Overall nice people. My salesman was consistently trying to help and was always nice. The biggest issue I had was them scratching my dash on my brand new vehicle and not offering to fix it. When they took off the license plate from the dash it scratched the screen and we thought it was a scuff at first but it was a permanent scratch. The carelessness and unwillingness to be flexible in helping me fix it is why I took away 2 stars.

Service quality is good but their service department staff is utterly unhelpful. I had a 15% off coupon and I verified with Emily that it will be honored. However when I went to pick up the car the discount was missing. Since Emily was not working that day I was told to pay and get the discount applied the next day. I was a fool to trust them because Amy stopped responding to my voice mails and even hung up on me one time. So I talked to her manager Rob and he said he will take care of it. Guess what. It has been over 1 month and no one from Crestmont has responded. They are cheats and I am not going back there again.

We had a need for a replacement vehicle and first went to Costco. Although we had decent service here, and Ryan did his job nicely, we have a car that no one was able to tell us much about. I understand we bought the one Ford Eacape from a Hyundai dealer but if your selling a Ford you should be educated on it. I didn’t even know we had remote start until 4 days after purchase. When we came to get the car, the battery was dead. Then the check engine light was on. Several hours of wasted time. So I will give 3 strong stars for service, but I would have to give 0 for expertise of the vehicle we purchased. We do love the vehicle but we searched everywhere for the best pre owned Escape and knew what we wanted. But it would have been nice if someone could have told us a little about the 2018 Escape. We came to this dealership from a Ford dealer who sent us home at close ( 7pm) and wanted us to return the next day. Crestmont Hyundai stayed past their closing time (8 pm) to sell us a car so this is why they got our service. So Very good customer service here.

Tired of getting the run around from their service department. I was told 2 weeks ago when we dropped off our compant vehicle that we were second in line for a courtesy car. Last Friday, we were told that we were now first in line with a vehicle coming back that day. Today there are several people in front of us?!? No response when we ask how they will solve this problem.

Just leased a car from here about a week ago. Richard Kacso was the gentleman helping me out. This was my first real big financial decision Ive made on my own so far and Im happy it was here. Richard let me test drive the vehicle (Hyundai Kona) and showed me into the highway and some back streets. He was also willing to work with me price wise,, so I had a little wiggle room there as well.They looked up my credit score as well as my parents and found out that I actually got the same deal somehow. I dropped my vehicle off on the 15th to have them check into 1) why my underbody cover fell off atfer having service done there and 2) why my brake pads and rotors need replacing after they replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors 24k miles ago and 3) why the After-service Reports are so inconsistent, such as brake lining and tire treads measurements increasing after 5k miles, then rapidly decreasing after only 1k miles. Its been a week and no phone call, voicemail, text, or email. I called yesterday and went staright to voicemail. Left a message; still no follow up. Been going there since I had my 15 Genesis, but may have to find another place to do business with. Customer service is a novelty in the U.S. now.

Service here is an absolute nightmare. I would say that most of the 5 star reviews are prompted because of the $$ bonuses that are received for so many good reviews. Go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced

I took my car in because the sunroof was malfunctioning and would not close properly. The service department told me they had to order parts to fix it but that they were able to get it to close. I should wait for a call to reschedule when the parts come in. I discovered later that the sunroof was not actually closed and that it would probably leak if it got rained on so I called the service department back the next day and had to leave a message. Since I cannot drive the car I asked for an ETA on the parts so I had some idea when I would get my car back on the road. My call was never returned.

John went over the top to make it easy to get into a new car without all the high pressure underhanded Tactics most dealerships use . John was very respectful and went way out of his way giving us time to think and decide on our own. He even linked my phone to the hands free phone system. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a car and wish more car salesmen behaved like he did. My Wife and I decided it was time to replace our old car, and we looked for a while before deciding to check out Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick Ohio. When we walked through the door we were greeted promptly by Terry Coggins, he was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in our search for a replacement for our aging vehicle. I have no complaints for Terry and his attitude throughout the entire process of finding a match four our needs and budget. I wish I could give him a separate 5-star rating . The only things that marred our experience was a long wait time during the paperwork process, and the place wasnt busy at the time, and I discovered I needed a replacement O2 sensor after I got home. All-in-all it was a favorable experience, and my wife and I would be pleased to purchase with Crestmont again in the future.

My husband and I were shopping for a car for our daughter at Crestmont Hyundai, we found a car at a reasonable price and went ahead and bought it. At signing for the car they tired to sell her old floor mats that had been used in the car for three years for $99.95 !! To me that’s crazy, someone had already bought the car with the mats, I never heard of selling them again !!! Then to top it off they make youPay for the air in the tires. Or should I say the nitrogen in the tires !! I know it’s been a few years since we bought a used car but really. !!! They’re nickel and dime you to death !!!

Terry Coggins, Is definitely the person to go to when looking for a car. At the end of the day he has a job to do but he’s so personable, you forget he’s even a sales consultant. He listens to your goals and is up front with you. I was in to test drive a car and came out with the car I test drove. Anytime someone asks about where I got my car I recommend this dealership.The environment was very welcoming and friendly, everyone was very upfront and honest and didn’t push you to get the car like a lot of other dealers do.I don’t remember the name of the woman who was doing all the calling to the banks but she was able to get me a nice APR rate, she never gave up and I just overall have nothing bad to say about this dealership from the time I walked in until the time I left. I’d say this dealership gives me much of a southern hospitality feel ! I’m proud to say I got my car fromhere.

Amazing experience. This was literally the fastest car purchase experience ever. I was at the dealership for less than 30 mins - signed and was off to the races in my beautiful car. Zack was great and made the entire process a breeze. This dealership is roughly 45 mins from my house but i was well worth the drive.
