WARNING/ WARNING/ WARNING this site and fulfillment House are thieves, I ordered online some Tail lamp fastener which cost $5 per fastener which is crazy to charge for a small piece of plastic and then they charger $13.00 dollars for shipping so in total this little piece of plastic cost over $20. found other sites that will sell you all four for the same price. STAY AWAY

I would give MOPAR 5 stars, but you cannot ship the part to any address other than your credit card billing address. Shipping was a little slow, but I blame the USPS for that.

I needed to clarify the part I needed, the person I talked to was very helpful and the part shipped quickly, received it in a few days with regular USPS shipping . I will definitely use them again for all OEM mopar parts....

I already gave a 5-star review after ordering this part for my Town & Country, but now that it has arrived (on time), I am even more delighted that: 1) It is totally the right part for the job 2) It arrived several days before I excpected it. 3) The price was discounted further by my using PayPal for the transaction 4) I braved a crazy rain shower to install it, and 5) I am a totally soggy but happy customre for Mopar Parts from now on.

Right part, on time, easy. All good.

Ordered my windshield arm the 13th of February, supposed to received the 16th of February, and here it is now the 20th of February and I still havent received the product. Shipping says delayed but I had to pay a fee of 14.95 for shipping and handling.
