Small heb but have always incounter friendly staff and well organized placement with deals

H. E. B. Is the only place I can find fresh meats and produce. I also love their sushi.

Every thing is at a decent price and even the HEB brand is good. Sometimes better than the original. Lol maybe its just me thats used to it 😃

Went October 10 the customer service skills for the cashier needs training. If they do not want to work with customers why do they work in customer service field. I spoke to the cashier just ignores me and starts talking to the other customer behind me.

The chains products are amazing and the prices? Exquisite.

I grew up going to this HEB. Its very convenient for everyone who lives close by however they dont offer as many products as the other larger HEBs.

Located on Southmost road this store is very well-organized and is an interesting place to shop if one wants to view the real people of Brownsviile’s Hispanic community.

The parking lot needs to expand had a bit of driving around to find an empty space.

Very crowded caused too much anxiety no temp checks no disenfecting between customers I had to place my groceries in my cart as checker did not even bother to come around and place it in the cart. He just pushed the bags close to me so I could put them in the cart myself. Awful customer service.

While its a bit crowded during rush hour, you never have to wait more than a few minutes in line for self checkout. Its really clean and enforces mask policies.

At that Heb l have been over charged 6 times dont know what is wrong with them never have l ever been not charged for something something is not right here l go there to surport my area Heb but l always have to check my receipt to make sure l am not overcharged

This is my local HEB I really enjoy shopping here. People are kind and very good customer service, workers always help me when I cant find something.

HEB is definitely the best grocery store in Texas. Where I live in West Texas we do not have HEB. So when I travel where they have them I love to go. They have name brands but they also have products with their branding on them theyre usually as good or better than the national branded products. Their stores are always clean their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Best store to buy fresh vegetables and some unique items.

The self-checkout is AWEFUL, it crashes for every simple thing! Suggestion: Yall need to get Walmarts self-chekout. They are simple, fast, save you time, just perfect!

Gotta love HEB they got everything you need to cook out, make parties, a great dinner. Even great stuff to play with your pets. They have sweet bread for when we go to Grandmas and her favorite roses. Gotta love it!

I love the cleanliness and availability of products. Its usually not too busy early in the morning and around closing time. They have excellent meat varieties as well as imported Mexican products. Its my go to place for comfort food at low prices.

Great place! Theres a huge variety of items that I dont find anywhere else, not even other HEB stores. The only thing I dont like is one specific cashier that is very rude every time. Other than that, this place is GREAT!

2 stars because lately the cashiers have been doing mistakes. I have had cashiers charge me double on some items or have to go back to the store because I was missing items I pay for. I use to trust HEB cashiers but now I have to see what they charge me N make sure I get all my items in my bag. I use to be the person that would let it go but it has been helping every time I go buy something. Like today if I dont check my receive I wouldnt have notice I got charge double on my 1000 sheet bath. A $12.52 purchase was being charge $25.04. 😒N the other day I bought a $5 toothpaste that wasnt in my put in my bag. 😒Had to go back to the store with my receive. I felt bad but I needed that toothpaste. 😕Just let you know of my lately experience at heb #/332.

Best place to shop on special,s....no where else than HEB ....

Its a good HEB. Small produce and bakery. No deli or meat area. Meat is usually fresh. The management is kinda rude but the cashiers are usually nice.

Heb employees are like family great people and great environment back then about a year ago i complained about shopping carts blocking registers and now they installed self check out and its been better since.
