We moved back to the area from Colorado and after speaking with her on the phone and in person I knew this was the place for us. It is also very clean and secure. Thank you!!

Very good facility. Well managed, clean; easy access to your storage unit. I only had a unit for a short amount of time, but I would rent again in a heartbeat if I needed storage of any kind.

First off, the ladies at the front desk are extremely kind and wonderful to their customers. They were always friendly, quick to answer my questions, and greeted me with a warm smile when I walked in the door. Honestly, could not ask for better customer service from these two ladies.However, I was very disappointed when two of my dining rooms chairs were damaged while I stored them at the facility. It looks like debris or something fell from the roof and onto my chairs. The white chairs were clearly damaged, as you could see the discoloration on the chairs and the evident stains all over. The management ON SITE were quick to start a claim for me and take pictures to show proof of damage to the items. They did their job and I appreciated their help.But that is as far as it got. I filed my claim with Cornerstone Operations Group and they denied my claim, as well as my appeal of their decision. They said that the damage did not fall under any of their perils and they refused to cover the cost of replacing or even cleaning the chairs. I was extremely disappointed considering the damage happened at their facility and these were pretty expensive and new chairs. They were unwilling to take responsibility of the damages and to me, that is extremely poor customer service.I am only giving them three stars because the front desk and management ON SITE are amazing and offered great customer service. The corporate entities affiliated with Metro - not so much.

Melissa provides the highest level of customer service. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and returns calls promptly. The facility is clean and well organized and I was happy to see that social distancing and mask protocol was being followed as well as the establishment being clean and sanitary. Melissa is to be commended for the outstanding customer service she consistently provides. Because of her I will continue to do business at this location.

Metro Self Storage is affordable, clean and secure. Their staff is helpful and friendly. Its honestly everything you could want in a self-storage location. They have plenty of sizes for indoor (climate controlled) and outdoor storage.I have an outdoor storage unit. Most outdoor units have space for an 18-wheeler to pull near, which is important for those of you using long-haul movers. The unit appears to be 100% waterproof. After 6 months, everything in my unit is just as I left it.

Excellent customer service! Melissa has been very helpful from the first time I visited the facility. The site is very clean and the security controls are always operational. This is a very nice storage facility.

I called the number listed for more information, and talked to a regional sales rep who doesnt know any details about the actual storage site. Total waste of time to try to call them for additional information!

I rented a spot to store some equipment and such for my business. Have a nice place that is climate controlled and the people who I dealt with there are very friendly and helpful.

Its funny how I come in here on a regular basis and I can never remember my unit number but Chay... Chay remembers my number without asking my name. I dont come in the office very often because I dont really have a reason to. But when I do, Chay greets me with a smile and she has the sweetest demeanor. Her Customer service skills are impeccable.

Front desk worker was very professional and resourceful.

Charges late fee and locks storage out after only 2 days late. This is inconvenient especially if your payment date falls on a holiday or something. They dont work with people on the late payment. And wont allow payment online. Moving stuff out ASAP.

Had my daughters check out the facilities got more than. I expected compared to U Haul or another place very happy with my choice.

Its unattended more than attented

Front manager usually has an attitude. Called to set up reservation they specifically told me I need a disc lock and that wasnt the case when I got there I needed to pay for a cylinder lock. Wasnt happy at all.

Just came to location during normal business hours and 5:08 and was notified “ currently closed- sorry for the inconvenience”... sign on door still says open :( plan to follow up with management ASAP
