No access to computer service this is the 21st century. I needed to print πŸ–¨ out a pdf file 2 sheets of paper πŸ“ƒ would give no stars for this horrible service. Told me to go to FedEx. Good way to lose business.

Don’t even bother trying to contact them over the phone. Calls kept going to un existing voicemail. Then they picked up 1 of my calls and just stayed quiet, so I’m guessing they did not mean to pick up the call and help. Tried calling right after that and calls went straight to voicemail. I guess they just unplugged the phone so I would stop calling.

Customer service is very poor, huge inconvenience with out of service printer. I was email a return label and was ready to return my item, attendant did not give me any alternative just to me to go to fed ex.

My sister and I went to this store to send packages, 3 a piece (big boxes).. no way one of us could hold them all.. we were both wearing masks.. the man behind the counter told us that unless we were both paying one of us had to leave.. he said it was a rule.. were over the age of 30.. so we werent loud or playing.. it was as soon as we opened the door.. and walked in.. incredibly rude...

For the past 5+ years that I have been going here, I have never encountered a problem with the staff or the service they provide. They go above and beyond what is expected. Through Covid they did have to change some of their policies with regards to customers in the store etc, but thats expected. Times are posted.

I was helped by Mr Rudy. He was very patient with me. I send a package to my son on millitary base for the first time and of course I had lots of questions. He was very good at explaining everything. Im definitely using their service again.

Bad customer service. Bought two boxes in the morning, asked the clerk if I could return them if they where the wrong size, the guy did not respond. Tried returning the boxes in the afternoon, the guy at the counter said no. I asked for a return policy sign and they said they did not have one due to Corporate not wanting them to have a sign up. Should have read the other reviews before coming to this place. Won’t be bring back my business. Save the hassle and go somewhere else.

We mailed a document out of this store for next day air. It was supposed to arrive the next day by EOD. Now, It’s not scheduled to arrive for another 3 days. I’m not sure what happened, and no one can give me any answers, because β€œit’s in transit”. The final destination is in Texas too! I could have sent this via snail mail and it would have arrived sooner. Such a waste of $!

Ive never had a problem with this store. Ive had several returns from Amazon and theyve printed out the labels as quick as i show them the bar code. Staff is nice and im always out of there under 5 min. I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews. The hours are listed so i know when to show up. No need to call when you know what youre doing.

They were so helpful not even 1 minute in the store!! I just showed him my return code and they printed it out and placed it on my package. That was it! The man that helped me at the front was genuinely friendly and happy to help me.

This establishment goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Like to have packages delivered here. I’m always assured they’re in good hands. They’re great at answering all my questions. Will continue to use the lockbox feature. It’s a convenient location too, easily accessible from the expressway and always plenty of parking available, unlike the post office down the road.

I go to The UPS Store (on average) 10 times a year. I have always had quick & easy service at this location. My longest wait is in December but I expect that since its Christmas time.

Never had a problem when I had to pick up or returned a package, very friendly staff, seen other reviews about them been so rude not sure if its different staff member but the ones working now are very friendly and always have a good day when I leave the store .

Avoid this place at all costs. They’re a β€œfranchise” and won’t accept return labels from Amazon. I received a shipment of 4 boxes as a single tracking number, and amazon sent me a single label to return. This joke of an establishment didn’t not accept the boxes, denied to help, and sent me to β€œcorporate” which by the way is in the industrial zone of Brownsville and doesn’t open until 5pm. Save yourself a headache and look for other place to do business.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Customer service there is horrible. My package arrived at 10:42 am.I show up at 2:00pm to pick up my package. They tell me I have to come back later that my package is not ready. They could not tell me a time when my package would be ready. What does that even mean my package is not ready? I had to to call corporate office and file a complaint.The corporate office called there establishment 6 times but they did not answer even though 3 employees where in the establishment with no customers. I had to walk in with my cell phone and hand my cell phone over to the employees so that corporate office would talk to them. They make me wait another 1 hour until they finally FIND my package. They handed over my package laughing and smerking at my discontent. Absolutely the worse experience I have experienced in customer service. I wish I could get my money back but I have a one year contract with these people. BUYER BEWARE.PS-Roger is the rudest employee there who likes to argue with customers.Update: the issue has not happened again. I tend to go their after 5 and my package has been ready. Customer service has been accetaple so changing my rating from 1 to 3. One more thing I did not like was that notary service is not readily accessible, you have to make an appointment. There is other places you can go to for notary service and walkins are accepted. One of the guys who work their should get licensed to be a notary and not just the franchise owner.

Rude, rude, rude. The people working in the Price Road Brownsville store are among the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a pack n ship store. Don’t go there. Take your items to the actual UPS at the airport. Those folks are nice.

Left a package. They insisted on knowing what it was and the package got lost. Never made it to its destination. They did give me a receipt but the package did not get scanned so according to them it was lost. What a coincidence. NEVER will go there again.
