I wouldnt trust my computer to anyone else!I have used SCG on two occasions now, and both times I have been completely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone I have interacted with was courteous and professional, the quality of their work is top-notch, the pricing is fair and I trust them with my data.My most recent experience with SCG was with my work computer. My laptop was completely wiped out while reimaging Windows. I took it to SCG to see if they recover any of my data. They told me over the phone that the cost would be somewhere around $100 (I dont remember the exact price). Unfortunately, they were not able to recover the data. But, when I picked it up, they told me there was NO CHARGE because they wouldnt charge me when they werent able to help me. That level of service is why I wouldnt take my computers to anyone else for repair. These folks are great!!

Fast and very friendly service from this outfit. Very honest, not pushy and did a great job. I requested that the guys see what they could do to improve my laptop performance. They had a look at it while I was there and recommended a few tune ups. I was verbally quoted a couple of hundred bucks, but the bill actually came in about $20 less! When does that happen!!?? Excellent customer service from Gage & Ethan. Gage was patient in explaining/answering questions from non-techie clients. He gave us solid guidance and insight on our options of purchasing a new laptop versus repairing our current one. Gage educated us on virus protection and offered suggestions in various price ranges. The family laptop died. Ethan was very helpful in explaining what SCG could do for me. He explained options well, but was not pushy. I ended up buying a laptop somewhere else, and then bringing the new one to SCG for them to transfer all our files from the old, dead laptop onto the new one. These guys are great! I went in with a pc I had built to have them diagnose why it wouldn’t start. It was gonna be $85 to diagnose and $170 to do the work I needed but he said it didn’t take much time or effort to diagnose in this particular case so he rolled the 85$ into the cost of the actual work!It’s not common to find a repair person who’s honest enough to take money out of their own pocket to save their customers a few bucks! I can tell you on thing they’ve earned a lifelong customer and I willBe recommending them to anyone in need of a PC repair service.I don’t normally leave reviews much but their honesty and good business practices impressed me. I plan on getting all the work I need done on my new pc and any future PCs here. It can sometimes be hard to find honest reliable repair people for your car, PC etc... However if you choose to come here you can rest assured that your in good hands.
