The people were great. I took my car in for some body damage from a tree branch falling on it. There were several areas that had dents and dings. While my car looks fine at a glance, upon closer inspection you can see and feel several ridges and bumps on the repainted hood. It seems like they dd not fly sand the hood before repainting it. I concerned about the longevity of the paint job.

The Body works was fine. But they Left the Car as a whole dust white cloud. I am still waiting the Manager or the Person who was on charge to solve the Mess they Leave..This pictures I am posting are after I went back to the Shop and say.. Hey, this is not ok. My car wasnt that bad, in fact I cleaned up before drop off the car at the Caliber Collision of Bryan.. this is so sad!I had to pay for a Interior Detailing and the guys were amazed when I told that The car was like this after a Body Shop Job from Caliber Collision.

Caliber was one of the most frustrating things/businesses i have had to deal with in the past year, and that is saying a LOT.The quality of work here was far below average.My truck was 3 weeks later than promised.Upon picking it up there was a part used for mounting suspension left inside of my wheel well that i happened to notice.The battery was dead upon pickup. The guy who was my “rep” said something along the lines of “man our lot just kills car batteries.Upon repainting my truck they got overspray all over my running boards so i had to get new ones. 500 extra dollars. thank you very much.The new differential that they put on went out in 2 weeks so not it will be there n the shop for who knows how much longer.Caliber has great customer service because their quality of work is so poor. Avoid them like the plague.

Very upset with this company. I went there first thing in the morning after the hail storm to schedule appointment to get my estimated, and they told me theyre going to push me in front of the line to get my truck in fast. Months later I called to see how much longer they said they did it even have me on the waiting list and that if I wanted to get put on the list itll be mid next year. The people working here theyll lie to you just to get your business very unprofessional if I would have known it was going to take over a year I would have took my business somewhere else, My truck would have been done by now. Never again will I step foot in these doors, you cant trust people that lie to you in your face.

Pretty reasonable turn around time. I appreciate their constant communication both via text and calls from the specialist who handled my claim.UPDATE: the weather was pretty miserable following the days after picking up, we were just able to get to a car wash on a sunny day. We were able to see a significant amount of orange peel in the paint, in my opinion it’s a rather noticeable difference from the factory paint job. It’s a little irritating but seeing as we had half the truck painted I don’t know if it’s worth having them address it. I feel that some owners of higher end vehicles would ask for additional wet sanding or something, we will no longer have that “mirror finish” after a buffing.

We needed our car repaired urgently, and Amir was able to make sure that the repairs were able to be completed on time. For one of the missing parts, Amir even had the part shipped overnight before we then picked the car up later that same day. Now, our repaired vehicle looks and feels exactly as it was before the accident.Finally, the whole team at Caliber Collision is very warm and professional. I felt really comfortable leaving my car with them.

I had my Highlander repaired here after my wife hit a deer in the morning. They did an excellent job.About a year later I had given the vehicle to my son, on a visit I noticed the paint below the front grill was peeling. I spoke to Robbie at Caliber Collision expecting maybe some trouble getting it repainted a year after the job was done. Robbie or Robert was very helpful and told me to bring it in explaining sometimes the paint would not stick to the new parts, but he would fix it. Fix it he did and even did a favor by putting in new headlights I had bought. I thought he went out of his way to make it right. The car looks new now even though it is twelve years old. I believe this business will treat you fairly.

After a wreck they fixed my car in a timely manner, worked with the towing and rental car company to make to process seamless, and kept me well informed of the progress on my car. 10/10 would recommend.

I got my car worked on by this Caliber Collision back when I lived in College Station between 2013 to 2017. The first time my car needed work, they were great and the quality of the work was hight.The second time, Caliber was unresponsive to phone calls and the ultimate work that was done was awful. My front bumper got painted so poorly, bubbles formed and broke across the front bumper. So now, my front bumper is covered spots where you can see the undercoat.I would strongly discourage anyone looking to get work done from going here.

Very disappointed with this place. We were immediately scheduled for an appointment (this was the only good thing). Took our vehicle down (an hour drive for us one way), they did the review said they would submit paperwork to our insurance, but were told it could be a month before our vehicle could be repaired. We had hail damage from vacation broken windshield and body damage. They said we may want to go somewhere else to get our windshield handled. That should’ve been the first sign. Give someone else the business? So they send us off and now a week later have heard nothing from our insurance of what we are to do about repairs. Called insurance this evening and they were wonderful to call Caliber on our behalf and Calibur told them we never showed up for our appt last week! 😂 We told our insurance we don’t want to work with this company if they can’t even get us in for a month but also have no record of us even showing up. Very frustrating and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Ethan was our point person and me and my wife couldnt be happier with their service. Ethan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient! Dealing with our rental and the return date i swear we were calling there every other day it felt like. Even after the work was done and our car was returned, we noticed a scratch after the fact and they didnt hesitate to have us bring it back in and they took care of it no problem.

Went in for an insurance estimate and was told it would not take long for them to get back with me and/or my insurance company about my estimate. Three days later and I still have not heard back. I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back, never did. Went to Luna’s Body Shop, they submitted the estimate in front of me and had an appointment booked for repairs not even 30 minutes later. Do not recommended this business.

I had a small to medium scrape on my right front fender on my new Toyota. I took my vehicle to caliber collision expecting to pay 2-300 dollars repay. Robert said he’d take care of it for no charge!!! I couldn’t believe the service!! No one does anything for free! In addition, he told me I could bring it in anytime!! I had to cancel my first time bit Robert said no problem!!! This type of service sets CC away from all other body shops! And most businesses for that matter. Go see Robert!!

I had to take my Honda Pilot in to have some damage repaired on the tailgate. Robby was very helpful in answering all of my questions and keeping me updated threw out the process. I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning and he had it back to me the very next day ready to go. Very pleased with my experience at Caliber!

We have had to have Caliber Collision do two repairs on our 2017 Prius V, one on front and one on the rear. Both jobs have been great. The repairs look like new. In both cases, the estimate was fair and estimated as requiring 3 days, but they completed the work in 2 days both times. In one case, the estimate came in as estimated, but in the other, they came in cheaper than the estimate. Wow, we are impressed.

Very good work. My car came back looking great, and the work has a guaranteed for as long as I own this vehicle. I just wish the deer had not jumped in front of me and I didnt need their service!

Form my personal experience Quality of service was disappointing for a well know body shop I would not recommend to my friends and family

I would give them a zero if I could. In January I wrecked my Ram 3500. They put junk yard axels on my pickup. Instantly (march) I had to get the front end rebuilt and in June and to have the rear end totally rebuilt and here we are in October and rear end is falling out. I’m 10k deep in work after going here. I’m not disgruntled, I’m not trying to hurt there business. I’m just telling you that they do not to good work. They are as bad as used car salesmen. I made a google account for the sole purpose of making this post. I would strongly recommend not going here. You have been warned do not gamble in this shop you will lose and it will be very expensive for you.

My car was hit in the parking lot outside of my work place. After a lot of Internet searching I decided to bring my car by where I got a rough estimate and good advice from Brad. I then decided to take the accident up with the girl at faults insurance and was set up with Prescott. He was wonderful and got my car in as soon as possible. The work was quick and very well done. My car looked great and they returned it clean. I would definitely come back here if I needed something done.

Amazing staff, quick turnaround and good work.

When I took my car to get repaired I expected to receive it back in the same condition (or better) minus the damage. Thats not what I got. The damage to my car was fixed, cool you did what you were supposed to do. And yall even touched up a dent in my bumper that wasnt related to the damage I took it in for, nice. But that was overshadowed by all the little things that were wrong. The floor mats werent on the right sides, the clips that keep the driver side floor mat in place were in the cup holder for some reason, the inside of the trunk was coated in bondo dust, none of the plastic clips that keep the carpet in place in the trunk were reinstalled, someone left a tool in my trunk (yay me i guess), and the last three things Im just gonna let go because they couldve just been bad luck on yalls part.Needless to say, my experience was unsat.

Ive gone here for two accounts and both times were excellent. Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the people who handle your case. All of them are friendly and helpful. They keep you in the know when it comes to the status of your car and they even wash it and I think vacuum as well after they fix it. Cannot recommend them enough.

If I could put zero stars I would! When they say they are too busy but will work with you for a speedier repair time, it is complete B.S.! It is instead taking longer than if I had booked an appointment for my repairs to begin a week after my accident happened. This is unacceptable as my insurance company cannot pay out any other days for my car rental because the repair should have had the repairs DONE in 5 business days TOPS! Today is day 15 since accepting my vehicle and they say it may be done by Friday or Saturday at the latest I heard the same BS TWO WEEKS AGO!

From the time i called 4 different places, NONE called me back, Prescott wasted no time in getting me in, getting my car back to me EXACTLY when he said he would, following up with me every couple of days letting me know the progress, and then on top of all of that, he DELIVERED the car to my place of work when I couldnt leave to come get it. Did a great job! I needed a lot of body work on my car and they fixed everything well, and the car looked brand new when I got it back. Ethan gave me frequent updates on the status. It took longer than originally planned, but they did have to order a lot of specific parts. Also, when I got it back, there was an alignment issue still (my car was in an accident). But I brought it back the next day and it was fixed in 24 hours. Ethan even worked on a day they were supposed to be closed and delivered my car to me after hours to get it done. Very good, dedicated people. Would recommend!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I had to take my car there because of the hail damage and they were the worst shop Ive ever been to.I have brand new 2018 Honda accord touring. When I got my car back, my steering wheel was scratched and interior was dirty with finger marks. My back seat heater system was unplugged and all they said was we did not do anything inside. So, because they have no idea how to fix the car and even manager have no idea why the interior was dirty and the back seat was unplugged, I have to spend more money to fix the car. Ive been trying to talk to them several times and all they said was I have no idea why the inside was dirty. So, Please do not go to this place. worst place Ive ever been to. I already know they are going to reply this message and write their number down. but its just waste of time to go to this place.

Robby was EXTREMELY helpful to me and a great communicator. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and left great voicemails whenever I missed a call. He was also very good about working with my insurance adjuster and the car rental company to make the whole experience pleasant and a one-stop-shop. The receptionists are also very pleasant to talk to and helpful. As for the quality of repair on my vehicle; I was pleasantly suprised. I did not think my car was salvagable after an accident, but Calibers guys got it looking good as new. Great company; would come back again.

Caliber has always taken great care of me but today I was highly disappointed. I was scheduled to drop my car off today, everything was in the system with insurance and they refused to accept my vehicle saying they were at capacity - arrangements had been made last week.

I took my car to caliber collision March of last year after being rear ended. They did not keep me up to date on any work being done to my car and the communication was poor. Caliber collision ended up sending my car to a Houston non drive shop to be repaired and then brought it back and released it to me. Now, a year later there’s a problem with my tail lights caused by the repair they did. They say they have “life time warranty” on their work but I brought my car in over a week ago and they still haven’t called me with any information about repairing my car. Every time I call, the person I have to speak to is never there or they say they’ll call back and they still haven’t. Their communication skills are less to none and at this point I’m having to pay for the repair out of pocket and take my car somewhere else due to needing an inspection done this month.

To their credit they were very friendly, accommodating and did do a good job on what they worked on. However, I was expecting a replacement part as opposed to the repaired part and told them if there was any problem with insurance covering it all to let me know and Id pay the difference. Guess that fell on deaf ears, I dont believe in any way it was purposely ignored. After it was all said and done they offered to do the extra repairs for free. I cant accept that but the offer meant a lot. They care about their work and reputation and it was certainly made obvious to me .I would also advise anyone to get your estimate written like their final bill to avoid the use of code / abbreviations in the operations ro be performed section so what work they are going to complete is less ambiguous as I would have caught the missed request there.

My car has been in the shop for over a month for a repair they said will take a week to complete. Granted, they did say that my adjuster had to revisit because he didnt properly look at my car so they had to wait an extra week but even after they Revisited it still took over a month and some change. Every time I had a completion date by the time that day came they updated my completion date to 3 to 5 days later and then I ran out of rental time with my insurance. So I was without a car for 2 weeks. Definitely not satisfied with this location of Caliber Collision

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Two months ago I went to Caliber Collision with a broken side view mirror and an insurance claim number from the party at fault. They took photos, submitted a quote to insurance company, and told me they would call me. They never called. Whenever would I call them I get to play phone tag for 1/2 an hour, only to be told I will be called back. They never call back. Time rolls on.. I do get a call, from the insurance company, wondering why this issue hasnt been resolved yet. So I make another trip to Caliber Collision. I tell them about my problems getting an appointment set for repair, double check they have my phone number and all the correct insurance info. They tell me the insurance needs more photos (lie), so they take the photos, refuse to schedule a repair date and tell me they will call me.. Guess what? Weeks later still not one call from Caliber Collision. Insurance has called me at least 5 times trying to be helpful and wanting to know why my claim is still open. I dont know about about the folks over at Caliber Collision, but I have to work for a living and my time = money. I have no more time and money to invest in dealing with this non-repair center. I will buy the mirror and replace it myself, maybe the insurance will reimburse me, maybe not but at least I wont have to deal with this horrible company! Thanks for NOTHING.

Did a great job fixing my car. My husband took his truck in a month later. My husbands truck came back detailed....I picked mine up filthy with a nasty film of dirt ALL over the inside. I had to take it to get detailed right afterwards. I wish I would have gotten the same type of service on my vehicle. If youre gonna pick and choose which customers get to get their car cleaned after being in the shop a week, I want to know how you pick.

Brian and his team fixed my truck after it got rear-ended. They pulled out my bumper, replaced a taillight, painted the scratches, and got a replacement part for a piece of plastic that was missing behind my bumper that I didn’t even notice. And they washed it inside and out! This was done all in one day—I dropped my truck off at 8am and then got it back by 5pm. What a fast and detailed team with stellar customer service. Thanks y’all!

We use Geico insurance. We have been here twice and would take all my vehicles to them if needed. Speedy service and decent people. They have the insurance person and car rental people there in the office so all you have to do is show up for your appointment and then leave with whatever you need.

I had Caliber do body work on my 2001 Mercedes after getting rear-ended and I highly recommend them. Caliber was able to repair a quarter panel with serious damage without replacing it with new parts, which probably saved my car from being totaled. They are thorough and did an amazing job making the car look good as new. Caliber even detailed the interior and buffed out scratches that were unrelated to the accident claim, which was above and beyond what they had to do. Scott was great about communicating everything with me throughout the process and they finished the repair sooner than expected by doing painting on weekends. I was referred to Caliber by several friends who were also very pleased with their work, so you can count on them consistently doing a great job.

Pretty good over all. My car suffered a hard hit on the rear axle, but they fixed it almost like new. Would take my car there again.

I was told that my car would be fixed in one week and it has been four weeks. I did not get any updates from them I had to call them and the guy in charge of my car was extremely not helpful. Think before you send your car here.

Over the past few months I have used Caliber to have repairs made to my daughters Jeep which was involved in two different incidents. Brian Boiles was the estimator who worked with me to get the Jeep back to new condition. His professionalism, customer service and follow through are absolutely the best I have ever encountered in any business. He kept me updated almost daily on the status of the repairs and insured the job was done right the first time. His attention to detail insured every aspect of the damage was properly assessed and went the extra mile when needed to find a secondary issue that was caused by the initial damage to the Jeep that was not apparently obvious to the repair shop. Once identified the mechanics did an outstanding repair job insuring the Jeep was just like new. I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you are in need of automobile repairs and be sure you ask for Brian Boiles. You will be well taken care of and kept up to date on the status of the repairs.

They were fast, friendly, and straightforward when repairing my vehicle. I could not ask for more.

I had a simple repair for my Silverado. The moulding was coming off on one side and a door handle had come off. The bid was $235 and that is what it came out to be. The work was great and all done in the time frame that my service tech, Scott Schoppe, said it would be.I got exactly what i expected and I believe the price to be very reasonable when compared to a previous warranty repair by a dealership.However, it was the extra I got that I had not expected. They washed the truck.That in and of itself was probably SOP. BUT, the level of detail on the was was superb. I travel a lot. My truck was covered in dry bug guts. I know from experience they had to scrub to get them off. Also, there were no water spots. That meant that they had towel dried it. In my opinion, that is serious detail for such an inexpensive, simple repair.Then when I sat in the truck, they had also vacuumed it. That could be SOP as well. However, I could tell there was attention to detail in that also. The interior was wiped and scented. They even wiped out the insides of the cupholders in the console.That level of service was not expected and shows me that they appreciate their customers. And more importantly, they took care of and protected my truck!! All that for a little repair.If I ever need another repair, its not a question that I will return to Caliber Collision in Bryan.James Alvarado
