I am leaving this review as a thank you to the gentleman that was working the register this morning. I stopped in and while checking out a man stepped up behind incredibly close making me very uncomfortable. The gentleman working the register immediately recognized this and asked him to step back. I cannot express how much I appreciated him taking action on my behalf. I makes me want to continue to shop here.

Great local store in Quail Creek shops. They have an extensive selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Good beer options from local and smaller breweries. The wine selection is well organized and Ive been able to find what Im looking for every time. Best of all, you can bring well behaved furry friends in with you while you shop!

State and county is in level all clear. So even though the mask mandates were lifted, they have a big no mask no service sign plastered over the front.Will I guess they lost my service. If you arent pro freedom, you will no longer get my business. Guess that means the store down the street on 136th is my new store.Good riddance.

Quail Creek Wine and Spirits they carry a good selection of spirits, fine wines and craft beers - no kegs though. They have always provided good customer service, and have a decent customer loyalty program. Parking can get a bit tricky on weekends, you’ll find plentiful parking on the east side of King Soopers.

Denied me service for no mask been going here for years. Very Communist ran business very un American. I will never shop here again

Steve was great. Anybody who will recommend to go elsewhere to find what I needed right at that moment and also suggest I can call him in the future to have him order it for us. I will be back. Thats customer service at its best

Average prices, easy access and friendly staff. There are some wine tasting events if youre into wine. The store is very clean and conveniently located in the larger Shopping Center. Lots of variety and its funny to see all the staff come some other liquor stores to work at this liquor store. I feel like they treat their employees well because they are happy and engaged. Good sense of humor and pretty quick check out process. Will visit again

Extremely rude customer service. I just moved here two weeks ago and still have my out of state ID. When I offered it to the clerk. I was told that they “can’t do it bud” and they refused to serve me. I’m 28.

Every time my girlfriend and I go in the employees remember us as well as answer any questions we may have. The last time i went in looking for a pumpkin beer the woman in there offered me a free beer which ended up being amazing! i will definitely be back!

Good selection of craft beers, wines and spirits. Nice staff and easy to shop. They also host tastings and have a rewards program.

Solid liquor store with good selection. Its in a convenient location and easy to stop in after visiting the grocery store. Service is quick and helpful. The store is light and bright, which is nice because many strip mall liquor stores are dark and seedy.

You may pay a dollar more for a bottle of something, but the expertise and advice from Barry is worth far more than that. Hes very knowledgeable and has been in the liquor industry for many years. I very much appreciate the wine tastings as it gives me some other choices than the same old same old. I also like to support local businesses instead of the giant box stores.

This place is not a serious wine shop. Dont be fooled by wine in its name. Out of support for a local wine shop, I ordered a case of wine for the holidays from Barry the wine manager - he said it wouldnt be a problem and that hed call me later that day to confirm. Never heard from him. Few calls and emails later, I got ahold of him. My 5:45pm phone call woke him from deep sleep and It was apparent he was quite drunk and had no clue what was going on. He offered me case of Spanish white and then told me to remind him of the name of the wine I ordered (Italian Red). He ended by saying there was no way hed get me the wine for the holidays and said he was sorry and then just hung up. What a joke.

Very rude manager who would not accept my ID because I was newly 21. When I tried to return with a passport she yelled across the store that I was not allowed to be served without a second thought or looking at my legal passport. Would not recommend AT ALL

Decent selection. Employees kind of suck. Yes i would like a bag but i wasnt offered one. Carrying two bombers and a bottle of wine by hand is always classy!

Nice physical store and location but consistently out of stock on popular items and shelfs have empty space. This store is definitely below average for the area. Avoid this store.

This place is a joke, I seriously want to hurt the guy at the counter. Based on the reviews the owner doesnt care about anything. Maybe a petition to have them shut down is in order. Wine Selection Is Great

Ive gone in here several times and have been disappointed with the customer service every time. Most recently I went in looking for a specific wine. I even spelled it for the guy at the counter (thin build, dark hair, glasses, 20s) and he couldnt tell me if they had it or not. Clearly I was interrupting something he was watching on his phone and he couldnt be bothered to help me. Im sure he doesnt care if he makes a sale or not but maybe the owner would which is why Im taking the time to write this. The wine Im looking for is a $65+ bottle btw.

First time no flavored vodka. Midget employee said owner didnt pay bill. Second time selection was bad then price change sign said 13.99 rang update 16.99 did get at13,99 wont be back sad. As Ill hqve too shop at king soopers and drive upto 128th and zuni fordrink.
