The employees were very helpful and the store had a nice collection of costumes and accessories. The decorations and props they had up were good enough to give a couple scares to my kids but they enjoyed themselves. The manager (I believe his name was Ted) was really friendly and did a great job making sure the kids had fun, even at checkout.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Rude staff. Super outrageous prices. Save money and time and buy your costume on Amazon.

Me and my 2 family members were harassed by a creepy worker. Being followed and stared at and unnecessary compliments towards us. All of us are minors.

It was very unorganized, I didnt know who worked there and when you did they didnt even want to do they jobs ! Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

There was not a large variety of adult costumes.

Usually don’t do these reviews but my boyfriend and I bought our costumes today and we’re told it was the last day to return. Later that day realizing we spent way to much money on over priced costumes and were able to come up with good make home costumes. We went back to the store and the manager had a huge attitude. Very rude to his employees and customers. Told us the girl who worked day shift gave us false information and that we can only exchange for equal amount of money. I would of been a little more understanding if he wasn’t such a jerk about it.

I wasn’t impressed with the costume selection for this year. Huge selection of accessories and costume completion pieces, but did not offer the costume to go with them. The few full costume options offered were all a pretty similar genre. Other than that it was well ran and the staff was great. I guess my comment is really directed more towards corporate

Best spirit halloween around! The manager was so helpful and helped my daughter and son pick out the perfect costumes! Cant wait for them to wear them!

Great place to get your Halloween costume and decorations

I bought a wig from the store. A few days later I decided to get different costume. I did not even open the wig. I came back to try and exchange but was told wigs and hats are not exchangeable. That is understandable however I wish someone had toldMe before I made the purchase. The employee told me they made every costumer aware of this which is a lie. It should be lableled on the packaging as well. Called constumer service and no One answers. Now I have a useless wig sitting in my house.

Bit busy, given the season. Some rows were a little cramped, and not as many choices as last year.
