Small but cozy, very well organized used vinyl collection with many gems in good condition. Tight storage keeps them flat. Some lovely old electronic pieces too.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. I wanted to buy my daughter a record player and some records for my daughter’s birthday, and support a local business that’s been here since I was a kid. After a short exchange with a man who acted like the owner I walked right out. I’ll never return and neither should you.

Perfect record store! Tons of vinyl, well cataloged and organized. Lots of vintage stereo gear. The owner/employees were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is one of my top record stores in the U.S.. A+

A record store/stereo shop that has all the goodies when it comes to both. They fix speakers and stereos and they sell refurbished ones too. If you have any questions they are more than happy to talk to you. Theyre highly knowledgeable about music and great sounding systems and they wont steer you wrong when looking for the right stuff for you. If youre a music head and you care about a great sound I definitely recommend stopping here.

Went there. Bought a audio player for the price he wanted. 30 day policy stated on receipt I paid him. Drove home. It did not work correctly I called him. He said drop it off & he would repair it 4 weeks went by. No calls at all. I stopped in He said it couldnt be fixed. Literally threw cash at me & treated me like trash. Then stated he wasnt going to give me full price back. Will never return. Terrible customer treatment Not even worth 1 star IMO. Go elsewhere

This is one of my favorite stores in Maine - love coming in to find some rare and classic LPs and to have someone who knows so much about music is such a plus!

Huuuugee selection of used vinyl, Knowledgeable staff, and small new vinyl section. Only negatives are prices can be a bit high and not tagged on selections so you have to ask, and it is not the most comfortable browsing quarters.

Its a vintage electronic and vinyl record shop. The gentleman running the shop are very nice and know music. Its a bit daunting to walk in and shop because most of the store is not priced. I would give the shop more praise/stars if the records were sorted better and all had a price dependant on their grade. I pulled a couple off the shelf that looked interesting to find the wax looked like it was run over by a truck. I also found Joan Baez in every genre from rock, hip-hop, folk,country. I purchased one album, that they prices at 50% of what they thought it was worth. Which turned out to be market price on Discogs.You can find some gems in this place, but dont expect to get em xtra cheap for your effort. You should expect to dig through their shelves, carry your stack to the register, and wait for the clerk to grade and price your stack. Then pay with cash only.This may be your thing, it may not be. But maybe this review will let you know what to expect.

Always look forward to this place on our annual trip to the area. Part of the charm is how crazy looking the place is. And the man running this is a lost breed.

Large selection of VINTAGE vinyl records and record players. Almost nothing is priced but the owner will price it for you based on a book he has and then charge you half of the suggested price. Even with that, the prices were still a little expensive. Has rare first editions but also bargain bin finds.

I have called them multiple times in the past 30 minutes and I havent gotten an answer. All there is is just a dial tone no busy tone so theres know one on call or anything. Please fix this.

Went here today, always try to support small businesses first. Took a Karoke machine of my mothers in as a CD had gotten stuck. Man took the machine and attempted to fix it but failed to do so. Instead, he charged me $15 to remove the cd. Followed by a note that stated in red pen Please note and respect the NO new repair sign on the front door. Well, I went outside, took a photo of the front door, & this sign is no where to be found. Further, why would you begin working on a machine that you do not repair? Also, a note? Really? How passive aggressive. If there werent other customers in the store, this man would have gotten a piece of my mind. What a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this business to anyone who wants a fair, honest, quality person working on their equipment.

Dont be fooled by Google Maps when it says electronics store, it is a vintage store that deals with records and cassette tapes, if youre looking for a charger or something, dont waste your time, also gave 3 stars only because we never went into it once we realized that it was not what we were looking for so I cannot judge it
