I would give 0 stars if I could.My 19 month old daughter was sick. I was calling to check on the new dosage for her age and weight.The techs thought they could answer my question. After talking and explaining what I needed two times the last lady rudely said You need to talk to the pharmacist. I kindly said Thats what I asked for in the first place.The pharmacist that got on the phone sounded a whole lot like the tech so I asked if she was a pharmacist. She rudely said yes. I asked the question and she told me they cant give dosages out. Well thats not what the pharmacist I talked to 6 months ago told me. They need to get it together!
Always a great experience! They really care about the customer. I have never had a problem and find everyone very professional and friendly.

This pharmacy is the worst. I have had many problems with them over the years. Iβve picked up prescriptions where they failed to actually put the medication in the bag. They never have my glucose test strips in stock, and even when they do they cost twice as much as buying them at Kroger. Today I went to pick up a prescription, after receiving 3 text messages saying it was ready, only for them to tell me that it wasnβt ready and couldnβt be until tomorrow. No explanation whatsoever despite the fact that I had ordered the refill 8 days ago. It is a hassle to change pharmacies but I really canβt deal with how awful they are any more. Do not use them.
I have had trouble getting the same three prescriptions refilled here for the last 6 months. No more! They have filled their last one for my family and me. I highly advise you DO NOT use this pharmacy! It has been a bad experience every time!
I had three prescriptions to fill, two of them required a written script given to the pharmacist in order to fill them. I took them by and gave them to the person behind the window. After about 10 days I still had not received a text or phone call telling me they were ready to be picked up so decided to go by and check on them. I asked the lady at the pickup register if my three prescriptions were ready. She said, Mr. Dame, I only show one prescription. Its for xxx and its marked that there was a problem with it. We were probably out of it. You will need to talk to the lady at the drop-off window. I said ok and went to the drop-off window. There was an older gentleman in front of me who had apparently was also having a problem picking up a prescription also. He was saying, But my wife got a phone call today that said they were ready. The lady behind the counter said, We dont have any record of them being called in. The old man said with frustration and a little pleading in his voice said curtly, Im sorry, I cant help you! The old man turned around and left. Then it was my turn. I told her my name and birth date and she pulled up my account. She said, Mr. Dame, we have to have a written prescription to fill that. I said, You got a written prescription for it 10 days ago, and for..., also. Her response was, Well, I dont show any record of it. I said, Please dont tell me that you lost them. My doctor has a problem with rewriting prescriptions for controlled substances that have supposedly been lost. She said she would get someone else to handle it and walked away from the window. Another lady came up and said, Mr. Dame, it looks like youre also taking yyy and we cant sell you xxx when youre already taking yyy. Its federal regulations. I responded, Well, Ive been taking both so why wasnt my doctor told about it? Well, its new. she said. So I asked, Well, what about my zzz? I brought in a prescription for that, also. She said, Oh, well, thats on the new regulations, too, so we cant fill that either. You are kidding me! I said in frustration. She went to get some one else. Another lady came over and said, Mr. Dame, there are new regulations and we will need more information from your doctor. If that was the problem, why didnt they just say that in the beginning. I said I would send my doctor an email and left. Now, as a kid I was raised on a farm and that wasnt so long ago that Ive forgotten what manure smells like. They obviously lost my prescriptions and didnt want to admit it. Then when my doctors office called to give them whatever information they claimed they needed they told his nurse that I was causing an altercation at the counter and that they didnt have to fill my prescriptions. Please believe me when I say that they wont have to worry about my business again and the grocery pickup wont have to worry about my $100 a week grocery bill or the automotive my oil changes and new tires and the rest of the store wont have to worry about the socks and t-shirts and toothpaste and razor blades and light bulbs and spray paint. Ill just remove a lot of their worries!
Horrible customer service. Today was my first and last time to fill here. I encountered two bad technicians (Austin and Taylor) and there was only one pharmacist that was halfway helpful, the other was quiet rude. They tried to give me a Rx for $100 when it was on the $4 list in capsule form, I had to look that up myself and argue with them, and they were still rude about it. Also, they will not except GoodRx here, but other Walmart stores will, so I would check ahead for this. If I hadnt been so sick I would have just went to another pharmacy.
I called three times in a row. An each time they picked up the phone an hung up on me. I looked up their hours. They open at 9am. Instead of hang up on me all they had to say was sorry we arent open yet. An I would of asked the hours and said ok thank you I will call you back. Thanks
Absolutely the worst place to buy my prescription medications. I like to call ahead to avoid the wait for my prescriptions, but I can NEVER reach a live operator in the pharmacy because it goes to a fax line every time! I give up. Going back to Walgreens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Called to have a prescription transfered from another walmart location and was mislead with false information. Then upon talking to the pharmacist she was dismissive and unsympathic. Wouldnt give me a estimate of time and then walked away. Upon purchase she then wanted to walk back up and interject into a coversation I was having with the cashier. I told her I would not like to speak to her there because she didnt want to speak to me previously.
The girl in the drug store was not too sorry I had to pay so much for my valium.
Never felt more humiliated and disrespected by a pharmacy in my life.
Trying to get prescriptions online is awful.
Got my prescriptions filled here for a long time but finally took my business elsewhere due to their horrible service.
