Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! First they sell us a particular style of outdoor wall tile and then when we go to pick it up, they bring out another style. When we advise it is not the one we had chosen they pretend to be surprised and then tell us that they do not have our first choice and this is the closest. We agree to take this different tile and once we are installing a couple of days later, we end up being short a few pieces as there are a few broken pieces in the boxes. Unfortunatley the installer disposed of them so we were unable to return the broken pieces. I reached out to the store and spoke to Mr. Villafranca and explained our dilemna and asked if he would consider giving us about 5-6 pieces we were missing due to broken pieces or alternatively if we could just buy the missing pieces. He refused saying that he should not have to suffer just because I claimed to have had a few broken pieces. He advised that if I was missing any pieces, I would have to purchase an entire box. Needless to say it will be my last time ever purchasing from this establishment!

The attention at the Rodriguez house is excellent, Julio the manager is a very respectful and dynamic person. They help you a lot with your projects. It has a variety of materials. I highly recommend them.
