I had great service from Clayton at this UPS store. No wait, quick service, super friendly and helpful.

Suzanne helped me track down a package after I missed delivery while waiting for it in my house. Even though her store had nothing to do with the situation, she still called the driver for me and helped get the package delivered same day! Thank you!

“I would only be better if you had a twin” was said to me by an older male employee with no name tag. I am disgusted. I am so angry I’m shaking. This is 2021.

The clerk was friendly but unfortunately everything else about this store is stuck in the 1980s (scanning/copying, etc) with prices that are usuriously high. I wish I had driven a little further to Staples. I spent over 20 minutes here for some basic shipping and scanning tasks that would have taken me less than 5 minutes elsewhere.

The staff here are super friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always fast to help me, and also have no problem printing out a label for you if you forgot one. This is a great UPS store location, highly recommend.

Staff is always very, very friendly! So I hate to give them 3 stars. But their range of services is lower than other UPS stores Ive gone to and had been helped at. They dont make it easy or convenient to go to them for something as simple as printing a label and adhering it to my package.

The staff members go above and beyond customer service duties.

Jim is the person I deal with most frequently. His attention and service are always excellent and the franchisee should be aware that he does an excellent job every time I come in.

If i could give them ZERO i will do. they dont have the capability to print shipping label from your phone, the most basic of basic.even she did not offer any help when i said it is almost 5:30 PM and it is busy hour, i wont be able to catch other UPS.....THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERsNever try it at all!!!!!!!

I stopped in tonight at the UPS store to ask some questions about shipping. The customer service rep, Barb, was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived there were several other customers waiting and she was very friendly and efficient while helping us all!

I usually dont go here unless its a no questions asked drop off. In a moment of weakness I went there and after being told that my very small package would cost almost 40 bucks to ship, really it was small, I did the unthinkable and went to the Post Office. THREE BUCKS! It took 25 minutes but THREE BUCKS. Thats really the tip of the iceberg with my dealings there but I knew better and you should too. P.S. It was after the holiday and the store was pretty much empty so no additional pressure.

Every other UPS store has tape you can use for free, this one does not. They will try to sell you a roll. Very annoying for the average online shopper doing returns. Management is at fault here, 100%. I suggest the UPS in Superior, CO, which is superior to this UPS store.

The employees at this location are always very nice and happy to help. There was even a line out the door once, and only one employee, but he handled it like a champ with a smile on his face. They are all great people and I never have a problem going there.

I had to have a document notarized and overnighted - the whole staff was so helpful and everything went very smoothly! My doc got to my financial advisor the next day and all was good. I highly recommend this store for their speed, knowledge and professional courtesy!

I moved here about 2 months ago and had to find a new UPS store to do business with. I have 6-8 packages a week to drop off for my business. Every time except one I have been treated rudely. The staff acts like they are bothered to help you and almost every time all I do it drop off a package. I have been in there at least 7 or 8 times and had nobody even speak to me other than say. Put your box on the scale. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day. This morning I took a box in and the employee said put it on the scale. I did and when he handed me my receipt I said thanks. He did not even speak just mumbled uh huh

I was moving to Florida and had to ship multiple boxes. The associates at this store were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave me a punch card and discount coupons. I highly recommend them.

SURLY AND EXPENSIVE.The person in front of me left in a huff, so I was next in line. I guess the desk person was not having a particularly cheerful day, but jeez, I didnt do anything--she was surly when I came in. She then kept demanding information the post office sure doesnt need when you mail something, but stopped when I insisted I did not want to be signed up for anything or receive mailings or calls, saying they didnt do that. It was going to be over $11 to ship my smallish padded envelope to arrive whenever, and over $70 to be sure it arrived early next week. Eeeeeyikes! I got the heck out of there. It was only $3 and change for the same envelope at the post office.

I usually go to this place to ship out phones but I had a customer of mine go to ship her phone out to warranty. and she didnt want to attend her she tried passing her the phone so I could explain to her what they where doing. but no she didnt even want to grab the phone. She was supposed to know the Address its getting shipped to. Horrible service.

Got charged $1.07 for them to tape my Amazon return box. Every other UPS Store has tape for free. First and last time I will visit this location!

Printing here = fail. The quality of prints of a 1-page double-sided document were really bad; also there was no double-sided printing option from the computer I had to use with a zip drive for my document. FedEx Kinkos printer machines that allow direct printer access by your zip drive are way better. Lesson learned.

They could not be more rude. They also told me they charged 50 cents to put a single strip on tape on my box. Not even USPS charges to tape up a box.

My experience with ups has always been fast and easy, I would definitely recommend ups shipping service to anyone. Many time I have ordered parts and they arrived sooner than I was told.

The store is not well identified as a UPS store . There is a very small posted sign on the door entrance which the gal behind the counter had to point out to me when I asked if that was the UPS center. The address is not easy to Identify from several other small businesses in the same parking lot. When I finally figured out what might be the correct address and parked right in front of the store, got out of my car, a questionable-looking, poorly dressed man tried to approach me saying excuse me maam. When I told the clerk behind the counter of the man she replied that it was not uncommon to have those types around there business in the evening.

Short lines and urgent staff. Made shipping out my etsy merchandise deliberate and easy.

Every time I go there the try to rip me off. Thumb on the scale, extra bogus charges. UPS should be ashamed to be associated with this store.

Was walking up to the door carrying boxes as the employee was opening the store. He had the door open while unlocking it and then let the door close right in my face as I was standing there holding my boxes. Apparently he was just too busy on his personal cell phone call to worry about customer service.
