The best customer service that I have had since Covid. Ms. Karen is amazing. She welcomed me, assisted me, and walked me through. To add to it, she was knowledgeable about the inventory and was even sharing her experience as well as asked my opinion. She showed me options and pretty much was the nicest person I encountered in the past two weeks. I wish there was someone like her everywhere that I do business. After my encounter at Comcast yesterday, she was such a warm wake up that some places still care about their customers. She deserves more stars but 5 is the max!

Karen is the assistant manager and she was so helpful with my shopping to figuring out what I needed in order to get my hair the way I imagined it. Even offering the BEST bleaching cream to help me fix a few mistakes. Great store to visit!

I had a great experience at this store. I rarely leave reviews but I was very impressed with the help I received from the manager Pauline. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I love going to a place where the staff seem happy to be there and help you. She provided me with all the info I needed but was not pushy. I felt like she really cared. Its rare to get that. Just want to say thank you for the great experience.

The ladies that work here are very helpful and patient. Everything was explained to me was in terms I could understand and they also made me feel comfortable just poking around..

This place is laughable. I will never again visit this Sally’s. To insist a customer wear a mask is an invasion of my rights as a citizen. I was in Sally’s less than a week ago and no such measures were in place. Sally’s has lost a very good customer.

Holy Store Manager, Batman!!! Pauline is the probably the best Store Manager for a retail store! I’ve been shopping consistently at different Sally’s locations in both Colorado and Georgia, and no one EVER told me about the Rewards program, until Pauline. Come to find out, I’ve been getting free product rewards via email for years and never knew it! Now, I go into the store more often because I want to spend my reward before it expires, and usually always end up finding something to purchase. Thanks, Pauline, for being the best Manager ever!!!

I have to say that Sally’s in Brunswick is such a refreshing experience, they are so pleasant, friendly and most of all wants to help you. I live in Savannah and in knoW way can you compare the service as well as personnel or friendliness. It would almost be worth driving from Savannah to Brunswick to shop at the Brunswick store. The associate this morning was danesha, what a ray of sunshine she was.

The women were so helpful and friendly. I had teoblooking for products and they took their time helping me find what I needed.

Terrible experience. The manager assisted with the return of an item and insisted that I purchase another item. I explained that wouldnt be necessary. She proceeded to heavily criticize the store that I purchased it from. She was very pushy about signing me up for the store rewards program, telling her several times, No, thank you. Just overall not a pleasant experience. Wont return...

I called this store looking for a specific hair product I had the color, brand name, and I was very specific about wanting this product in permanent. The employees said yes we have what you are looking for. I get to the store after driving through 2 counties and the product they had on hold was not the right color was not the right brand and was not permanent. Very disappointed. Very unhappy with this store.

I went in to find hair dye, the employee was very helpful in telling me what Id need to get the color I desired, and she was right I got the color I wanted

This is my go to place; why?! When I want to make believe that I am a professional hairstylist Sallys allows me to live out that fantasy bc they are my one-stop place for salon quality products that cannot be found at any other location.

Went today and got help from two awesome ladies who knew exactly what they were doing. Will be returning!
