I dont actually work for IB Tech anymore,but I do work there. Its an ok place to work,but the hours are long and can tend to drag on forever.

Is ib tech still doing 12hr days 7 days a week?

This places sucks better paying job most only work 5 some evenings 4 why I want do 12 a day 7 days a week

Horrible place to work. This company does not care about employees. They work u 12hrs a day 7 days a week! This million dollar company has leaky roof. When it rains hard outside. It rains inside. We worked in sub zero weather. It got so cold inside that we were allowed to wear coats while making seat rails for different companies!

Managment is rude and unfair to employees. Treat everyone bad unless your in there group. This whole place needs to take management classes to treat there employees like people not slaves. If you want a job its there. But they wont keep people of they continue to treat people like slaves and belittle everyone. I get its a job but you shouldnt have to be treated like dirt and the pay is not worth it

My fiance works here great place to work except no days off

Theyll make up lies or make up a weak excuse just to fire you! But yet they complain about the turnover rate. These supervisors & team leaders are a joke

I can honestly say that the quality group are the finest group of proffesional I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Engineering are a fine group of people as well. However where it concerns upper management down to the coordinators, they are the biggest bunch of pukes on the planet. The only thing that matters to them are numbers. They do not care one iota for your personal life or whether or not you get to spend time with your families. They constantly and continually lie to the associates about numbers needed and what hours they will work and never, is it a regular 8 hour shift. Management certainly gets time with their families while the associates suffer, especially the off shifts. You couldnt pay me enough to return to work there even if the insurance were free for life. Its a complete shame how this ant is ran. And management should be ashamed that they work them the way that they do. I spent 7 years of hard work and dedication there and have seen what goes on there and admit that I am ashamed of the practices that are employed to keep that place running. Backstabbing is just an everyday happenstance there. The HR department are merely puppets to management and WILL NOT stand up for its own people. A true shame. I wouldnt even give IBT a one star rating but it was the only way I could give this statement. For those of you who would happen to read this and still work there, I pity you and will pray for you. If you are upset management and happen to read this, well, lets face it, you are truly dispicable and should be ashamed of yourselves.
