I was in dire need of a newer vehicle, and I did alot of research and looking online. The motor ranch always has nice vehicles, and one particular car I stopped out to see twice. On one occasion, they were closed but the service manager Tyson came out to speak with me. This is the only place you need to shop for a used car. If they dont have what you want on the lot they can find it. Chad was able to find the vehicle that checked every box and in only 24 hours. Manager was great. Little did I know he was selling me a MONEY PIT!!! I bought my car and it wasnt detailed; still filthy inside. Within 2 weeks of purchase, had to have the transmission COMPLETELY rebuilt. They refused to help, even knowing it left me and my kids stranded. Will NEVER refer them. To. Anyone.

Just went & bought a Ford Focus today,. With my credit not being the greatest, was still surprisingly able to leave the lot with something clean and LOW on miles for in my opinion, was a fair price. Bought a car off these guys not even 2 yrs ago and its been in the shop almost every 6 months since for very large problems starting 24 hrs after I drove it home... The warranty they sold me is a joke it will not cover the issues it is in the shop for again they say I have maxed out the dollar amount allotted for it. Its had to have the radiator hose from the transmission replaced because it blew off. The A/C compressor and filters replaced. The timing chain went out on it ( when I bought it they said it had just been done) and now its the bearings and C/V axle and catalytic converter..... Not a good place to buy a used vehicle.

Called about a truck got approved drove it away 2 hours later. Chad was great. No complaints a happy customer

Bought car through these rip-off people. They advertise they will take back, or fix things after the sale. BIG FAT LIE. They dont. The title was NEVER put into their dealership name when they sold it to us, just had us sign the back of the title. Many things went wrong, first the radio, then it constantly overheated. Had people look at at, then told us what all was wrong, but they didnt want to loan us another car, in order to fix the one we bought. WONT BE GOING HERE EVER AGAIN
