The employees are very helpful and kind. I have 1 star because they are consisted understaffed so this is to get the managers attention. Please sorority staff the store! No one ever is able to answer the phone or address my concerns because they are so spread thin! Please support your hard working staff!

Not an enjoyable experience.

I went in to rent a washing machine for about 2 weeks after my machine went out. Jason helped me and provided exceptional customer service; he was friendly, courteous, and professional! :) I went in on a Friday afternoon, and was back in business able to do laundry Saturday morning. Jason and another gentleman came to install the machine I requested and were quick and efficient. Its rare to find great customer service these days, and Jason was so nice to work with. He made a frustrating situation for me ( a year and a half year old washing machine breaking with a two week time frame before I was back to doing laundry) much more tolerable. Jasons customer service was 5 star, and the only reason I am giving RAC a 4 star, is the application process. Although the processing was quick, I had to provide all kinds of information on the application just for a short term rental. I can totally see why it would be necessary for long term though as they have to make sure of a clients ability to pay and take care of the property. It would be great to have a separate form for short term rentals. Thank you Jason for your help! You are bright light in a dark world!

Talked to this guy, name was guillermo, said me stuff would be delivered sometime after 1 no later than 2. When I called him around that time to see where the guys were he said my stuff would be delivered around 4. When I called around 4:50 he said they we going to deliver things to 3 house and than deliver my stuff. Called around 6, said they were heading my way. After all this I called around 7:30 didnt answer my call. They closed at 8, so I kept trying to call before they closed. Never answered. Long story short, if you want to get something from here dont expect it to get delivered within 3 weeks.
