow up communication. The service team when I picked up the car was awesome! However the recall issue with the sliding doors was not fully fixed. I will be coming back to have that repaired. Also I will be coming back as my audio system has a crackling sound coming from it, which I understand is another recall.(Edit) their reply clearly shows they are not reading my review. Hahaha!

I made an apt online for a package service for my Honda Civic. This includes oil and filter change, tire rotations, and a few inspections. I arrived at 10:20am since that was the scheduled time for my appointment. The worker told me it would take about 2 hours since they are busy. I decided to wait because my car really needed the oil change however, I didn’t get my car back until 1:50pm! Yup 3 1/2 hours later. I initially wanted my car wash as well but after waiting for 3 hours I told them to forget about it. I’ll probably be trying a different Honda next time for services.

My son in law and I came to Buena Park Honda on 11/23/2020. Prior to that date, we have spoken with Chase, the sales representative, on the potential deal on a Honda Odyssey and its availability. When we came Chase was all ready with the car and even took care of our trade in. I went to so many dealers but really appreciate Chase courtesy, professionalism and non-pushy attitude. Car dealer should have sales representative like Chase. I also appreciate the Asian lady sales manager (not sure of her name, possibly Evelyn) and the finance manager for making this deal as quick as it could be. All in all, we had a positive experience and totally recommend Buena Park Honda, especially Chase C.

Charles and Edward really made this car buying experience the best ive ever had. I originally went to Norm Reeves in West Covina looking at a 2020 Honda Insight, test drove it and went home. The following day I sent a number of questions to Norm Reeves through their website itself such as how to get the car in a specific color, how we might go about finding one, if we needed to order it, what was involved etc. The person who responded to the web inquiry and a few email exchanges lacked any sort of detailed responses, any direction, and generally felt like I was being blown off. Not only that, the emails were misspelled, badly formatted, and did not even contain an email signature. I would expect at least an email signature from someone emailing from a business.Regardless of that, I felt I was getting nowhere with Norm Reeves in West Covina and it seemed obvious to me they didnt think I was a serious customer so I took my business elsewhere. I sent the same questions to Buena Park Honda and Edward answered my questions, sent me pictures I requested, etc. The whole 9 yards. His emails even had a proper email signature in them! I ended up purchasing the 2020 Honda Insight in the color I wanted a few days ago, at an excellent price with all the bells and whistles included at the Buena Park Honda dealer. And you know what led me to go there? Professionalism, and attention to detail. When I asked for pictures of the potential cars, they sent them to me as requested. And when I got to the dealership and decided on a color they didnt have in stock, they tracked one down, brought it to the dealership and even waxed it before I left with it. I do not ask for much as a customer other than to not waste my time. I use email as a primary correspondence due to my work schedule which I put in the original message on the website inquiry. A little attention to detail and show of effort goes a long way. Between Edwards replies to me via email, to the detailed and clear answers and info I received about the car from Charles directly when at the dealership. they got my business and I took home a beautiful new vehicle. Seriously, if the Buena Park Honda management is reading this, they both embody the sort of professional attention to detail I appreciate and look for in anyones work.That all being said, there are a few things I didnt like, and my management brain took a few notes while I was at the dealership. A few of the other employees were not wearing masks all of the time, or they were not wearing them correctly i.e. not covering their nose. In this climate that is a big issue. The other issue was some of the staff were having a bit of a heated argument and should have taken it behind closed doors. The conversation was clear because they were not really quiet about it. I know staff have interpersonal issues or there are disagreements sometimes, but its best to take that out of the showroom because it taints the experience for the customers.Edward and Charles were really the standouts though, and again without that attention to detail and clear communication I would likely have not made a purchase that day.

Just saw a worker driving down Beach Blvd in a White 2021 Honda Accord 2.0t Sport, still had the dealer window sticker on the rear window. Driver was speeding unnecessarily and moved over three lanes. Peeled off at the next stoplight leaving tracks just to go to the Chevron down the street. Nice.

I had a fantastic car buying experience :) i drove 2h from san diego to get the car after discussing the transfer and pricing first. They accommodated me running late and i was able to finance, transfer cars and learn about my new car in less than an hour. I didnt feel pressured in anyway to upgrade etc, everyone was forthcoming and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I was asking $4500.00 for trade in on my car. Made an offer of $2000.00 I said no. Manager came back and asked me what would it take for me to buy the car today. I said 4500.00 for the trade in on my car. She said yes.By the time I went to finance all paperwork came so fast....I thought I got what I wanted for a trade in for my car, should of looked at the final contract.Should of checked the numbers on my contract they only applied $3000.00 towards the down payment $1500.00 less than what the Manager stated.I added the 1000,000 mile warranty and the maintenance warranty.Please take the time to read you final contract. I realize it is to late for me since I have the car and the contract has been signed.I thought the Honda team was there for me...once you move your seat beware of added charges they offer.Connie Gusman

Just had my 16 in for service this morning...needed oil change but also had a transmission problem and needed a key fob programmed. I normally go to Norm Reeves in Cerritos which is closer to home. But I was tired of scheduling appts. at Norm at waiting 45 mins just to check in, and Norm just doesnt do the small things well. Buena Park had me checked in quickly. They communicated clearly. They solved my wonky transmission problem (its sooo much better now). Now, they did break off my rear wiper in the wash bay...but they owned the problem immediately, were apologetic, and ordered the full assembly to replace at their cost. So maybe not perfect, but handled perfectly.

I simply went in for a free recall inspection. Which DMV requires from any driver etc. First impressions are everything. I work in a grocery store. So customer service is life. When an employee treats me like family. I will most likely return to your business. Alejandro Luna 2186 went above and beyond. Even though I didnt spend a single cent at your business. My wife and I came in today to buy a CTR. I don’t know why, but maybe we are a young couple, but not one person from a dealer in and out of the building came up to talk to us. We made it obvious that we are looking for some help. 30 mins has passed and just had looks by the employees there. Finally someone got up and asked if we were helped? I said no has asked yet but you. Then he asked the other guy to help us out. He seem new to the job and very young. Hoping he can get us rolling out in the CTR but he didn’t know much about the car and it’s not his fault or anything. Should’ve ask for help. If anything I didn’t want to buy a car from this place cause of poor service. Toyota of Temecula valley was a better experience. Ended with a test drive of a 2021 Supra from the showroom that they took out for me. Ended up with a red 2021 a90 Supra. But Honda of Buena Park needs to step up and help out anyone who walks in that lot. Dissatisfied with this place. Was looking forward to a CTR today.

Horrible service!!Please dont take your car to get serviced here!! Ive taken my 2016 Honda Accord 4 times this year to get fixed, and have to pay $100 each time! The mechanic Alex is extremely rude, does not let you speak, and gets defensive when you try to speak up. Also, the general service manager Charlie has no customer service!! He didnt even want to come talk to me when I requested to speak to a manager. He told me if I didnt pay the $100 deductible AGAIN, I could not take MY CAR! I had to find a ride home each time, and was never offered a loner car since the problem obviously wasnt fixed the first, second, or 3rd time! I am extremely upset and unsatisfied with this dealership! I am wasting time, and money at this place, I feel like they fix one issue just to have me go in again and have something else fixed/repaired!

UPDATE: After my terrible experience with Honda of Buena Park. Especially the very rude service advisor Alex. I decided I never wanted to deal with Honda again. I sold my 2020 Honda civic sport to carMax and got $21K. Took my money over to Subaru. Let me tell you. I’m very happy with mt decision. Better car and payment is the same. They also guaranteed they would never leave me carless while servicing my vehicle like Honda did.The car is AWESOME. And what’s even more Awesome??? I will never have to deal with the Honda people again in my life. And I will never recommend anyone in my family purchase a Honda based on their service alone. Buena Park Honda is seriously damaging the Honda experience. They even texted me asking me how my experience was and requesting I text them back with feedback. Gave them my feedback. They never responded and never even attempted to reach out to me. Honda could’ve made this right and never did. They’re greedy and don’t care about the customer once the car is sold. I e said it before and I’ll say it again. The helpful Honda people are no longer helpful. The service tech Alex has a serious problem with taking things personal. He does not understand what it feels to spend thousands on a vehicle only to have the service tech give you attitude and make you feel like you’re asking for too much. When all you want is the new car you purchased to run well. That was all.Waste of time. I took a new car in 5 different times. And they still can’t figure it out. And the service advisors give me attitude after I explain my frustration. They keep my car for several days and can’t offer a loaner car. So I’m forced to pay for transportation and figure out how to get around. Mind you this is a brand new car. I was told that it’s very common at the Buena Park Honda. They really don’t know what they’re doing. Management is terrible. That’s why there’s always new employees. Buena Park Honda has a serious issue that is severely damaging Honda’s reputation of being reliable and dependable. The helpful Honda people are not present on Buena Park. And when I picked up my car I felt some serious tension with the service advisor. He took things very personal. They don’t know how to do their job and they get upset if you tell them. My wife our car here when the key wouldn’t go in and they diagnosed it with needing a new ignition and key. I went there and stuck the key in and the car started right up. They were trying to charge me 1200 dollars for something that wasn’t even broke. Avoid this place like the plague.

The wait for car service is terrible, they told me two to three hours and i ended up being there four hours, i seen people go to break went to lunch and I was still there. They have no shuttles to take you home, the second time I took it for service, it was the same thing, they told me two hours I end up waiting a little over 4 hours. Im going to try somewhere else. They shouldnt book so many appointments. The workers are very nice tho, no complaints there

They were able to get the model I wanted from a partner dealer even though they didnt have it in stock! Called ahead of time to see if a car was in stock and was told there were 6 of the particular model. Get to the dealership and they won’t have any for two weeks. I was lied to so I would walk in the door. Then when I said no to waiting two weeks the manager told the sales guy “it is what it is”. So lying is okay here.

They sold me a used use car then the following week they told me it was the battery then i took it to kia car dealer ship they said it was the transmission they said they would reimburse me for my rental and never ever did no one has reached out to me i sent in all the information needed and no one still havent reached out to me that car stop on the freeway i could out the blue i could have been seriously hurt they have my address everything they could hsve mail my reimbursement but nothing they will sell you a lemon car so be careful

I had appointment at 7 am, was first at the door. They started working on other vehicles which came after me. I just wanted oil and filter change. I got out around 8:20. I did not order tire rotation, but they did it any way and charged me $ 107 compared to $ 67 last time.Customer service was no different than a pop mom service station. If you ask a question from some one who is not your advisor, their typical answer, find your advisor. You dont know his name, how you find him if he is not there? Finally I got the glimpse of my life saver service advisor, Alex, and relieved. Will never see him again!

This is my second time getting service from Buena Park Honda and overall both my experiences are horrible. The first time was regarding a warranty on paint, I was requesting for a loaner vehicle and they told me that they will not lend me one because I dod not buy my vehicle there. So I left and told myself never to do business there again but it was the closest to me.The second visit was the most recent one. My air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. I researched and said that it could be the condenser as Honda Civic has faulty condenser. They made me sign a waiver to pay 300$ for diagnostics. If it is the condenser it will be free. They called after 3 days and said it was the evaporator thats broken and asking me to pay 1800$ immediately to get it repaired. Alex the technician said it was the evaporator thats broken and said “We removed the whole dashboard and saw a leak on the evaporator”. I pulled out my car and went to my family mechanic, he used UV lights to check where the dye was leaking from the diagnostics. He said the leak is coming from the condenser and that he never heard of a honda leaking from the evaporator as he is been fixing 2016 Hondas and up for years.I went back to Buena Park Honda knowing that it was not the evaporator leaking. Complaining that I saw myself the dye and I confirmed that it was from the condenser. I told Alex what I found along with my mechanic and he said he cannot conform or deny because he is not a mechanic. But when I was talking to him he is so eager for me to pay 1800$ because he is 100% that there is no leak on the condenser and its on the evaporator. I told him nobody opened my dashboard because nothing was moved and my glove compartment was unchanged. Now he started contradicting himself that they did not remove the dashboard theres is just a special tool to peak on the evaporator. Hi is lying through his teeth. I wanted a refund, he said its impossible, because he is still insisting that its not the condenser but only the evaporator. So Hopefully I get help in dealing with this problem. I never felt the helpful Honda slogan in Buena Park.

First time coming here and will never go back. I had an appointment to do an oil change at 9 40am so I arrived at 9 30am and they ended up taking my car at 10 20am, I advised them that I was dropping the car off and was going to pick it up later. They called me at 12 20pm just to make sure my car was only getting an oil change, they told me that my car was going to be ready by 2pm so I went to pick up the car at 2 30pm and spoke to a service advisor and he told me he was going to check and give me an update. 45 minutes later Im looking for the guy to give me an update and turns put that they hadnt even touched my car yet. I ended up getting the car at 4 10pm which I only brought it to get an oil change. Whats the point of making an appointment if they will have your car 6 hours later when it shouldnt take no more than 2 max 3 hours.

Had an appointment for 10am, and they had us wait well over a half hour before seeing anyone. Many people in the service area were not taking COVID safety seriously. Quiet a few of their mechanics were not wear masks when working in cars or walking through the garage. Representatives who were in the front either did not have masks on or the few that did wore them hanging off one ear or had it around their chin defeating the purpose of wearing them. Had to ask multiple times for one lady I particular to put her mask on each time she walked up to speak to us. Would recommend going anywhere else since they do not take public safety into account.

MAKE SURE TO READ ALL REVIEWS. I went in on a recall to my 2016 Honda Civic AC and came out with that my AC was contaminated and the bill would be $5,580. Honda refused to accept responsibility even though I’ve never had my AC serviced. There’s no way I contaminated it. ALLservice was done at a Honda dealer but never had the AC been touched. Charlie Kim was very disrespectful over the phone but I’m person refused to even talk to me. DONT BUY A CAR HERE AND DONT SERVICE IT HERE ITS A SCAM!!

Where do I even begin....Let me just go out and say that I never thought I would have been able to get out of the situation I was in and into a new car. Steven and Channy were a great team that helped me feel comfortable working with them. I had originally worked with Steven as I was explaining my situation to a different associate there who really didnt seem to want to help me. He overheard our conversation and approached me as I was about to leave. He was very understanding and told me that he would like to see what he could do for me. I took the chance and came in. He couldnt make it unfortunately as he had a important issue he had to take care of but passed me along to Channy who is just as equally helpful!! She took down my information and was never too aggressive or pushy. Both of them really just wanted to help me out and it definitely showed!! I believe their supervisors name was Greg and I also want to thank him as he was able to get me the best deal possible. Another huge thanks to Renaldo who helped us finish the final paperwork and made the rest of our experience very enjoyable.All in all, I highly, HIGHLY recommend that if you are in the market to buy a car and want to get the best deal and work with people that are there to help you out instead of getting a sale, I absolutely recommend Buena Park Honda.
