Really great store. I love the amount of unique treasures that the store carries. It was such a pleasure talking to the manager. She was happy to take in my first published novel in her store titled The reckoning of Rance, as well as it being listed on Amazon. I am so proud to have there and they have the autographed copy there for you. It has been a difficult time with writers along with everyone else, with book signings at a halt. She did not hesitate to help introduce my book in her store. I so appreciate the fine people of Brownwood. Thank you. She not only pointed me in the right direction of what she had to offer there, but she took the time to give me directions to other places to visit of my interest there. If your visiting Brownwood dont pass up this little store. It is well worth the visit.

It is okay until. Checkout time then the wait is on. Customer service as far as help find a product is moderately better than before but they still need to step it up in that area. Most employees are professional, friendly, a d helpful. But some act as if you stomped on their hamster if you even speak to them.

I love shopping here around holidays! They always have unique items and great gifts. My favorite is the Texas Passport - it makes a great addition to a gift basket or a stocking stuffer. If you havent been to the Brownwood Store, it is worth the visit! :)
