Took my ring in to have it resized on July 25th to have it resized. Told it would be finished no later than August 10th. Was called on three separate occasions saying that the ring was in store only to find it had not been resized, only cleaned. The last time it was finally resized and was three weeks later than promised. Was told by staff that the resize fee would not be waived and that they do not guarantee a time frame.Turns out the ring had only actually been sent once, the staff never sent it the previous three times. I guess they forgot to send it and rather than admit to that they lied about what actually happened.Was going to trade current rings in for new upgraded rings. Will still upgrade, just not with Kay. Avoid this unorganized mess at all costs.
Attendants were very professional and nice which helps. Store was clean and will presented.
I have always taken my rings in to get cleaned they did not clean one of my rings came bk more ugly

If I could give them a -5, I would😡 They are disorganized and no one seems to know what is going on! They just say I dont know, Im not handling it!! Will never shop in this or any Kays stores again.
