Gave Dr. Rios a shot since his new location (Alton Gloor) is so close to my house. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and desire to get my prescription right. His staff was extremely friendly. Very happy to find an optometrist so close to my house that is actually really good. I highly recommend.

Great doctor! Explains everything in detail, very professional and knowledgeable. Front staff are all very nice. Beautiful location, and fast service.

Poor customer service. Made an appointment with them and upon arrival say they we dont have an appointment. Instead of accommodating or saying we may have messed up but let me see what we can do, they put blame on us as if we called the wrong place or made an appointment with another Dr. Im sure I called the right place, as confirmed by the receptionist, they only have Dr in certain days of the week as was expressed to me when I made the appointment. So no I did not call the wrong place. Then asks me who I spoke with. Oh yeah I remember who. Especially since you dont say your name when you answer the phone. Cant comment on the Dr eval since werent seen but we wont come back.

Worst place you can ever go do your glasses, the “Doctor” was arguing on how he was not going to give me the service that I need. Refused multiple times on giving me a refund. Don’t come here, don’t waste your money in such a pathetic rude place.

Doctor Got my prescription wrong did not wanted to refund me after I told him I went to another Optometrist and got my glasses and I saw way better he told me this doctor was way off on the measurements so of course I was not going back to him Plus rude front office Staff. NEVER Again will comment this experience to all my family and friends so they won’t have a bad experience.

Im starting off with the negative part of my experience at Optical Reflections then moving on to the positive.The receptionist   is not that friendly and helpful. She  didnt greet me much less  offered help, I had to go and tell her to let me know when she was done attending the other customer because I did have several questions. When she was done,she didnt even get up from her desk I had to go to her AGAIN only to deal with her moody attitude, she  didnt answer my questions completely. Just a plain yes and no with  a pokerface. In my opinion she doesnt have any customer service skills .This was on a Saturday  near to closing time  (I went by to look at the frames before the appointment date and to get an idea of the frame prices)and I totally got the vibe that she wanted to leave so she was in a hurry  to get us out of there,zero courtesy. Moving on to the positive, on the day of the appointment ...the doctor and products are a whole different story. The doctor is very friendly, patient, punctual and  works really fast. The eye exam was done in no time, at the exact time the appointment was scheduled, dilated pupils and all! The frames are great quality, stylish and great variety. Also I had told the useless receptionist that I wanted some new frames. I didnt want the ones on the  display (I have mild OCD) and cant    buy the ones touched by everyone and especially if Im gonna pay $135 cash... anyways...she literally semi  rolled her eyes and gave a loud sigh as in feeling  annoyed by me  and she said it would take 15 days for them to come in which is RIDICULOUS !!I Still I agreed... but then the doctor comes out and explains to me about plastic lens or polycarbonate lens and other details the receptionist never mentioned which ofcourse were extra costs. I picked the lens type and I told the doctor I was going to order some new ones since I didnt want the ones on display. He said No problem they will take a little longer but we will tell the lab to make them asap . And so he did! I got a call 5 days later that the glasses were in ! That  for sure was a pleasant surprise after not getting   my hopes up since the receptionist  said it would take 15 days.  Optical Reflections you will for ever have my business ! Dealing with the receptionist is so worth not having to wait 4 hours at other eye  doctors offices and waiting months to get an appointment.  And by the way, little does  that receptionist know that I have worked at an eye doctor office before and that I LOVE leaving reviews  on Google of the places I visit, so let this be a lesson, always treat customers with courtesy and respect because I always read reviews before spending my money  at someplace and on  something ... and I am sure there are thousands of other people like me that do the same. This is also the second time I go to Optical Reflections, the first time was back in 2012.

Can’t get anyone on the phone to send a prescription. I guess calling at 4pm during a Saturday is the worst time to call.

This place closes super early everyday and is super inconvenient! The receptionist is a ditz and getting information is like pulling teeth! It really is ashame we don’t have the option of giving no stars!!!’
