Great experience leasing our Honda Civic! We shopped around and Brownsville Honda gave us the best deal, as well as the best customer service. Several add-ons were also included (another dealership was going to charge us a fee on top of an already higher base price). Miguel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!The best part was they are super dog and kid friendly! I had to bring my dog and he enjoyed meeting all of the friendly staff—it was hugely helpful for our day. Their children’s area also looked fun and inviting for kids.

Brand, spanky-new, spacious dealership with great customer services. They have a Large waiting area with cafe’ and donuts. Not like other Honda dealerships nearby, thus dealership even gives you a courtesy car wash (as they do at First Honda in Austin).Repair costs are “par for the dealership course” (compared to your local Louie garages). I had a brake repair of $1,300 on a old CRV- ouch. I got home and the hand brake was not adjusted. Brought it back and it was fixed right. I even got another car wash.

Brought my vehicle in for the first time here. Great and hassle free service. Advisor Marciel was thorough at explaining all the maintenance that was due and the charges for each. They have a shuttle to take you back if you dont have a ride and dont mind riding with whoever else needs one at the moment. Jerry drove me back with no problems. Technician Tyler did a great job with the maintenance. They included a complimentary multipoint inspection, car wash, and even vacuumed the driver side. My car is an almost decade old, banged up, dirty, and neglected heap of junk but they treated it with exceptional care! Makes me want to be a better car owner lol. I dropped off my 2016 CRV (104 k miles) at Brownsville Honda because it was making loud intermittent noises and left it for repairs while going on vacation. The techs got to the bottom of the problem that same day! What they found while inspecting it was that when PepBoys in Weslaco did my brake job a couple months back, they only replaced the front brakes, but were supposed to have replace all 4!?! That meant that the back brakes made my car a driving hazard, and I didn’t even know it. Thank God Honda caught the mistake because PepBoy’s negligence could have resulted in a terrible accident! Best of all, Brownsville Honda made arrangements the day I returned to town (Labor Day when the shop was closed) for me to pick up the car through the sales department AND the work cost less than I thought it would! Brownsville Honda has my business from now on and I highly recommend their service department to anyone that needs a good, honest, & reliable mechanic!

The service department is horrible. I would not trust service, repair or a car from this place. We went in with an over heating van. They couldn’t find anything after running diagnostics on it and keeping it for a few days. They supposedly changed the fan. But whatever clever repair job they did at their certified service department did nothing.Wish I could give less then 1 star but that as low as it goes.

I called to know if they could change my oil on a Honda Pilot. They said they accept wak-ins so I went directly. I wanted to walk around while they were working on the car and their evaluation was about one hour with the oil change and other inspections they do, and it was about that. I gave this new dealership’s service department a try for an oil change and an AC problem. I was initially dissatisfied with how the AC issue was handled but the general manager went to bat for me and was able to get Honda to cover the AC repair even though the warranty had just expired.
