I hired and managed sales reps for 35 years so when I went into the Bryant, AR location and was approached by Homer and then later Adam with what we called a canned sales pitch I was somewhat turned off, but I decided to let them go on. What a surprise!!! By the time they had finished I knew just what I needed for a good nights sleep. These two men really know their products and how to position them for you. Very professional and courteous. They are certainly goodwill ambassadors for Mattress Firm.

Its been about five days now since we received our mattress, and I was waiting to write this review because I wanted to provide a complete overview after experiencing everything from purchasing, delivery, and actually getting some sleep.*Shopping Experience*Homer, was a pleasure to work with and his professional, heart of a teacher approach made all the difference and we learned something new. He helped us determine within 5-10 minutes, which mattress was going to be perfect for us and definitely got us the best deal possible out of a couple other mattress furniture companies. We are second time mattress firm buyers and after this experience have decided to only purchase from mattress firm for future needs. At least for us, our first and now this second time getting a mattress was a great experience.*What we purchased:*We ended up getting the Sleepy Hush Plus with Box, MAX steel frame, Protective Mattress Cover and Delivery.*Delivery*So for the logistics of delivery, that was also a great experience. It was very convenient to get the automated call to confirm delivery time window and also when I got automated call about estimated arrival time that was pretty cool and modern. The gentlemen who delivered the items were also professional, friendly, on time and completed the purchase and delivery experience for us.*Getting some sleep*Now comes the part about actually sleeping on the mattress for the first few days, and I have to say it has been the best mattress for the price we have ever had. It really helps the bones relax and I have not woken up with any back pain. My sleeping pattern is much better and would definitely recommend this to others.We are very happy with our overall purchase and thank you all once again for taking care of us.

Ashton was awesome. I needed a mattress and Ashton showed me my options and explained which ones were best for my sleeping behavior. I really appreciate how thorough he was. The Delivery team was awesome too. They showed up on time, moved my blow up mattress which I was sleeping on for me to another room and set me up ready to go on my new mattress. Heres to a Good Nights Sleep tonight. Moving is no fun, but they made it a lot easier.

My husband and I came in looking for two twins to replace a king. In other words, we needed 2 completely different types of mattresses. We went to the store multiple times and had the pleasure of working with Ashton. He knows his stuff. Very patient, listens, not pushy, and quite knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our experience.

(Updated) 3 beds later we decided to go buy a bed elsewhere. Throughout this experience we were ensured that everything was refundable within the 120 day period. Turns out the $1500 adjustable base IS NOT refundable. On another note these beds have the 10 year warranty, I tried to do a warranty claim on the 3rd bed that was collapsing me on my side of the bed (my wifes side was still very supportive, mine was not supportive at all). The warranty department declined to swap the bed. Even the pickup delivery guy (when he picked up our bed) said it was messed up, and these beds dont ever get this way. But it still wasnt covered by their warranty. The only reason Im updating to 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff went above and beyond to TRY to make everything as smoothe as possible.(Original) Homer took care of me and my wife when we were looking at swapping a previous bought mattress (from mattress firm). It couldnt have been easier! He took care of us and was very professional. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

I could not have been more pleased!!!The customer service skills of this lady named Christina was far beyond that of a normal sales lady. We were so happy with our new bed and we got a mattress cover for free! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for better sleep!!! Very happy!!!

Last year we bought the wrong mattress at a non mattress store, and after a few months it was awful! Quality mattress, but not right for us. So we decided to try a mattress store! Had a great buying experience through Mattress Firm. We went in one day and Roy let us try out a bunch of different mattresses.
