We love this location! Today, the manager on duty, Clinton, went above and beyond to help us complete an order so that I wouldnt have to get out of my car (Im a single mama and had my two year old and dog in the car with us)! It took probably an hour overall to get sorted out and he was nothing but kind and helpful throughout. This Walgreens is always clean, always well put together and this staff are amazing!

I couldnt get the pharmacy tech (Raynee) to fill a simple prescription because she was to busy and she hadnt even had time to check my faxes.Ok.What a joke.

The entire staff at Walgreens is always warm, welcome, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and exhibit a willingness to help in anyway possible. They always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and extend excellent customer service skills. They go beyond this by being a great group of individuals who always go the extra mile to make your day better...with a smile, warm welcome, great staff, remembering my name, asking about my puppy, asking if they can help you locate anything or if you need anything additional, noticing if Im not feeling well and going above and beyond to help me feel better if Im not. These are NOT SALES TACTICS! They actually care about the well-being of their customers. Ive even seen customers who are having a bad day treat them extremely hostile in their own sickness and took it out on the staff. However, the staff ALWAYS handles ii exceptionally and even continue to try to help....THEY NEVER GIVE UP OR IN TO THINGS LIKE THAT because each staff member realizes that its not personal...people are going through a lot. Ive NEVER seen or heard an employee behave unprofessionally......they all exhibit exceptional Customer Care Services AT ALL TIMES! They even call me personally when they notice that my normal store activities have differentiated just to check and see if Im okay. Thats something you rarely see in this day and time due to technology. Most places have lost the ability to show interpersonal skills, but THEY HAVE NOT! Thats one of the most unique things that make Walgreens in Brownwood Texas the best of their stores that Ive ever visited. I look forward to each and every visit. Laura, Daniel, Rayme, Faye, Dreav, Jordan, Bailey, Larry, Clint, Allie, Pharmacist N. D, Alex and the entire STORE & PHARMACY team as a whole are all exceptional at what they do AND EACH ONE OF THEM REMEMBER ME AND MY NAME! Thats rare and service that cant be beat!
