No calls to notify me of my cars status on the day they said it would be ready. Had to call the next day and they were too busy to take my call so i left a voicemail and no call back. Had to call in afternoon and hold several minutes before hearing back. When i went to service dept to pick up my car, it took 30 minutes before they brought me my car to pick up from service. Definitely not the service one would expect for a luxury vehicle. Service here has really deteriorated here over the years. This is my 2nd BMW from Shelly, at this point, probably my last.

Had a 7am service appt on a Wednesday. They mentioned they were busy and theyd need the car a couple of days. I called for status late Thursday and they had not even looked at the car and made excuses that they were busy. If you are too busy to work on the cars why take appointments?When I stopped off the car they didnt look at the warranty status and said theyd need pre-approval before working on the car since it was CPO covered. The car was still under factory/new-car warranty for another 6 months. They also tried to upsell services I didnt need.I wont be going back to this dealer for any services.

Just left my vehicle for the service appointment.When I visit there for the service, the procedure usually takes about 30-40mins although I have an appointment. But my service advisor, Eric Kim handled everything in less than 10mins. Very professional guy with full of knowledge and kindness.
