I have bought a home there a little over a year a go love my home but however I have not seen his crew come back to complete a job that was supposed to been done that was purchased with the house yes they have helped get me into this home but it is not nice to not complete the house so therefore I am not a loyal customer. I will not send anyone there to purchase a home bottom line Im the one who has to replace a floor in the master bathroom because my bath tub is falling through the floor I have called the heat and air company for a month now that is supposably under a warranty cannot get an answer so however I would never refer a customer to that place I also paid his crew a lot of money to complete some jobs for me on the side they started but never finished it right so that left me a couple of grand in the hole but like I said I would never purchase another home there ever again and I will never refer a customer to Dixons home that is not what was supposed to happen and Dan I never said anything about legally by law you are supposed to have smoke detectors steps on all entrances that never happened the home is supposed to been re leveled after one year never got a call I can go on with the list my home never even got done with the paint job however I am not a very happy customer and thank God I stopped some of my family from purchasing another home there which is kind of sad because they would have been cash purchaser and I have also told some friends that were looking at buying a home there to go somewhere else because you wont have a house that is completed 100% and it will cost you more in the long run to get it fixed I understand youre a buying a used house but it is not cool when the person who sells you the home leaves you with holes in the walls holes in the floors and it never even gets painted or cleaned up but yet did you hear him call saying I will be out there but you never hear nothing else so please if you are reading this do not purchase a home there go somewhere else .....
