Only thing I can say is nice job party city 👍

Some staff was attentive, others could careless. Customers waited in line while one employee took a personal call.

The employees and manager went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for. I was so appreciative of their help.

Went there this morning 3 young ladies was behind the counter,1 was taking care of customers, the other one was looking at her phone, and the other was blowing up balloons instead of taking care of the in house customers so frustrating.

Awful experience. I hate bought some balloons online for my daughters first birthday. I called a couple weeks ago to see if they will fill my balloons and they told me yes. Today, when I went to have them filled they told me they couldnt fill them because they needed 2 days notice.... that would have been nice to know when I called a couple weeks ago.

The selection here is amazing. If you want to entertain yourself with the idea of being a party planner....THIS IS THE PLACE! Anything you can think of to pull off a last minute event can be found at Party City. You even have the option to order online, and pick it up in the store at your convenience.

Was able to find what I was looking for after looking at other sites. Good price for my items. For needed items for a celebration check them out.

Has lots of party items for different occasions and lots of update candy and old school candy. The store blows up their own balloons and places in a plastic bag so they are not blowing all over the place,which is cool.

Services was terrible placed a order online never received phone call or notification my order was ready. When I went to get my balloons blown up. They blew one up, than I was told I had to wait in order to get the others ones done and pushed to the back of the line

Great place for disposable color or themed party supplies (not sure if they do balloons yet, I had heard something about helium shortages effecting them). Lots of seasonal merchandise. I gave them a 4 because it is disappointing to not have the large selection of gift cards to choose from like they once had.

I will never go in this store on a Saturday ever again. All the cashiers were nice but it was busy.

I went here to find a costume for a surprise birthday party after almighty AMAZON screwed up my order...A women asked me what I was looking for....I was told that those costumes were not out yet...not only did she stop everything she was doing,she started opening boxes to look for the things I was looking for. I had gone to the Brookfield location and was spoken to rudely and told NO!!!!This group at party city are amazing and I will never go back to other location in brookfield,you can take that group of snooty over privilege brats and stuff them! Not 1of them wanted to work or provide any kind of customer service!!!! My party City is there in Brown Deer...Keep up the quality of your great customer service

This place is horrible!! Terrible workers & the general manager is even worse!! I will never come back to this location! I placed an online order for pick-up today & it was canceled with no explanation. The manager was very rude! He didnt care that my daughters birthday party was ruined because of him!

Assortment is wide. Youll find almost everything you need for party. Theres a guy not wearing a mask in the store. Associates didnt seem to care.

Horrible service. Today I went in to buy party plates knowing they were buy one get one half off for the big packs. Wow. Super slow line and then nope can’t do the buy one get one on plastic big packs only paper. But they are out of paper in the color I wanted. End of story. No flexibility to apply the discount to the plastic plates even though the sale price stated it was for all big packs. Horrible place.

Ive been to this store a few times and have not had any complaints. Today, I went to get balloons blown up on my lunch hour. I gave them the 10 balloons, 30 minutes before I needed to leave the store, thinking that was more than enough time. However, they took 2 other people right after me, and did not start mine until 20 minutes after, and that was after me reminding them. In my mind, this is completely unacceptable and really hurts the credibility of their level of customer service. I will not give my business to Party City anymore, especially when I spent $40 on balloons with them.

So many good ideas for parties graduation practically anything we could think of to celebrate they should have it there

Great party store with awesome selection BUT worst customer service Ive ever seen! ALWAYS under staffed at the check out counter and those waiting on you would obviously rather being doing anything else! I always regret shopping there!

The store was very dirty unorganized staff and all of the items were not on the Shelf shelves were very empty place was just horrible

I placed this order online. According to the web site the product was in stock and available for pick up. I paid and received a confirmation email. Approximately 15 minutes later I received a call from the pick up store location, telling my product was out of stock. They had no way to refund my money, unless I came in with my credit card. This was over a week ago, I still havent found time to stop in for my refund. This policy is ridiculous! If you can not provide the product, do not charge my card!

Staff was wonderful considering it was New years Eve they took care of all the customers I got there right before closing time they had people come in few minutes after and they still handle it like excellent associates!!!!

Cashier was rude and told me my son was going to be upset with the decorations I picked out for his birthday because I mixed different characters in. Who says that to a customer especially when they are spending 60$ on essentially cups, plates and napkins? Rude lady!!!

I live nearby, and whenever Ive visited, there never seems to be enough cashiers. The line seems to get backed up.The workers here are very helpful when youre looking for something.

Called to see if they had rigid collodian for halloween makeup and they told me they did. Spent at least 10 mins looking for it and another 10 mins waiting after asking them to show me where it might be and they sid someone would be there in a minute. Finally I just left when I realized no one was coming.

I have to set aside at least 30 minutes when I shop here even if Im only getting one thing and I know where it is. This place usually has one person running around doing all the work while the rest of their staff is chatting it up with each other. Customers are an inconvenience for them. Expect terrible service and good luck if folks in front of you ask for balloons! Save yourself frustration and shop elsewhere.

Prices significantly higher than Bartzs, with poor customer service and the longest lines ever. After 15 minutes of waiting and the line hadnt budged, we went to Bartzs and were much happier and spent just a minute waiting in line.

Went to this location to return 1 of the 3 complete party favor kit that I ordered online. Long story short...they wouldnt return it because they told me that it wasnt a complete kit when it clearly stated on my order receipt that I had ordered 3 and what each kits came with, but then it was a different excuse not to return something. Nothing but attitude from Tenecia who is suppsedly a manager. Was not happy. Called 1-800-Partycity and the CSR Lee at corporate gladly just credited my account for the favor kit and apologized. Will never go to this location again.

Waited in line for over 45minutes. They had one cashier for 17people in line. The three employees i saw were rude and unhelpful. I dont think they could move slower if they tried. If i could give it less than one star I would. F***ing ridiculous.

This store is horrible! I had to wait in line for 5 minutes to be rung up. While these 3 employees just stood around chatting about their personal life. Seriously, this store has poor customer service and is very unprofessional.

The lady who gets the costume was chatting with another Co worker and we had to go look for her everytime we needed to change our costume

Waited in line for 12 minutes while the cashier, Tasha, let her friends shop the store after she began to ring them up. When their bill came to over $105, she somehow got it down to $85. Then they walked away from the register to continue to pick out candy. She did not try to get any additional help and was rude. Terrible experience and wont go back there ever or recommend it to anyone.

Was there yesterday the cashier was working hard and fast very friendly while the manager was standing around not helping letting the line grow . I will not return to this location.
