This location is very good overall. The store size is average to other Bed Bath & Beyond locations. The inside is clean and well organized. A customer service representative helped confirm the price of a frame which turned out to be discontinued. He looked it up pretty quick and even found out the next closest location that has it but was too far. Just ended up buying a different styled frame. Checkout was fast and easy. Prices could be better compared to online stores but nice brick and mortar place to shop for household items or even gifts. I recommend this place to look around and compare prices before you buy but good place to buy if need the item right away.

The item I bought was at close to 50% off, the cashier helped me print out a list for a marriage registry, another cashier helped me pick out a bag for the present i bought and a card for the newlyweds. The staff is very helpful.

Price at this store were higher than their own web page and when you ask to match the price at the check out counter, they will take their own pace of time.After all those wait, they will tell you Ill let you buy at that price.I actually replied Wow!

This is a large lovely store filled with people that offer great customer service the prices are reasonable even though a lot of the Bed Bath & Beyond have closed this one has remained open and is a staple in this neighborhood so if youre looking for a good clean store to shop check this one out

We all know that this place is a little pricey, but its not Wal-Mart! Our questions were answered with ease by staff and check out was quick and easy.

Made my curbside pick up, and they couldnt find my order. They have many lockers behind them where they place orders and my item was somewhere off by a register on the other side. Waited for about 10 minutes while they looked everywhere. Staff here not as friendly (even though they had me waiting) as other stores Ive visited .

Always love coming here to this location which is inside Buena Park Downtown Mall. Its ways so clean and there are so many items in stock ranging from pictures to metal polish and even solar lights for outdoors. Incan spend half a day just browsing the large inventory.

Looking for special type of curtains and the correct size. Was very difficult finding a person to talk to who knew their stock in inventory. Only one qualified man on the floor. When I was able to finally talk to him he gave me the correct information in the answers that I needed. They need more people on the floor or customers.

Went to return an item with out my receipt and they were still able to give me cash back because I originally paid with my debit card

I am able to find everything here. I always have my 20% ready for any savings. This time I came in to buy a gift from a wedding registry and they took care of me. I ordered it online and went to pick it up quickly after. They have a self service wrapping station, so I was able to wrap the gift beautifully

The store was well stocked. They carry so many great items for every room in your house. Even for your pets and your outdoor needs. I have to say, every employee I encountered today seemed like they hate their job. That was offputting.

This location is very small and in turn has limited stock. The store is well kept, and the staff is attentive to detail. There are not many employees, so sometimes its tough to find assistance without going to the front of the store. Over all this location meets my immediate needs for items such as coffee pods and small giftable items, but I definitely frequent other locations with much larger selections.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a very nice shopping experience. The store in Buena Park Mall I found the employees to be very helpful and polite. Prices were very reasonable and a very good selection of products. Hard to visit this store and not buy something. Customers spoke very nicely about this store.

Forgot my wallet. Decided to make sure they had the product I wanted which they did. So I asked if I could call my wife and give them the credit card number, etc. I was told they could not punch in the number on the register and that I would need to bring in the card. Just a little 28 Mile drive. If you go to their website you can reserve an item at a particular store and you see the buttons for credit cards and PayPal but they dont really work for a store pickup. I let the manager know it was a somewhat silly process. In any event I went home and got the card and went back. The manager saw me and without saying anything made sure I was going to get the 20% single item discount. He didnt know I had a coupon in my pocket. While I didnt like the extra 28 mile round trip home, I did appreciate the extra effort the manager took to make a happy customer.

You cant beat their specials on cookware and the closeout prices. They have just about everything you could want for a kitchen. Dont forget about the housewares too. Parking for this location is a pain though, the store sits in a weird spot in the parking lot and creates a jam up at times.

Ease of parking. Aisles were neat and not jammed. Found the products easily. They opened more register when it was getting busy.

I really like this location. I usually walk away with some pretty good finds. Only down side is theres no dedicated beauty isle like some of the other locations.

Went to return an item I picked up for Christmas(wrong size). I did have my original receipt. While there, I picked a b-day gift for a co-worker. I had to ask an employee the direction of something I was looking for and he told me exactly where to find it. When I checked out the cashier was very friendly and helpful. My experience was very positive.

There was a manager that was very knowledgeable and happy to spend time answering my questions and detailing differences between products. I left with exactly what I was looking for and it was even on sale!

Our home appliances store which seems to have every item for the kitchen, dining room, bedroom and living room and a lot more but at a price!! The items are long lasting so the price doesnt matter. When we re-did the living room, we bought curtain rods, drapes and paid a big tab which is worthwhile😁 Lets rename the store:Bed, Bath, Living room, Kitchen & Beyond!!
