The other NAPA on the east side of i25 is much better. Ive stopped at the broomfield location on Reed numerous times and the workers are always of no help. Grumpy old men who could care less and assume everyone has the same knowledge on parts. I wont be back ever again.

After the loss of the best parts guy they had a couple years ago, not too friendly anymore. Fella named David was absolutely great with helping find or figure out what was needed. Still my go to parts store though

These guys are awesome and very understanding. I have been having such a rough time finding parts for my subaru, and they helped me not only figure out that my engine had been swapped, but exchange my parts for exactly what I needed right then and there. While they are a bit out of my way, I will for sure go to them before the advanced auto across the street from my house; thats how good I feel about going there.

Great service, store is clean and updated. Clerks were knowledgeable and happy to help. They had every part I needed and even a few choices to choose from. 1/3 of the price if the dealer and their service is better than the big auto parts chains.

I go here usually when there is a specific part Im looking for, which they will usually have compared to other stores. I always go to other stores when possible, however, so I dont have to deal with antiquated attitudes and being talked down to because Im young and a woman. I get theyre trying to do their job but dismissing what I ask for just to take another ten minutes of discussion to get to exactly what I asked for in the first place can get very annoying as a customer.

I went to this napa to get coolant for my Audi a4 and I had a lot of questions about what to do and the two men working there did not want to help me with anything and acted like it was a hassle to answer my questions. Also as I struggled to put apoxy on they two men proceeded to smoke cigarettes and watch me not offering me any help. To say it nicely they were douches. If I could give no stars I would but Google review wouldnt let me post with no stars.

These guys are better than most. They actually know what doing when it comes to partsand fixes. Plus they have all the extra nuts bolts wiring and tools you could need.

Had the windshield wipers I needed. They were not interested in helping me install them though.

These folks are really nice, and they beat competitors prices often enough to keep them on your list. I always caution people from getting maintenance advice from retail specialists, but for parts and tools this Napa is awesome.

The only thing better than the warranties that Napa has on parts you buy is the service that this particular store offers. While troubleshooting some electrical problems on my daughters RAV4 was having, they warrantied not only the battery (which had been bought at this store by the previous owner) but also the alternator which I had purchase a year ago. I feel like they trust their customers and that goes a long way with me.

Its Saturday morning at 7am 30 min before Napa opened and the gentleman opened the shop early so I can get the parts I need. Napa Auto parts in my opinion has always had better parts over any other and this morning they gave me by far the best customer service. Thank you

These guys usually know their stuff and they mix paint and can help you with the process of painting your car if youre gonna try for the first time.
