Okay dude straight up this wasnt a bad little Walmart it looks small on the outside but once you get in the store its pretty nice. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints at all

Very nice store. Always clean and shelves are always pretty well stocked. Service desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful as well as cashiers have a nice glowing personality. Mr.Sam would be proud of youll. (Yes, I met the man twice years and years ago at the Millington Tennessee. Store where I worked at the time.)

This is by far one of the worst Wal-Marts I have ever been to and I live in this town. The employees are always rude and no one is ever in any department.. You have to go find someone if you need anything and you will find all of the workers in one group at the front just talking. Probably a great place to work because you dont have to be kind or work.

Service was great. For a Friday a little busy. But, the cashier was quick and friendly.

Used to work here management has there favorites pay is horrible for what u have to put up with.. wouldnt recommend anyone to work here.. rude customers and snotty co workers

Great dog toys! My dog has strong teeth, Some of the toys here are indestructible though. I got a Kong here in 2016 and it’s still in good condition.

Excellent quiet clean no big rush like at Marion walmart worth the extra drive just like the BMV way quicker in bucyrus than Marion!

Terrible customer service! I called there looking for a specific light bulb and was transferred to hardware. The guy said the bulb I was looking for didnt sound familiar. I asked him if h e would look for me and he put me on hold and never came back to the phone. 12 minutes passed and the phone went to a busy signal. It never fails with this store...

All in all, this place has gotten better. Has a ways to go. I just hope they dont give up and settle.

Would have gave 5 stars, but they are out of stock on a lot of different things.

Wal-Mart had a very small selection of school supplies this year. Way smaller than past years and they had everything in one isle with numerous families trying to shop at one time it was a hot mess. Other than that I was able to get everything I needed off my sons supply list so that is a plus. Unfortunately I did not purchase a bookbag. They wanted nearly $40 for a bookbag and I refuse to pay that especially at Wal-Mart.

Easily found what I needed using the app and check out was a breeze.

I live closer to Ontario but willing to drive 20 more miles to go to Bucyrus Walmart. Most of lanes are open with live cashiers. Much cleaner and better stocked. Great service and much friendlier than Ontario Ohio.

I wish that they would drop the masks. I feel the same as I did before about it. It should be your own choice as to wether or not to wear one.

Im not a big Walmart Lover.My husband had to exchange some ear buds.We actually went to Aldis next door and grocery shopped.

Three of my normal items I always get at Walmart were not in stock which kind of upset me a little bit.

What? No already cooked, in-shell salted peanuts??? Oh the agony of watching Major League Baseball on tv without them. However, they did have everything else I needed and the staff there was very helpful in helping find what I was looking for.

The Manager was just able to get long john doughnuts back into the store. This will make my dad happy. He is still working on getting Mozzarella sticks back in the radio grill and wing dings.

Carts everywhere, stacked in front of parking spaces. Only 2 clerks working the registers. The lines 5 and 6 people long. Hard for handicap people to use self checkout. Never have people, to ask questions, or to give you directions of something.

They have horrible employees there. Very rude, like ur interrupting them by asking a question while they stand there and talk to each other... Just very bad people in the Ontario Walmart

Store was clean, employees very helpful. WPD ( Westerville Police ) was outside. That is so important, I have all respect for our Police Department. I appreciate them so much for being around the stores.

Got a spicy potato taco two of them couldnt eat neither one potatoes were cooked beyond recognition hard as rock got like eight fries a half a cup of cheese and the pop was terrible mixture was all wrong this is the one in Mansfield on Park avenue

I ordered something online for curbside pick up. It was a very large and heavy item. I pulled into the parking spot labeled B and notified tem that I was there and that they would need help lifting it I to my SUV. I opened my hatch and waited. After 30min, I went inside to get help. I was that all of the curbside emp were on break and that I would have to continue to wait. After about 15 minutes, a female approached and asked to see my receipt, I showed it to her and she went to get the item. Once we got into the parking lot, it took the 2 of us about another 10 minutes to load it. In total, I was there almost 1 hour to pick up a curbside item that was supposed to be ready. I will never order curbside there again

Good place to get the regular everyday items the worst part about the shopping experience is the other shoppers

Like all big corporations, employees that do actually help and seem genuine are rare. Ive only found one person who was genuinely concerned with my needs and helping me solve them. The ones in electronics have a poor attitude and seem to be there only for the money. Havent had to mess with the pharmacy so I cannot make any opinions about that.

I went to this walmart to ask questions about Savage and Henry rifles. I seen the Henry rifle that I liked. I thought the price was good. Unfortunately the associate who worked in this department was at lunch. No problem I will return again sometime soon. This is where I want to purchase a hunting rifle for next fall. I liked the selection of scopes also. Our walmart in Marion Ohio no longer carries rifles, shotguns or handguns.

I really like this Walmart and seem like a lot of stuff was cheaper here in Ohio that it is in Pennsylvania produce Wisen just some other stuff they have really good sales dollar deals and such everybody was friendly and they had Milos sweet iced tea which I have grown to love from going in Indiana all the time and outside there is a huge grassy lawn that you can walk your dog at

Not very busy and fast service at the counter

We were pleasantly surprised. Family matters had us in Bucyrus and we stopped at the Walmart there. It is hands down much nicer, less crowded, and cleaner restrooms than the Marion or Delaware stores. We will probably drive a little farther to shop here that either of the other locations. Managers and associates were very helpful and friendly.

I recently place a food order for the first time to try to limit my families exposure to covid19. After receiving my order I opened the boxes to find that the cans of soup had been just tossed freely into the boxes on top of everything else. Crackers and spaghetti noodles are smashed, breakfast bars are smashed and box is open, the bag of flour is open due to a tear while packing. The cans of soup are dented from being tossed around. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Although they claim that they are trying to help protect their customers I can clearly see they are not pleased to take online orders. 2 stars because it was free shipping and on time.

EDIT 8-26-21:This store has gone sharply downhill. Since the pandemic started twenty months ago, shelves are often completely empty of common products. It is easier to go to the local Krogers, or drive fifteen miles to a much larger Wal Mart than to try to rely on this store. :(ORIGINAL REVIEW:It is a smaller Walmart Supercenter. It is well-maintained and well-stocked, although other Walmarts within a twenty minute drive are much larger. Its convenient, and has self-checkout lines. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly place. Everybody was obeying the mask mandate. And as far as the social distancing it was kind of hard because the store was so packed
