I am extremely happy with the service provided. Everyone that I spoke to within the company was very professional and kind. They got back to me with an immediate response and a very reasonable quote. I am so impressed of how they removed and fixed the glass. There was no mess left and it was done in a timely fashion. Thank you again for making this an easy process.

I called Gonzalez Glass at 11:45 am and by 12:23 the job was complete! My boss didn’t even find out I broke the window!! The owner was super fast n responsive. Highly recommend.

Horrible place of business they do not answer calls and do not keep appointments.

Horrible communication. They only answer your calls once in a blue moon. Made a very simple order and it ended up taking 3 weeks. They initially took down credit card info for the payment over the phone but never charged it. I called back a week later and my order was at the bottom of the pile because it wasnt paid for. Very unprofessional.

The one star reviews are correct. I called because it’s a local shop. The lady I spoke to was not rude but she wasn’t pleasant either. It was like they didn’t need anymore customers.

The worst customer service ever, I was waiting for threee weeks for them to show up,i had to go to the shop to ask if they want to go to fix my drive thru window, I have left my bussines card twice and they just don’t care about their costumers, they want u to beg for their service ... who do you think you are??

This place horrible. I normally dont like to leave negative feedback, but they have horrible customer service. My husband placed an order for a tabletop glass and they said it would be 2 or days and they would call him back. A week and a half went by and he tried calling and calling. When they finally answered the lady that answered didnt even have the order and again she said she would look it up and call him back. Still havent heard from them. Finding another place!

They dont care for their customers.They do take your order However they forget about you and lie about it. They act like professionals but dont even call you back. Their system of taking down orders is a joke.

Lousy truth ordered some glasses and brought me to pure lies k the truck broke down not k so many times left to call me to deliver my glasses never called me I think they are doing by hand until now they are not ready nesesitan change personal and return to Mr Gonzales the if his daughter was verbal apart from being very despotic too much liar less a star dava
