This location has been rebuilt since it got burnt to the ground last year. It is very nice now and I enjoyed the experience.

Very helpful, super nice and considerate.Stayed over 20 minutes past closing, and while they were on our case about trying to help us find things, we didnt realize they were trying to close. 😂Even then, super nice. Never once rude or pushy.Would recommend everyone shop for shoes here. Unless you have a little boy. Theres just not too much in smaller sizes below a 6. 😥

Extremely unprofessional manager yesterday- As my mother and I walked in a nice young man greeted us, then his manager as rude as could be yelled at him to go do some work then said the same greeting he said, it was super weird and uncomfortable for us and the young man. After we found what we had came for and ready to check out, the young female Kara I think her name was,rudely answered the phone while checking the lady ahead of us and completely stopped checking as if she could not do both at the same time, then when its our turn to check out her and the manager kept talking in the little earpiece about personal matters, me or my mother was not one bit interested in hearing, maybe they could save it for the smoke break. They both should be replaced. As a grown woman she should know better, both these women must of had no home training as children, I would be ashamed of I was their mothers. I wont be returning to this location, I rather spend a little more with no methy shenanigans.

I love the variety of shoes, but I really wish they had a better selection of wide shoes, especially in size 9 and up, womens. Theyre hard to come by and everyone knows how hard it is to get shoes offline that look good and fit good when you cant try before you buy. I had to settle for mens, and theyre so bulky 😩

Staff was helpful and not in your face. Was available if needed though.

Great selection of shoes. Very friendly service. Salespersons were very attentive. Prices were outrageous. I understand they carry only top names. Maybe they could bring in a couple of lesser brands, I dont know, but I feel the shoes they had were still overpriced.

We have been pretty frequent shoppers at this location for some time. However tonight has by far been our best experience. The sales associate Kathy went above and beyond for our son. She was so patient and kind. He is very particular on the fit of his shoe, she tried one shoe on him and immediately knew exactly what shoe was for him. She brought him a shoe that we had never seen before, nor would we have known to look for. Experiences like that with knowledgeable associates make all the difference. Selection is a little scarce right now.

Staff helpful, store was clean and organized. Running a great sale, got 2 new pairs of sneakers for back to school for $75. Names brands like Nike, Adidas, Vans, Sketchers and so much more. Lots of variety for casual and dress shoes too. Clearance section in the back of the store.

Though we did not find what we were searching for, the staff was helpful and ready to assist at a moments notice. I really appreciated that because she made our experience so much more pleasant. We were looking for shoes to match a garment, and thanks to her, she showed us the options available. After discerning that the store did not have an item that would work, she helped further by suggesting other locations that might have what we were looking for.We always enjoy this location and this experience is no exception. Great staff, gorgeous merchandise, and a convenient location.

I went into the Bryant Shoe Carnival yesterday, and had to return a pair of tennis shoes for a different size. As I walked in to return them the younger female sitting at the table was extremely rude. I understand the annoyance of having to quarantine items after they have been returned, so I apologized to her. I mentioned I was a healthcare worker returning to work next week, and was needing a new pair of tennis shoes because my work tennis shoes can no longer be brought home due to Covid 19. She said absolutely nothing to me, didn’t look at me, didn’t say anything to my apology and seemed very cold. Once she was done with us she said the cashier will take care of the exchange. I know the new changes in the work environment can be stressful, but she handled the situation poorly. Mind you, she was the only unpleasant one. Everyone else was extremely kind. I hope someone can encourage the young female to not take out her annoyance on the customers, and have a little compassion for the healthcare workers who are on the frontlines during this pandemic.

Right after I entered the store, a girl working there asked if she could help me find something. She went right to it, asked what size, and handed it to me. Less than 5 minutes! The staff there are always so helpful!

Found boots that my daughter liked and tried them on. While she was trying on, I found the exact pair on amazon for HALF the price. I ordered them right then and we left. If stores want to compete with online shopping they need to price match or not increase the price so much.

Could have been better. The shoes are expensive and now they are cheaply made. Not worth it. Your better off going to the actual brand name store and getting the shoes that you want.

The staff are unfriendly, from waiting to after 10:00am to open there doors. If you do wait till they open they completely drag there feet, why work if your attitude is that poor. they will ask you multiple times if you need help and when you accept they just get in the way because they can never find a shoe; I can do better finding on my own in mostly all cases. I Hate to shop at this location shoes are always a mess, just because the shoe is in the same style box its okay to not categorize them together.I will go out of my why to Chanel parkway in little rock they seem to have a better selection and much more organized on top of it all much more friendlier & helpful staff!!
