Completely flabbergasted by my experience with the older gentlemen, he said his name was Art. Basically threw my card back at me. Didnt want to sell to me by of my Oklahoma ID. Ive been of age for over a decade and have never received such rudeness at a liquor store.

Seriously the best liquor store ever, I drove off from this location after paying cash and forgot my change. I didn’t even notice. When I came back through the drive thru a few days later, Earnest (the cashier) immediately recognized me and pulled out my exact change from nights before! It blew my mind that the staff could be so loyal and considerate to their clientele but to be honest with money is another thing entirely. Everyone at this location is so lovely every single night!

Been here a couple of times. I enjoy coming here. This place remind me of Bevmo from Cali. Great selection of wines and beers. This is our new place. Thank you. And Grady knows it items!!!

They have you drive around and assist you from a safe distance. Not what I expected but the friendly attitudes were phenomenal. He helped me get my Syrah!

I have been shopping here for years. Wonderful and knowledge staff. Amazing selection. Many weekly deals and occasionally tastings (hoping they can start those again post covid)!! Drive thru service is quick even at high volume times.

I keep bringing them because theres no pressure.Red (in particular) was extremely helpful, and went far above and beyond in recommending and retrieving alcohol for all of my friends. Its always nice to see someone who still has a soul despite being a manager.

The staff is absolutely great. If theres a line in the drive-through, they come out to the vehicles to help the line move faster. And, on some products they offer a military discount...must show valid ID.

Use to love coming in the store. Have been coming during the day time lately and all the girls are standing around on their phones and cursing. So I come back during the night and the guys I remember brad and Logan. They greeted me and helped me out. A lot better here at night.

I love this place. Hands down my favorite place for liquor. Ive given crossroads a bad review before all based on a single experience with an employee. Since then I havent seen that employee around and I give it five stars again, its my favorite place.

Best liquor store in AR. Especially if you’re looking for whiskey. Great selection of beer and wine too. Awesome prices and staff to make it that much better. They raffle off nicer bottles of whiskey to make them more accessible as well- was lucky to get in on one as I was driving through! Definitely will be stopping by every time I drive by. I love Crossroads! I love the friendly and quick service of the staff. I especially like the tasting bar so you can try before you buy. Debbie, the owner as well as the staff do such a wonderful job on educating the customer. Debbie has given me ideas for recipes which l never even dreamed of. I feel cared about when l go in and feel free to ask all sorts of questions. I find their knowledge and recommendations great for their brands. Im a customer for Life!! Im so glad youre here. 👍

This place is phenomenal. I dont even live in Arkansas and Ive been back here three times. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Theyre much more social and willing to talk alcohol than your normal big box liquor store. Highly recommended.

Good interactions with staff every time I go in, and the owner knows his trade real well. For higher end spirits, sometimes the options are limited, but they’ve worked with me in the past to secure the good stuff. I’ve been very pleased with this store and the quality of service I get.

This place is awesome - they have great informal wine tastings with very knowledgeable folks running the tastings. They also have great variety and very friendly staff - including Debbie the owner who you can find there often! These folks are here to stay, are local and want to make the customers happy - very competitive prices.

The tasting bar is Awesome. I usually buy after I taste. They dont just put anything up there. You will like something and learn something! Love this store. They have a better bourbon selection than most of the stores I would frequent in Nashville TN. The staff is always helpful and they do raffles pretty frequently for a chance to buy some really good/limited stuff. Wish it wasnt 150 miles away.

This place is incredible! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is a tasting bar where you can sample new varieties of a favorite spirit. The beer and wine selections are extensive and the staff has no problem telling you background stories surrounding the various beverages.Even if you are not a drinker, CrossRoads is a good place to gain a quick education on wines, beers, and spirits.

This is the premier of liquor stores. It is very clean, well lit, great prices, incredibly helpful staff, and extremely well stocked, plus it is fun and friendly. Check out the “specials” area for extra good deals and ask what is available for testing. That is how I discovered Jackson Morgan Southern Cream Salted Caramel. Yum!

I came here to get some wine after a long day at work, but I needed some help choosing a good sweet wine. One of the staff (when I remember or find out his name, Ill edit this review) could tell I needed some help and let me try some different samples they had behind their tasting bar and I figured out just what I wanted.
