Andrew expedited my repair job and got it done in just about three days, which included ordering parts. Best Buy geek squad told me they would have had to send it to a different city in a different state and it would take 6 to 8 weeks.I had a laptop fan that had shattered, and several parts had to be removed in order to access the fan and all the fragments. He did a great job and gave me good advice on how to prolong the life of my PC and fan in the future. Highly highly recommended!

Sent Wayne an email with a image of what my laptop was doing. Told me what he expected was wrong and a rough estimate. Dropped it off at 1030 on a Saturday and he called me that it was ready to pickup before 11am that next monday! Computer runs better than it did new! Was great at explaining everything to a non computer knowledged person and came in cheaper with parts and labor than what other places quoted me for just the labor!! Top notch service from this place!

My desktop computer wouldnt turn on. I brought it in, they quickly diagnosed that the Power Supply was toast. They had a replacement in stock. I was shown how to install the new one. Now my computer works again! Ill be going to PC Center for Computer problems in the future.

I went into the shop looking for some quick help, which i was actually unable to get because I didnt want to leave my pc over the weekend. However, the shop employee (owner maybe) explained with good detail what I had to do to help solve my issue. A little advice goes a long way, and I am appreciative for the assistance!

They were quick and able to fix my issue. But I think they over charged a little bit. Screen is between $20-$40 usually. They charge me $100 plus another $60 for labor. When asked if they can knock it down a little for my birthday (what’s $5-$10) and knowing that I had another computer I was going to bring in, he says no. Oh well, since I never tried anywhere else, I’ll just take my other computer elsewhere.

This is a long, long, LONG overdue review of this place. The repair crew here are very friendly and very clear about what theyre doing to do, and they care about your hardware and its software setup. Turnaround time is pretty quick, and their callback communication has been 100% every time. I have a complex audio setup on my PC; PC Center is sensitive to this and has an eye for detail and only fixes what needs to be fixed, without messing up any settings needed for the work that I do. Theyve also custom-built a few PCs for me and they know what theyre doing, and their opinions on what components should go with what are well-informed. Theres no other place Id bring my PC.

I had a great experience. They completed everything we needed and went above and beyond giving advice and assistance to my mediocre computer skills, even when I just called after picking up the computers.

Went in to get an estimate to see what it would cost to fix the back side of my computer. The person at the front desk told me he would look at it and call me back with the cost of replacing the back side of the computer. Day and a half later I get a call informing me that the cost of replacement and labor would be $250.00 dollars. I declined repairs and went to pick up my pc. When I arrived I was told I owed the PC Center $45.00 for diagnosis. I informed the person at the counter that I did not have diagnosis, but simply had a estimate on replacing my back panel. Well needless to say was very upset. Tried to reason with the owner, who just told me sorry cant do anything for you. Please beware I am not a person who takes time to write reviews but I thought this was a bit out of the ordinary. Thank you

They are very nice and were very informative of my desktop repair. Diagnosed my desktop with all the problems and even tested a faulty hard drive free of charge. Prices are nothing bad, nothing to complain about really since they dont hide anything from you and tell you up front what is wrong to your benefit. I do recommend this place to anyone with a computer related problem.

Avoid this place! They told me I need to change two different parts totaling over $400. Another place fixed (not exchanged) one part for $180 and said there is no problem with another part PC wanted to exchange completely!!!I did not need a hard drive! Your explanation is bogus. You are pushing those motherboards on all your clients for no reason (unless you are getting a cut). The motherboard is the one part that needed fixing and thats what I did.

These guys are the greatest! When my computer - used for biz - went crazy, I freaked out because it looked like a virus to me. I was referred to PC Center by another computer pro so I took my box in first thing in the morning. I was back up and running by 5 PM that day with a tuned up and virus-free PC. Price was very reasonable. Friendly people with whom to do business. Performed better than promised. Love it!!

PC Center does great work, their prices are very reasonable, and they got the work done quickly. Ive taken two broken computers to them and have been 100% satisfied with the experience.

My laptop had been having issues for a while and I took it in. Compared to the price and time to repair it- it easily out done Geek Squad. The staff was more knowledgeable and upfront about what my issues could be. The whole process took about one day from when I took it in and when I got it back.

I could not be more pleased with the work, speed and price of their work. 5 star work!

Incredibly helpful guys. Called around and no one seemed to be able to help with my very specific issue (built a new computer, manufacturer neglected to mention that the mobo BIOS needed to be updated to be compatible with my CPU, but its kind of hard to flash a mobo without a CPU). Gave the guys here a call and they instantly not only understood my issue (which the previous PC repair centers had not) but were able to help me resolve it by flashing my mobo using one of their CPUs. They even fixed some pins I had accidentally bent while putting the computer together. Cannot recommend them enough.
