Kaseem was absolutely amazing in the repair process. All the employees were kind and honest. They did amazing work on my 2016 Subaru Forester. When I heard a whistling noise from my drivers side door they got me in the next day to fix it up without me needing to leave the shop. Cannot recommend enough!! You are treated like family here.

Great customer service along with excellent body work! After the Texas snow apocalypse, my daughter rear-ended a car on the way to school. Bryan Auto Body got us in right away. Some of the other body shops had a two week wait. Bryan Auto handled my claim and went above and beyond in all aspects. This is our familys third time to use them in the pas year. Ive used other local body shops over the past 20 years, they are the best. Highly, highly recommend!

Kessam did a fantastic job fixing our car, down to the mica paint, after an accident that took out the front end. He even fixed two other areas of the car to make everything look perfect without mentioning it. Zach was so kind to pick up and drop off the car for us at our home and very compassionate. Shelby was also so friendly and reassuring on the phone. They handled all the insurance paperwork once they opened up the car and found more damage. It couldn’t have been an easier process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town! Don’t go with the big box collision places, you won’t get service like this. Kessam and his family are amazing people who work hard to earn your business. On Oct 17th, my car was hit pushing me into another vehicle. Finally I was able to bring it to an auto body place after the guys insurance deemed it their fault. I chose Bryan Auto Body. The whole team did an incredible job! In about 2 weeks, I got my car back better than it was before the accident. They dealt with the insurance so I didnt have to do anything. When i got my car back, they had even detailed it. I am beyond thrilled with their work!!

The owner is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. He gave me tips on how to do some body work on my own to save money and even helped me make a minor correction without charge. Such a helpful, knowledgeable, caring staff! Will definitely be going back there for all my auto body needs!

This place is truly amazing! The staff is professional and so friendly. My car was damaged pretty badly and they were able to repair it and make it look brand new! The owner of the shop is truly one of a kind. He took the time to explain everything that would be fixed on my car and a timeframe that it would be completed. Not only did they have my car looking brand new, but all the repairs were done before the timeframe originally given. And to top it off the owner is an Old Agggg! I love the shop and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their vehicle to be fixed properly and at an affordable price!

My new car was damaged in a bad hail storm, and Bryan Auto Body made it look as good as it did beforehand! It took about 2 1/2 weeks because my insurance was being difficult, but the work was done in a timely manner, especially considering the extent of the damage. At first, I thought this place was amazing. Super friendly customer service and my vehicle was ready within two business weeks. I got it back and it was beautiful on the outside… but they dealt some major damage to by brand new off the lot vehicle. The headliner has grease prints and then handlebars have major scratches and gauges all over from improper removal. My nephew was riding in the backseat holding on to the handle bar and the whole thing completely fell out! Upon further inspection, the screws and bolts for the handle bar were in the passenger door! They never even re-installed it correctly. My ten year old nephew could have been seriously hurt and it gave us quite the scare going down the highway. They had to uninstall the lift gate to fix some superficial dents and did not reinstall it correctly. The left side has broken parts. I brought my 2021 Toyota Rav 4 in (with 2,000 miles) through recommendation from the Bryan Toyota dealership, but they aged and devalued my vehicle more than I thought possible. I wanted to love this place so much, but they really did me dirty. I’m extremely disappointed.

When my car got hit in the hailstorm I figured it would never be the same. Just picked it up from the shop and it looks brand new! Even the inside looked cleaner. From the estimate through the repair Bryan Auto Body was professional, thorough and they did an awesome job! I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I know where I will go!After I got the check from the insurance company I called to schedule the repair. Kassem asked about rental arrangements with the insurance company and offered to set it up for us and have the car on premises when we dropped of our vehicle. He further took the time to explain the process for the repair, how long it might take AND how the rental would work with regard to paperwork, deposit etc...We were told 4 or 5 days on the repair but they got it done in 3. The rear door was replaced and painted completely. The paint match is amazing! You cant tell where the factory paint is and the new paint begins! I could not be happier with a body shop repair! Everyone there was professional, helpful and courteous.Who can ask for more? Under time on the repair, the job was amazing and the cost matched the estimate!Thanks!!*EDIT*Well I needed a body shop again as my daughters car was rear ended in Houston :/ Again Bryan Auto Body did a fantastic job and were very professional and thorough. Kasem is a great mechanic. Not only is he fixing the engine on my car for a decent and affordable price. He is also putting in a brand new transmission. In about a weeks time. You can trust this mechanic. He treats his customers great and does great work.

I ran into the back of a truck and the hitch left a big dent on the front of my bumper. Bryan Auto Body was the first place I took my car to for a quote and then I took my car to a few other places to get a quote as well, naturally to get the best price. Bryan Auto Body was by far the lowest price compared to everyone else here in town, and they did a marvelous job! The owner was so nice, made me feel comfortable and fixed my car in a few short days. I got into an accident(my fault) and messed up the front of my car and radiator etc. Came here and they fixed it all in way shorter time then estimated and when I came to get my car he fixed other things no charge on my car, a dent in my door and my hubcap. The interior of the car was meticulously cleaned, including removal of a large amount of dog hair. Hard plastic interior surfaces never looked so good. The exterior had been washed and waxed. We have had car insurance for 20 years and never had to use it. Within 7 days we had two claims. They fixed my husband’s truck and right after my van. Kim was so awesome. She made the whole claim and coordination of rental cars easy between two cars. Kaseem is knowledgeable and looks out for the customer. They pay attention to detail, they straightened out my license plate. The smallest thing as sweeping out my van because I had three kids made a huge impact on me. I will forever sing their praise and recommend them for any auto body issues.
