God forbid if the elderly make online mistakes! I ordered balloons but did not see anything online about inflated or not.. which I didn’t want.. Today 5/26/21, associate was rude. Would not let me exchange from inflated to deflated. Never again Online

Used to be the go-to place but now, doesnt have hardly any options to choose from and employees cant even help with placing orders online any more.

I think its the only place locally i could find bubble guppies party supplies, although not very much selection like other characters they did carry what i needed.

I just love party city but the Brownsvilles store is always low on stock on mostly everything.Like how can a party supply store have no helium?? Poor customer service and long wait time at time to pay. Other than that Party City is great for any occasion.

Great place to go year round

Party City was super interesting, to make it simple. If you looking for a certain category or certain cartoon themes. I guarantee you will find what you need. They have so much selection. From 1st birthdays to 100 year olds. They even have seasonal selections for holidays as well. There have tons of balloons and examples. The can blow up the ballons for you too.

Very dirty place! Everything unorganized and messy! Restrooms very gross! Wet toilet paper all over the floor but none to use! No soap either. Had never been there and never going back, very disappointed.

Never had such a horrible experience at this place like I did today. I was offered assistance by a so called manager by the name of Vicente. I asked him fir decor for a beer tasting party but not much of a selection and he didnt recommend any ideas but I was ok with that. Then I couldnt remember the what the pennant banner was called so I described it to him an his response was I dont even know what your talking aboutRUDE AND SARCASTIC! HE LEADS A WHOLE TEAM OF EMPLOYEES?!!

Husband went to buy our daughter a costume was told by the staff that all he need to do was to get the number off the picture of the costume he wanted and get in line. He waited in line for over 30 minutes and when he got to the register was told that he needed to get in another line first for the costume and then get back in that line to check out. Poor customer service will never return. Found the same costume at Walmart for almost half the price.

I went 3 days before halloween and it was a disaster! I understand customers make a huge mess but it was just out of control. There was a huge waiting line and not enough employees to help out.

They have a vast selection in every color of the rainbow and organized as such. Unfortunately cant always get what you find on their online data base which is what drew me there when you need something and cant wait for shipping. Piñata selection is overpriced and too small.

There’s never enough people to help lines take forever Bcus there is always one person at the registers and instead of helping customer some employees are talking on the phone where u can hear the conversation an you can clearly hear that it’s not someone asking questions but a personal conversation instead of getting off the phone and helping customers .. I have never had a good experience at this store it sucks that it’s the only store an you have no choice

Went to fill balloons. Get there early! I was lucky and only had one person ahead of me but there was a long line only a few minutes later.

You can find everything for your parties, but, at the time to pay sucks. Always have to wait cause cashier is always multi tasking helping customers and charging people, sometimes theres no one at the register and you always have to be looking around for employees.

Absolutely nothing! Store was really messy and the Halloween props I was looking forward to buying were damaged and the customer service sucks.

It gets pretty crowded around halloween.

Called the store to hold an item in the afternoon. When I went to pick up, the store had no clue what I was talking about. I had to look for the items myself, which was difficult to do since the store was a mess.

Very bad service!!!! They have NO helium!!!! And for it being a party store. Especially for graduation time. I’ve called so many times and they keep sending me to voicemail.

This place is in very sad condition. It smells like an old shoe! The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the licensed merchandise that you cant get anywhere else and cant wait 2 days to be shipped by mail. Sad and Smelly!
