Im very pleased with the expedient service received (even with me being a walk-in needing a tire repair). Im also very pleased with the professional and pleasant attitudes of staff members. Superb job!

Im extremely disappointed in the service department. After scheduling an appointment for a recall repair, computer update and oil change 10 days in advance, dropping my car off early morning as requested, waiting most of the day for a call to let me know my car was ready, calling for an update 5 hours later, only to be told they hadnt even pulled my car in. Then I received a call an hour or so later indicating it wont be done until the following Monday at the earliest. No offer of a loaner car. Nothing. What should have taken 3 hours at the most is now being stretched over 5 days, at my expense.After waiting for the additional days without any updates, I again had to call for the status. This time I was told they uncovered an additional repair needed during the routine inspection, but nothing about what I took it in for. After declining the repair for the newly discovered issue I was told it would be another 24 hours before they would be finished. Another day without my car. The following morning I was notified there was an issue with the computer, possibly the module and I once again had to explain the issues that were occurring. I was then told the technician needed time to investigate and I would need to leave it for additional days because they didnt have time to work on it that day. After 6 days youd think someone would have done something to fix the problem.Ultimately, the repair was never completed because they couldnt find the source and advised I would need to bring it back in and leave it again. When I picked up my car, I was rushed through the pick up process,, and dismissed quickly. When I walked out to my car, the plastic seat cover was wadded up in the drivers seat and the paper floor mats were wadded up under the pedals. They just stopped, didnt try to clean up, and left my car out in the service lot.I understand being short staffed as a result of COVID. I understand things happen that are out of their control. What I dont understand is why I wasnt notified earlier? It takes less than 2 minutes to call and provide an update. Calling and stating it just didnt get done is unacceptable. I have always received excellent service, and willingly drive an hour each way just to get my car serviced, but this experience was just awful.

Friendly service but you are definitely going to pay the dealership rates. I only go here as I still have a warranty.

This service department is terrible. Why make an appointment if you keep the car for 2 days and not even look at it!? No one contacted me with updates I had to call in - then I would get fwd to a voicemail with no call back. Then I was told id get a document with the issues, had to call in again to get that - finally get it, and the scan is so dark you cant even read the squares to see what was checked off. Absolute fail at every opportunity, and charge $145 for a basic diagnostic. Terrible first experience.

Was able to schedule an appointment online which was nice. Dropped off my car that afternoon and was told they would get it on their diagnostic machine the next day. Waited around the next day to hear back what they found but didnt hear from anyone. Finally called them around 1:30pm to see if they had a chance to check it out. The person I talked to had no idea but told me my service representative was at lunch and would call me back with and update. 3 hours roll by and no call back, nothing. Was getting irritated at this point and called again. The next person I talked to told me they would look for my service representative again, put me on hold for 3 minutes then told me that he was busy with another customer and asked me if I wanted him to call me back. I told her I wanted them to call me back the first time I called. I told her that I was heading back in before they closed because my wife needs this car to take my kids to school. My service representative finally called me as I was pulling into the parking lot of the dealership. He apologized for not calling me back. I get it that sometimes repairs, customer volume can put you behind, what I dont understand is why you cannot send a quick text or phone call to let your customer know that you wont get to their car today so that they can plan accordingly. I will make the drive to Plainfield next time to Westgate chrysler/dodge, never had an issue with them just wanted to be a bit closer to Brownsburg so gave Bill Estes a shot.
