Worst customer service ever… product was sealed and it was missing a battery… I guess they just get stuff from Amazon but Amazon does have returning policy and they don’t. Not only that their attitude about it is what bother me the most. Not one sorry and that it’s not their fault.. lol you are selling it is called quality control lol

I will not even give any stars their best answer with attitude was all sales are final we will not give you any money back I dont want my money back I wanted a better product other than what you sell me. I am very disappointed the raw pre-rolls are not smokable I cant even get any smoke in my lungs they were just burning through I still have them sitting here and all they could say is no refunds all sales are final that is not customer service Ive been to other shops and get treated way better when something wrong went wrong at another shop they made it right this place has horrible customer service and it did not meet my standards.
